Pro Long Roof Care did and excellent job! The roof looks like new. They also treated the roof so the moss won't come back any time soon. When they finished with the roof they made sure the gutters were cleaned and everything was "ship shape". I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Paid over $600 for them to blow off some leaves & spray on some totally useless "cleaner". Had them come out a second time to clean it again. Took them 5 minutes to re-spray the same useless crappie. That was it.

Excellent. We had not had roof cleaned in 10 years and there was some areas of heavy moss. Area around house was cleaner than before they arrived!

The service went poorly. - The cleaning went OK. If it was just that, I would give them an A - The broken tiles went poorly. They replaced some of them, however after they were "done" there were still at least 10 broken tiles visible from the windows and the ground. I had them come out and fix these, and they fixed most of the ones that I specifically pointed out. However there were still 3-4 that they did not fix. When I called again, and the owner came out, he said the tiles were broken but not a problem. However what I thought I was purchasing was for all of my tiles to be repaired, not just the absolute worst of them, with others that will need to get repaired next year ignored because they are not quite leaking yet. - The drip edge flashing was atrocious. There were these problems among others - Initially 5-7 different sections on the ground level did not get flashing installed - Almost all the flashing was installed incorrectly, and there were at least 4 different ways that different flashing was installed incorrectly - some of it dripped directly into the wood - some of was too short, was installed under the tiles and did not extend to the gutter so it dripped behind the gutter - some of it was too short, and instead of it being installed under the tiles it was bolted to the gutter, so water would drip of the tiles, then drip off the top of the flashing and go behind it - All of it was supposed to be installed under the felt paper. However none of it was also one piece of flashing of a different color was installed, that I had to call them to come fix When the owner came out after I took pictures of these issues and sent them in, they said they were not willing to rectify any of the issues, and in fact they were not real issues but the roof was OK as is. The roof leaked literally the next day. To their credit, they did come out and help me address the 2 leaks in the roof. To fix the flashing problems I brought up they were willing to sell me additional flashing work for another thousand dollars. The PROs of this provider - reasonably priced - They were easy to get ahold of, they always had someone in the office during business hours - The did the roof cleaning well - Came out and helped fix the leaks in the roof The CONs - They were not interested in doing the flashing or tiles correctly. They wanted to get it done as quickly as possible and move on - They did not adequately rectify the issues I brought up - At the house the roofer had poor communication. There were people home all day, every day but at no point did they say "I think this flashing is too short" they went ahead and did $2,000 worth of work incorrectly - The cleanup after the job was not great. When I went up to inspect the gutters on the first floor, I found cut pieces of flashing in the gutter 3-4 separate locations (there may be more on the second floor gutter) and there was flashing on the ground in 4 separate locations

Absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the staff to the gentleman who did the work was amazing. They made the transaction very easy and I look forward to working with them again!

New gutters were not installed in same configuration as existing. Instead of draining through downspout to existing in-ground drain they let half my roof spill out onto a lower roof and run across the shingles. I asked to have it corrected. They responded it was a good install and if I wanted to change it would cost $200 extra. After many phone and email exchanges they agreed to pay for half, but it still cost me an additional $100 to get the system put back the way it was before they removed the old system. VERY disappointed in their level of customer service.

I had a great experience working with Pro-Long. They were very responsive and flexible. I needed the roof cleaned right away to prepare the home for sale and even though they were booked through the following week, they adjusted their schedule and had a technician cleaning the roof within 48 hours. Did a great job on the cleaning the roof and cleaning the area afterwards. Thank you for the great service.

It was great! The clean up and everything went well. He was courteous and friendly. Very informative of the process.

This was a $449 big deal purchase. It was fine. We had them do some other things so I paid more than the price of the big deal. They showed up when they said they were going to.

Darren Rice did a good job! He patiently and politely answered all our questions. The work was done as per agreed schedule. The cleanup was taken care of.

We were contacted and told an estimate needed to be done after choosing their deal for $449. Someone came out within a week then said they would get back to us with an estimate. Our house is very small and the square footage in the deal was generously adequate so that was a bit surprising. They never got back to us and did not answer three email inquiries over the next two weeks. I had to contact Angie's List for a refund. A different company was found for $325, estimated scheduled and completed within a week.

After I made the Big Deal purchase, and asked the company to provide service, the company told me they have to send someone over to confirm my roof is what's being covered under the Big Deal, which is fine. After the visit, then I was asked to make the appointment, which already went into August. I wasn't happy with the delay, but I figured it's a good thing that this company is at least popular. Because I had some bad experience with last roof cleaning, I asked them when they will come so I can stay at home and tell them to watch out a few things, but instead of coming, I got a call from them an hour after the appointment date indicating their machine has broken and need to move to a new date. They were originally going to come next week, but luckily owner squeezed me in for an earlier date. I appreciate them for that, but that was a time I couldn't take time off so I just had to have fate they will do a good job... after I returned from work, I noticed three of my orchid were knocked off, the worker tried to put one orchid back into the pod, but was done very badly. Half the orchid was outside of the pod. Finally, I have purchased many big deals before, but was never asked to pay tax on top of the Angie's Big Deal before, I was sent a bill after work for tax only.... is this allowed???

Nick and Darren arrived on time. Nick confirmed with me the work that was to be done. Then they both went up on the roof and did all the work we had agreed upon. It took most of the day to complete the work because the roof was very messy. But when they were done the roof was completely clean (i.e., no debris or moss). They then cleaned up the debris and moss that had been removed from the roof. The yard was very clean when they had finished. They filled four big sacks of stuff and took it with them when they left. After this they then put the moss treatment on the roof to keep it from coming back for two years. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work Nick and Darren did and would have them back when my roof is in need of cleaning in the future.

Went well. I didn't see any significant detritus on the ground or my deck following the procedure and it all happened while I was out of the home. The roof looks great. My only non-positive comment is that the technique they use didn't clean my skylights all that well. There was still some green mossy leftovers on there.

My meetings with Glen were very informative and very professional. Glen is a great guy and I really appreciate the time he spent with me.

| |The Pro-Long two person team arrived right on time in good cheer and started blasting stuff off the roof quickly. Their ladders (I think they used the 32 footer and the 24 footer) had to be moved many times as they quickly cleaned each of the levels of our house. | |I really like the air pressure system that Pro-Roof uses (although its more expensive probably because it requires a lot of special/expensive equipment). On "mature" roofs like ours, I would be reluctant to subject it to standard pressure washing because leaks might occur. | |After many hours, the roof was clean and clean-up began (a huge job because of so much matter). The Pro-Roof guys left it spotless and even blew the leaves off of the trail in the back of our house (which was not covered at all with roof matter). | |Generally, Pro-Roof is a very professional company with great service and the team (Darren and Jonathan) were fantastic.

Purchased the roof and gutter cleaning service on 9/2, waited for more than a week just to get an estimation. And surprisingly, the estimation includes "complete replacement of old gutter", which cost over a grand. Several phone call to both the technician and the representative only to find out that this is something "nice to have" but not really necessary, and my old gutter works just fine. Well, thanks but no thanks. After that is another two weeks of waiting for the scheduled appointment. On the morning of 9/29 one technician finally came to my house to do the work and tell me to "stay in the house and no need for monitoring" - two hours later he silently left without saying goodbye, and without giving me any receipt to sign or pay. One week later I went to Home Depot, bought some gutter guard and try to install it, and magically found out that none of my gutter downspouts and downpipes were properly cleaned - all of them were clogged with leaves, branches and dirts! This is the most sloppy work I have ever received, and not what I expected for professionalism. For anyone who purchased "gutter cleaning service" from this company, I strongly recommend pulling out your ladder, and double check your gutter after the service was performed. Because blowing leaves out of your gutter is only part of the work. Unclog the gutter spouts and pipes are the most import part of the cleaning, and based on my bad experience, this might not be done.

The men got to my rental on time, They were very efficient and courteous. They cleaned the roof beautifully. Job well done

It went great. I wish I had waited a couple more days because we had a big rain and wind storm the next day and now my gutters are so full I have to have it done again. No fault of Pro-Long though.

Roof looks like new. All moss is gone.
