Description of Work: Our septic alarm went off, another company had come out and was trying to nickle and dime us and we were at our whits end so my husband looked up septic on Angie's list and found this number, I called Gary and while he didn't do work for us he gave me the # of a guy who could and was VERY helpful in helping us not get scammed. He was truly a big help, we will be calling him when our tank needs pumped for sure! Honest guy, that was willing to help someone he didn't even know!

Description of Work: Had our too-full septic tank pumped. Gary spent time with us explaining what had gone wrong and made recommendations for fixing the problem. He only does pumping so there was nothing in it for him to help us that way and we so appreciated the time he spent with us. We had another septic service come out and assess the issue and it was in agreement with what Gary had said. I highly recommend him!

Description of Work: He pumped out the septic system which was filled with grease from the previous renters.... UGH! Unfortunately it was so filled with grease that the septic area was damaged and those pipes also needed to be replaced. He recommended another service who he believed was top in that job. He was caring and understanding and even went back to the property to see if he could come up with a theory. I highly recommend this company! A+ all the way!

+ -1 moreBest experience for this kind of service, EVER! Gary was very responsive. I sent an e-mail on Sunday, thinking they would call or e-mail back on Monday. We got a call right away, and scheduled for Tuesday morning. Wow that was fast! He knew that I was anxious, and showed up 1/2 hour early. After carefully maneuvering my circular driveway with his truck, he plugged in all the hoses, and got to it. As he worked, he showed me how to perform routine maintenance and discussed the types of detergent we should use to get the best use of our septic tank. He kept everything in the tank and clean. He put everything back, and drove away. I definitely will have him back.
Description of Work: Pumped septic tank. We didn't realize there was a 3rd opening, and Gary made sure to take care of that as well.

+ -1 moreClean Septic Pumping had equipment more than qualified for the job. Equipment and truck were very clean. Very impressed with total service and Gary Boersema's performance while here! He was able to identify the septic covers to their exact location. Dug up sod and replaced back with very little disturbance. Very confident that his inspection was thorough and professional. We will recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of service!
Description of Work: Onsite sewage pumped and inspection of all aspects of drainage. Forms were submitted to our County as required as well as copies of those reports given to us.

+ -1 moreExceptional service. Accomodated our schedule and traveled all the way to our new house in North Bend from Lakewood. I haven't had a septic system in 20+ years and Gary went through all of the need to know steps for me to take care of any problems I may experience in resetting alarms and testing the pump system on my own. Complete and thorough knowledge of our type of system as well as suggestions on what I may want to do to ease access to the system for periodic checks and maintenance. Excellent value for the money. I highly recommend this company and will call on them again.
Description of Work: Inspected pump tank, located and uncovered main tank. Pumped put system backflushed and re-pumped tank . Tested all HI/LO level switches and alarms. Tested manual pump operation. Re-installed pump cover and installed new stainless screws at no charge. E-mailed electronic record of inspection and servicing for county records.

We are grateful he recommended a pumping and are 100% satisfied with his work, as well as his honesty and professionalism. We live in SE Thurston County, and appreciate his willingness to accommodate our schedule though it was on the far-end of his service area. Would recommend him with hesitation.
Description of Work: We needed an inspection to meet county requirements for a new garage constructed. He located and inspected the tank, recommended a pumping, finished all work promptly, and emailed reports for the county several hours later.

His fee was the lowest of those I called, and included the inspection report for the county. It was a pleasure to do business with a small, honest, locally owned business. Our home was in SE Olympia, a bit out of the way.
