His work is "guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year" according to the invoice. (Though his website states the guarantee is for 5 years and should last 15 to 20 years.) Shortly a?erward (about two weeks) cracks reappeared in the same area, despite our minimal use of the shower. So we contacted him to come fix the failed repair. He replied once by text (which we missed at the ?me). When we called him back the next day he stated that he'd had another job in our area and had wanted to come to our house that same day. He then promised to contact us when he had another job near us. We never heard from him again, though we contacted him by text, email, and phone several ?mes between then and now. In our last email to him dated 6/29, we reminded him of his guarantees and the claims of "superior customer service" on his website. We requested that he come and fix our shower within the week, and if he didn't we'd expect a full refund, and would also file a complaint with you. There has been NO response!"
