Gary was very professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about our septic system. I appreciated his approach and would use him again.

Gary showed up on time - he fit us in to his schedule because we had noticed water squirting out of the septic tank. Upon opening the tank, we saw that both cell were filling to the brim - Yikes! Gary pumped out both cells. He spent time explaining our septic system to us - this was the first home where we had a septic tank and we'd only been here for a year. He let us know that it was probably the pump or perhaps the electricity to the pump that was not functioning. He explained that our old tank was not very large and let us know how to conserve space in the tank while we had someone come out to fix the situation (Gary only does pumping). He recommended a few companies to us and let us know why he was recommending them. We were so thankful that he made room in his schedule to come pump the tank, shared his knowledge about how septic works, and recommended companies that would do a good job fixing our problem. It took a lot of the stress out of the situation. We were able to get the problem fixed (see my review of Aqua Test Inc). He charged a little more than he regular rate of $395 because the volume in the tanks was a lot more than normally occurs. I will definitely use him again for the next tank pump!

Gary was very responsive to my initial phone call, and we scheduled an appointment the next day. Because of our hillside slope and some issues with replacing a broken lid, it was a challenging and time-intensive job. The final price was very fair considering the time onsite, and Gary was very professional and methodical about making sure the job was done properly despite those challenges. Much appreciated!

I would highly recommend this company again. About 2 years ago I had them come out to pump my septic, he came out a few days later, but after asking me questions about our usage he recommended I wait a few years. You don't run across a company that is honest enough to not take your money, so I kept his business card and called him 2 years later & he did a fantastic job!

My septic tank access ports were buried about 3 ft under. I tried locating them using blueprints from the previous owner which were completely off. Gary found my ports within several minutes of fishing around. Don't waste your time -- let Gary do this. He unplugged the outlet and pumped/flushed my tank. In addition, he educated me about the septic system and its workings. My ports are very inaccessible (stone wall impediment) which made it difficult to fit his hose down inside the tank. He was able to work around it. He recommended that I get risers installed (for inlet septic and outlet pump station). He gave me the name of a company he trust and explained in detail what exact parts I need. What I appreciated most was that he told me that I didn't need to do these improvements but that I should consider it. In summary, I would sum up my experience with these two words: knowledgeable and honest. Gary is a good communicator.

Gary scheduled within five days of my call. He came out today. I did not know where the tank was, he looked it up on the as built. We needed to dig to find the lid. He pumped it and explained things to me including what needed to be done with the tank and when the next pumping should be. Very professional.

First of all this service was preformed on Anderson Island. Getting there and back often takes 2 hours between waiting and traveling to the island. He is not only willing to do this, but also charges only what the ferry charges him to get across. He also gives a Angies list discount. I wasn't sure where the septic was located and he went online to find a map which turned out to be wrong.( this is the county's fault, not his) His plan b was a locater flushed down the toilet which found it on the other side of the house from the county documentation. He also helped me dig it out once located. Between ferry time, locating and pumping, I would say he spent at least 3 hours on the job. He is very committed to doing the job right , will go any where within reason for a job and is the kind of guy you want to give business to, hard working and reliable. Give him your business, he is defiantly one of the good guys.

Great! They went above and beyond. My husband accidently broke the septic tank cap while mowing the lawn. Clean septic went to the hardware store to purchase a replacement part for me when I mentioned I was having a hard time finding one.

Gary is one of the good guys! This was the first time I had called this company - my septic service had previously been handled by another company that told me my system needed to be cleaned every 2-3 years, and it had already gone longer than that. Gary came out, checked the size of the tank, and calculated that I could go another year without a problem, so he suggested waiting on it. He didn't even charge me for driving out. This kind of honesty is so refreshing and much appreciated - and I will definitely be calling him when it's time.

They were very personable, very honest, and reasonable. I talked to Roto-Rooter about trying to find the septic, I didn't know where it was. They said they were going to charge me $150 to do it. I said I would just stick a rod in the ground and we'll find it. If we need pumping, we'll give them a call.

Gary came out and pumped the septic tank. He showed up early and got right to work. We had some miscommunication and he did not realize my father in law needed an inspection as well as the pumping in order to get the house ready to sell. He did not have time for the inspection but came back that evening and did it. He was very kind and professional with my father in law who has Alzheimer's. He even a gave a senior discount.

Gary showed up on time. Got to work quickly and was done much faster then I expected. Gave me tips on the system that I did not know about but will pass along to the buyers of the house. Very professional and up front on costs, even giving me options on letting him file the paperwork with the county or letting me do it. Would recommend and use again.

Great doing business with Gary, local owner. He was very professional and was able to come out to our home the same day we called, which we appreciated as we were experiencing some backup in the shower. Learned that the outtake was clogged with toilet paper, which was causing the backup. Our appointment was at 4:00, but he called to let us know that he will be 30 minutes earlier. As soon as he arrived, he immediately started working (digging, pumping) and the entire job was completed in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. It had been about 8 year's since the last septic pumping so the tanks were pretty full. He shared that for our septic tank and family size that we should consider pumping again in 4 year's. Great service, reliable and we loved that he wasn't trying to sell other services that we did not need. He did provide a referral if we decided to put risers on our septic tanks. This will save digging costs in the future so we'll consider it should we elect to stay in our post retirement. Price was very fair and reasonable. Without question, we would highly recommend Clean Septic Pumping. This was the best septic service experience we've had in 22 year's.

Gary showed up an hour early. He went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to helping me dig out the remaining parts of my system. Once we got everything uncovered he found my pump tank lid was caved in that area was flooded. Although he doesn't do repairs himself he repositioned his truck on a hill to maximize space and pumped out the excess water for me too. He recommended a great repair guy who was able to come out the following day and get me all fixed up. In the end, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing their tank pumped. His rates are great, he's very personable and shows up on time (an hour early in my case)

Gary was great to deal with. I loved the fact that he is the owner of the company and that I was able to contact him directly and he was the one who did all the work. He was friendly and easy to talk to and was very helpful explaining what needed to be done and what steps I need to do to take care of the system in the future. He did not try to sell me services I didn't need. He called to let me know when he would be here and actually arrived a few minutes early. He took great care to make sure everything was done completely and did a great job cleaning up after he was done. I recommend him to everyone. The cost was very fair considering all the time and effort he spent.
