Description of Work: Gary was great. We had a snafu involving the main line to one of the sprinkler zones in our yard (not Gary's fault, the people who put the line directly over the septic tank were not very smart). Gary fixed the problem, cleaned the tank, and was polite and professional the entire time. In 2.6 years when it's time to clean the tank again, I'll be calling Gary.

[Member name removed], Thanks for your feedback. Thurston County is unusual when it comes to septic regulations in that it is very interactive with the home owners that have septic systems in sensetive areas with regards to the shellfish habitat and its wetland areas. The county will send letters to people in some areas to have their septic systems inspected every three years to protect those sensetive areas from failing systems. Because you had your septic tank pumped recently, have not received a letter from the county and there was only two people in your house I recomended you wait one more year for pumping to save some money as it is not due yet based on information that is available for monitoring septic usage. Description of Work: I had made an appointment with Gary but the condition of the septic changed drastically and Gary was able to come sooner than we had scheduled. As he worked, he answered a lot of questions about septic systems - my family was used to sewer systems and never had a septic system before. He provided a helpful chart showing when the system should be pumped based on size of the tank and number of people in the family. I have a follow-up in file to contact Gary when the tank is due to be pumped again. I would certainly recommend him highly!!

Description of Work: The owner actually does all of the work. He was a nice guy and took the time, while pumping, to offer tips about septic care and he left my place the way he found it. I would recommend him a hundred times over.

Description of Work: Came out to do a pup and inspection, and advised me to wait until house was on the market to do that, and gave me some advice on how to access septic. Very knowledgeable and friendly and saved me from having to do this twice. Will use him when ready to have the pump and inspection done. |

Description of Work: Called to have septic pumped. He asked when the last time it was pumped along with a couple of other questions. He ascertain that it was a bad pump and there was no need to pump it. He refered me to someone that repair pumps. I still ended up using him because they pump kept hitting something it the tank a had to be pump to see what.
