With over 50 years of experience in the Electrical Construction Industry, the management team at Trinity Electric has been serving Homeowners, Property Managers and Contractors in the Greater Seattle, Bellevue and Metropolitan Areas.
Jeff and his team are great. We've worked with everyone at Trinity Electric and have no complaints. Their prices can't be beat, they are friendly, on-time, and work really hard. We have had them do basic adding outlets and exhaust fans and also have had them add a ton of recessed lighting and pendants to our kitchen during our kitchen remodel. Next we plan to have them add all new electricity to a new bathroom we are adding onto our house. We are so glad we found these guys and will continue to use them for all our future electric needs.
Description of Work: Trinity has done a bunch of electric projects around our house, from adding a new exhaust fan to adding all new lighting and electric for our kitchen.

They’ve been very good and reasonably priced. It was all very good. It turned out to be a lot more complicated than it seems but they ended up not charging me really for much at the time and effort needed for the parts they put in so that was good. I have already used them 3 or 4 times.

very well. Provider was there on time to quote, provided options, followed up in writing. He was prompt to answer questions and update the quote as required. When it was all said and done the Lutron dimmers made the LED bulbs I had hummed very loudly. He tried to help me fix it and when it didn't work agreed to take the dimmers back and not charge for them. Overall very happy with the service, I will look for their services in the future.

Jeff Wetzel went far beyond the scope of his estimate and provided excellent consulting and installation of 18 canned lights, wired the sound system and installed outlets for a flat screen TV as well as changing out all the receptacles and switches. He came back several occasions to make everything perfect. He also consulted about the appropriate lighting for the kitchen and installed under counter lighting. Everything he did was excellent. He gave us a quote and even though he did more work than the quote included, he stuck to his price. A great experience working with such a professional.

They made multiple appointments to come to my store and do a walk through and provide me with an estimate, yet never showed up, didn't call or email, and finally, the owner said he would come in person and he never showed either. Poor customer service and lacking professionalism, but who knows, their work may be good?

It started well with Jeff being able to come soon (after apologizing for not returning my call for 5 days). He showed up on time (an hour early) and the walk-through went very well. I was very optimistic. He left, stating that he'd get me an estimate the next day. He did not. On the third day, I e-mailed, explaining my urgency to make a decision. He did not respond. On the fourth day, I called and left a message. Again, no response. Still, no response. The work has since been contracted and completed to others with great success. Call 'All County Electric' instead.

Jeff Whetzel came to do an estimate on the kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms lighting project; very knowledgeable, personable and informative, gave precise details. Accommodates plan according to the customer. Very easy to communicate with. Jake, electrician, was very prompt, friendly and personable. He is efficient and knowledgeable on installing recess lightings in the kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms. He did an excellent job in all areas as well as left it very clean with NO mess at all. He's always smiling and happy! I would recommend and refer this Company to anyone..they have great teamwork! Dave Sampson, Sampson Construction, removed florescent lights in the kitchen and installed dry wall and textured. He did a superb job and would recommend him for any construction project. Very friendly, easy to communicate, left his working area very clean.

Jake arrived on time and worked closely with the project manager to provide new electrical connections to 2 sconces, 3 ceiling lights, a fan and an outlet. In a 91 year old house, nothing is easy. Jake demonstrated good problem-solving skiills, good cheer, and good cooperation in this job. An antique light was removed from the room, and I wanted it used to replace a hall light. This was not in the contract, but Jake cheerfully installed the light. It looks great.

Overall, Trinity Electric was professional, punctual and did a great job. My only complaint is about the bill. Before hiring Trinity we had them visit our house to give an estimate. The person gave the estimate did not inspect any of the wiring or fixture, but instead listened to what we wanted done and based his estimate off of that. We told him, that we knew some of the wiring had already been updated and were unsure how extensive the job actually would be! The estimate we received for 1.5 days of work seemed very reasonable. After waiting several weeks, a different person came to do the actual work. We were very happy with his work and he did a good job of cleaning up after himself. However, the whole job only took him 1/2 a day! When the bill arrived I was shocked to see that the bill was still for the full estimate. I contacted Trinity and they agreed to bill us for time and materials instead of the original estimate -- but this only dropped the cost by ~$75. Somehow it just doesn't add up to me.

We would like to clarify some of the issue brought up by the customer. The proposal was for $585. The customer references that this was for 1.5 days labor. If this job was bid for this amount of time it would have been in excess of $1000. When asked about the length of time the job would take I believe they confused our conversation that the work should not exceed a full day but we would allow 1.5 days in the schedule to assure everything was completed and not have to reschedule another day if it became necessary. We do not like to have a customer’s work broken up into several days if we can possibly avoid it so we allow enough time to complete in one visit. Regarding the amount of adjustment to the invoice being only $75, this job was bid as a lump sum price not a time and material proposal but we still credited 1 hour labor to them.

The owner came and did a job proposal because there were so many different little things we needed done. In the end we had different jobs done at different times. The young man who came out to do the work each time was very polite and friendly. Overall they were both very pleasant to work with. He did an especially great job with the outlet in the panel box and getting all our modem and cable things neatly stowed in there. I was really pleased and impressed with that. The only thing is that after each round of "fixes" usually at least one thing would either need to be fixed again (especially the case with the outdoor outlet) or it would just be a little incomplete. For example, one new bathroom outlet works, but it takes a lot of jiggling to get a plug into it, and really only the bottom one works; also, when installing the chandalier, two strings of beads came unattached and several glass beads fell off; he said he collected them all but I said I would restring them (cheaper than the electrician doing this part) and in then end many of the beads were not there (I eventuallly found a handful more under the bed, etc), so not really his fault, but it took forever to find matching beads and finish the job. I will say that the last time I got a bill I mentioned that two parts of the visit were to fix things that had not been properly completed or had broken since the work had been done, and the owner reduced the bill without question, so that was very nice. I did call them one last time because the outdoor outlet stopped working again, and they never called me back. I don't blame them, I guess. I'm sure there are better, more straightforward jobs out there. And admittedly, it was a crazy year for me so it sometimes took a couple of months before I got to my bills.
Description of Work: Most of the work was done over a year ago, so I have to say my memory is vague. They installed an outdoor GFCI electrical box to bring a power point to the yard for outdoor lighting and a fountain; they installed a small chandelier/bedroom light fixture; helped figure out how to change the settings on some outdoor floodlights; replaced non-functioning GFCI outlets in two bathrooms; added an outlet in the electrical panel box and mounted all the cable deviced inside the box.Fixed a non-working swtich in the kitchen.

Our experience was excellent. Trinity came out and provided an estimate that was competitive. They were also prompt and courteous. A different person did the work. A item from the proposal was left off from the work that was completed (I wasn't there at the time). I called back and a person was sent out and it was completed, no issues. We have twins and I travel a lot so our schedule is complicated and we are a bit demanding. Trinity didn't mind and worked with our schedule restraints. Great company and I would use them again.

We'd had quotes from several companies to re-wire our electrical panel, an out-of-date relic from 1962. Trinity was able to work through email on setting up dates and times, and Jeff was flexible when, after we said we wanted to move forward, we had to cancel due to some unexpected financial issues.Work was completed and the new panel works great, is much better labeled than the original ever was, and is clean and accessible. The tech that did the work kept mostly to himself, arrived right on time, and was very task-focused. My only critique would be I had some clean up to do after the technician left--there was old wiring (bits and pieces) , a lot of dust, and there are some dirty handprints on the ceiling, where a plate was installed. This was easy to take care of, of course. I would absolutely use Trinity again, as their work was wonderful and we no longer have to worry about the electrical panel going kaput!

I couldn't be happier with the work done by Trinity Electric. The owner, Jeff, came a few weeks before to see what I wanted done, and he suggested the appropriate type of lighting for the size and layout of my kitchen. I was impressed with his punctuality, and his knowledge of what would work and what wouldn't. He thoroughly explained the process to me: an electrician would install the lights, and a contractor would remove the original lighting which was a box in the ceiling with two non-functioning flourescent tubes. (See review of Arnott Construction) On the day of the work, Dave arrived with all of the lights and supplies. He installed four new can lights, and changed out the trim on an existing can light. Dave also was able to discover why the outlet in my guest bathroom wasn't working. He had all the necessary parts with him, so he was able to replace that outlet and also the one in the master bathroom. (It turns out these outlets are connected). Dave also tore out the original box and flourescent tubes so the contractor could start that same afternoon, covering the "box" in the ceiling with drywall. The new lighting has made a world of difference in my kitchen.

Dave was Magnificent! The electrician sent out by Trinity Electric arrived on time, he had some company attire so I could be sure it really was the electrician, and he had a fairly good understanding of what I wanted done. In one situation where I was unsure what to do he was able to make a recommendation and provide his reasoning behind it. In one situation he explained that I should do something different than I thought I wanted, and explained why. His work was professional and since I was able to go ahead of him and remove the wall socket face plates and go behind him and put the new faceplates on, his work was quicker than either of us expected. As a result, the work was less expensive than the estimate. The only reason Trinity gets 4 stars instead of 5 was that I found the ?front office? difficult to contact. The front office is actually an electrician, and he was frequently working rather than answering phones.

This work was scheduled with Dan Humfeld nearly 6 weeks prior to the scheduled date of service. I am not clear on the customers comment on contacting me in the office as I dont recall messages from her directly. As the onwer of the Company I preform all of the estimating and do field job follow up so during the day the office phone quite often goes to voicemail. My cellular number is availble and answered unless I am with customers and my email is always available and the best way to quickly communicate information.

Everything went well. I called to get an estimate and got a call back within 24 hours. We then arranged the estimate to be very soon after our call. After coming out for the estimate, I also received the electronic proposal very quickly and was very pleased with the price. I agreed to the job and we scheduled the work to be about a week out which was perfectly fine. My dishwasher ended up arriving only a day before the work was done. He also listened to my boyfriend's thought of putting another outlet (there was only 1 in the whole counter space area) on the other side of the sink to balance out the counter top appliance placement and let me know he could do an additional outlet with dedicated circuit and combine it with the disposal switch he was already installing for only $65 more. A few days before the scheduled work, I asked if they could take a look at the kitchen fan that was old and make a recommendation on how to get some ventilation going in the kitchen as it didn't have any other than the old thought to be non-working fan that was taped up on the outside of the house. Jeff suggested putting in a new fan altogether but since I wanted to maintain the old fan grill I decided to wait and see. On the day of the work, he was on time and got done in a timely manner and cleaned up pretty well after the job. He also un-taped the fan and found that it works! I was so pleased. It's old and takes a bit to kick on but I think it compliments the age of the house to keep the old grill intact. The outlets all look/ work great, with one exception - the disposal switch didn't work after installing/ testing it out. I've been in touch with them and anticipate it will be resolved quickly.
Description of Work: Overall my experience with Jeff and Jim was great. They really did a great job with a basic dishwasher/ disposal wiring job. One thing I really appreciated about it is that they recognized this was a small job and didn't try to make it more than that. They wired outside the house that is hidden in bushes which I think made it less costly and made the most sense for the job. I appreciated their courtesy and that they submit electronic job proposals as well. Additionally, they did not try to push me to do more work than was desired and I will definitely hire them for my next electrical needs.

Have used them 2x now and plan to use again. Happy with the overall experience. The person who came out and did the work was great, knowledgeable, and professional. Took the time to answer my questions. Seemed best to call as sometimes email could be hit or miss. But otherwise, good communication and responsiveness.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 bathroom fans with larger, quieter units than existing fans. Also replaced small ductwork with larger ductwork for the fans. Lasty, on a second visit, had them install an outdoor receptacle on its own breaker at the panel.
