With over 50 years of experience in the Electrical Construction Industry, the management team at Trinity Electric has been serving Homeowners, Property Managers and Contractors in the Greater Seattle, Bellevue and Metropolitan Areas.
Excellent! The electrician, Brian, showed up early and reviewed the job with me to ensure we were on the same page before starting the work. Once he got to work, he remained focused and was very gracious and accommodating to answer any questions I had about the job. This was a fairly complex job, at least from my perspective, and he was done in under 6 hours - including the trip to the electrical supply warehouse. Brian is an excellent representative of Trinity Electric, and I would gladly hire them again for any work I need done.

It went awesome and we would gladly hire Brian again. It was one of those interactions that you want to tell people about, great job.
Description of Work: We were having problems with our electrical just after a remodel of our kitchen had been completed. Brian had come out on the same day that I had called to take a look. The problem turned out to be something in the line that was the responsibility of PSE. Brian had called PSE and asked them to come out. The problem was resolved in the same day and they didn't charge us for trying to find the problem.

Trinity Electric has been the best experience we've had with a contractor, from bid to project completion. The home had two generations of electrical work. Jeff w/ Trinity provided a thorough bid that was broken into parts in case the entire house had to be rewired or partially rewired, and itemized all of the additional work in an à la carte fashion for easy decision making. Work was completed and inspected early, and within budget. Jim, the electrician who did the work, was knowledgeable, punctual, and kind to our oh-so-helpful dog. Clean inspection the first time through. These guys are excellent and I highly recommend.

Great. Price, service and quality of work was top notch.
Description of Work: Had an outlet with separate circuit installed for use with a bidet type installation in the bathroom. The line ran from the farthest point of the house, through the attic and down an outside wall. I was amazed at the tight space Jim (not a small fellow) had to squeeze through but made it work. Both Jeff (coordinator) and Jim (installer) were extremely nice and easy to work with. They're price was better than another quote I received.

They're the only people that we would use. Jeff the owner is amazing, we love him. He has taken really good care of us and all of our electrical needs. Excellent service. Very clean. Very knowledgeable. Just a great company all the way around. They did a lot of work for us recently. Two years back they were referred to us by a friend who had some extensive work done. Originally they had done some work, two years ago, and I was really really happy with that. That's what led us to reach back out to them for the extensive work we've just recently had done. Pertaining to pricing, I really don't have anything else to compare because I would never go anywhere else, it wouldn't even matter to me.
Description of Work: We had electrical moved in one area of our kitchen to another area in the ceiling. We had four other ceiling fans put in where there was nothing. We had some can lights put in. We had some electrical done on the outside of the house for some motion lighting. They did some electrical for flood lighting we were going to install in the future.

Excellent! Jeff the owner came out first to find out exactly what we needed and provide a quote and soon after we accepted he fit us in to do all the work quickly and efficiently. We were pleased at how his crew went above and beyond the requirements to make sure I was happy with how everything looked and worked. They installed and replaced many light fixtures for us and were such pleasant and communicative people that it was like having friends do the work.

Trinity was awesome. Jeff did a thorough walk through and provided a fair estimate for a full home rewire. Jim was on site to rewire our entire home and did a beautiful job. He was a magician fishing wires through the walls on our main floor and hung all new fixtures to our exact preferences. The job was finished in a timely manner and we would absolutely hire them again.

My initial contact with Jeff (owner) was positive. He was friendly, professional, seemed well-qualified. He came highly-recommended by a neighbor who had had extensive work done by him. We did a walk-through of the house and I outlined my electrical needs. He made suggestions as to how to do the work plus other features I might want to consider. When he submitted his bid, the prices seemed reasonable and so we contracted to do the job, to be done in three phases with each phase paid for upon completion. I had to work the work schedule around others in my household and he was willing to be flexible to accommodate me. The electrician assigned was the “expert for old houses” (mine is more than 100 years old).He seemed well-qualified and a very competent electrician. He did not mind answering my questions and he did not object to me watching him work. However, he was not a “detail” man. He “eyeballed” a lot of the cuts and they were sometimes sloppy or too large. He acknowledged sometimes having to use oversize plates as a result. I have vintage paneling in my kitchen that cannot be repaired or replaced and some of his cuts were too large and required an oversize plate. My basement is semi-finished: a tiled ceiling but no walls. He tore off ceiling tiles without any consideration for them to be replaced and many were damaged beyond re-use. He did not clean up behind himself—he would simply leave a mess and go on to the next job. At the end of the work day he frequently just left. I had to begin policing behind him to make sure he was not leaving a mess and more than once I had to ask him to clean up a mess. Prior to completion of the total job I did another walk-through with Jeff and showed him what I was pleased with as well as areas where a mess had been left. Not once during the first two phases did the electrician take out any debris from his work but just left it in a pile in an unused space in the basement. Now equipment is beginning to fail. A year ago one of the light switches shorted out and became unusable. I simply replaced it myself. However, I could not find the identical switch, which had a built-in night light. I contacted Jeff at the time, speaking with him, to ask if he had any more such switches. He never got back to me. In the past two months two outlets have failed, within a two-week period—they simply stopped working. I called Jeff to find out what kind of warranty I had on his work and received no call back. I have left at least ten voice messages, the first on February 21, and I have received no responses. In my last message on March 29 I simply asked why he was not willing to stand behind his work. To date I have still received no responses. What was initially a fairly positive experience overall has since turned sour due to the lack of response to my phone calls. To me it is not reasonable for work, and supposedly new equipment, to be failing in only four years and I believe it should simply be replaced.. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be an issue with Jeff and Trinity Electric, judging by the lack of response to my phone calls. Would I use them again or recommend them to someone else? NO.

I had a dishwasher from Home Depot delivered to my rental house, and had paid for installation. Once they delivered it, they said I would have to get an electrician to fix the circuit before they could come back and install. I contacted Jeff and he met me at the house, looked at the project, told me I needed to have a plumber there at the same time. I requested he coordinate this for me, and he arranged everything - including getting the work done before Christmas! With almost no notice, he was able to accommodate me in every way. They arrived as scheduled and completed everything in a thorough and professional manner. Then I had an issue at my own home with a receptacle needing replacement and Jeff came on over to my house and installed a new receptacle for me in a matter of minutes. Absolutely wonderful service, including following up with me after the work was done and I had questions. I would highly recommend Trinity Electric.

Mr. Whetzel was quick, efficient and kind in providing a fair and competitive estimate. Our technician Jim also did a great job. Both were on time and were flexible and accommodating of my complicated schedule and my large, protective dog. Both communicated very well ( not my experience with many contractors and, well, people in general.) They were great about understanding and carrying out what I needed and wanted and making helpful suggestions. I bought my house in July and a lot of electrical work had been done by the previous owners without being bonded or inspected. Mr. Whetzel was great about getting required permits and communicating clearly and effectively with our inspector. We also ordered a lot of the supplies ( outlets, plate covers, all house surge protector, switch, timer for fan) from Amazon previous to the work being done and Trinity was great about getting what we had installed despite a rather quirky house with lots of special needs.
Description of Work: 1) Separated bathroom light and fan, added timer 2) Grounded outlets and light switches in bedrooms, replaced worn switches and outlets; put each bedroom on its own breaker as well as bathroom 3) Added new outlet to remodeled room 4) Installed shutoff switch to back shed 5) Grounded panel, did tests required by inspector on work done by previous owner 6) Installed GFCI outlets 7) Installed all-house surge protector

This job was to light our backyard landscape. This included lighting trees and waterfall plus creek. We worked with Jeff to solidify the design to meet our budget. Jeff was very knowledgeable with respect to the how's and hardware selection. He was punctual and easy to discuss the project with. They came and went and other than the lights, I wouldn't know they were there. I had a reason to call them months after completion and they stopped by the house on their way home to help me. Aton charge. All in all, great job and I recommend Trinity for your electrical work.

When I first contacted Trinity, their replies offered good advice and options. We made an appointment. Jim arrived right on time and got to work quickly. We had one bathroom fan that had stopped working and a second that sounded like a Harley. He replaced them both and cleaned up after himself and was gone within 45 minutes. He was careful and tidy and polite. We are very happy.

The whole process was great. It started from the initial consultation, advice afterwards, making choices on fixtures, setting up the appointment and then completing the work. Jake arrived on time, was very helpful and patient and completed the work on time for the TV guys to start their work. Everything works well and I am very pleased with the work

Response from Trinity Electric LLC
Customer called my cell phone on Friday 6/6 and the message was very scratchy and garbled. The number I was able to obtain was not correct as I did not reach this customer when I called it back. I was hoping to hear back again in hopes of obtaining the correct number but never did or have. I am not saying the customer did not try a second time but I have no account of any call from them beyond the initial call on the 6th in either my cellular or office landline voicemails.

This was a fairly small residential job, but Trinity Electric provided superb service. The owner, Jeff, proposed an outstanding redesign of the lighting system that made the waterfall absolutely beautiful; Bryan arrived just as scheduled with all of the equipment and information he needed to perform the installation. Jeff came out early in the day to make sure all was going well and to ensure Bryan understood what we had planned. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the work site beautifully and even raked the ground so it didn't look disturbed. they took the time to show me how everything was set up and how it will work. Finally, they made sure I could reach them if I had any problems. All in all, this was an excellent experience and I'll use Trinity Electric for any electrical work in the future.

Jeff visited to get the info needed to quote. He was charming and came up with several ideas for getting the jobs done more easily than I had envisioned. Nate came to do the job as scheduled and was also charming, resourceful, careful, professional. He was there for about 3.5 Hrs and there was a second guy there in the beginning to help get the tricky ladder setup on the stairs. It is a great relief to have the things fixed, and especially without having to do any sheet rock repair. Not a cut-rate electrician, but they provided good value and it was well-worth the 475+tax to me.

I recently moved in and the old fans were really loud. They also did not seem to move the air fast enough. I have been shopping a few contractors and found Trinity Electric LLC from Angie's list. I contacted and Jeff was immediately responded and came over for estimate. I had some specific model and price range in mind and Jeff's quote hit right on the spot. The other quotes were not comparable as their price range per fan was 50% ~ 70% higher. Jeff and his staff were fully booked so we scheduled the installation about 10 days later. On the day, Jake showed up and did a master job on installing the fans. I thought that I might do the work by myself but after observing the work (existing 3" ducts were crazy), Jake also made a trip to nearest home depot to get reducers and flexible ducts as the new fans are designed for 4" duct. I concluded that I was so fortunate to find Trinity Electiric and hire them. I also asked to get a permit and Jake scheduled inspection at following morning. I highly recommend Jeff and his team and definitely ask them to come over if I have a problem in future.
