Failed to not damage the car window. Failed to take responsibility for damages. Failure to review evidence of employee causing damage. Do not use this company! Their employee got our car dirty while cleaning a roof and then shattered the car window when washing off the mess they had made on the neighborhood cars. When the issue was raised with the owner (Anthony/Tony) he refused to review photo and video evidence, would not repair the damage, nor would he supply his insurance to file a claim. We have high quality video showing the employee washing the car off, shattering the rear window, pacing back and forth behind the car, taking a photo of the shattered window, and then returning minutes later to take a photo from an angle that makes it harder to see the shattered window. The damage to the car was discovered within 15 minutes when the driver door was opened and the rear window collapsed into the car. Avoid this company at all cost as they did not repair damage they clearly caused.

Went great. They were done in 2 days and did a great job on every part of the roof replacements.

Two workers with the compressor equipment spent six hours cleaning the roof and then cleaning up the ensuing mess around the house. We chose Pro Long because their equipment was specific to moss removal. One worker even adjusted an errant gutter to better catch runoff. Well worth the money. They will return on a better weather day to treat the roof with a moss inhibitor.

Refuses to honor their warranty. My gutters were damaged Feb 2019 due to snow. Pro-long replaced them and I followed their advice to install the “Gutter Warrior” to avoid repeat problems. “Optional: Install feet of gutter warrior with 50yr maintenance free warrenty. It makes your gutters stronger and cand handle up to 960lbs per foot. Extra $ 2250” Prolongroofcare.com explains that “Gutter warrior warranty does include snow” Jan 2020 snow tore down one of these new gutters, so I reached out to Pro-long. They made me jump through hoops to file paperwork and send photos to the manufacturer of gutter warrior, PlyGem. PlyGem does not agree that the warranty covers snow and declined the claim, but ultimately decided to cover new material. Pro-long refused to cover the cost of work to put up the new gutter. They did not honor the warranty on their original invoice and homepage. Speaking to Tony, he said ProLong could not cover the cost of putting the gutter back up, so unless I could get PlyGem would pay for it, I would have to do so. I explained that my expectation as a customer is that they would honor their warranty which is stated on the original invoice less than a year earlier and cover the work cost of putting the gutter back up. Tony said maybe they would have, but business is starting to decline due to Covid...and so they wouldn’t. While I’m sympathetic to the business situation, honoring warranties can’t be a subjective decision by the seller based on current business conditions. In the end, I need the gutter back up, and paid ProLong $380 to do it, as I don’t have patience to further litigate the issue even though it’s clear that they are intentionally failing to deliver on their warranty promise. I don’t like working with people who don’t honor their promises and would not use them again.

I loved my interaction with Pro-Long. First, Tony the estimator came to my house to do a detailed inspection prior to the estimate. Second, Mike Sunde, the roofer, did removed the moss, twigs, and leaves form my roof with remarkable speed and a very clean job. He picked up all the mess from the group. He helped manage my expectations well. One other company was going to send 3 roofers to get the job done, and was way more expensive. Pro-Long wasn't the cheapest or most expensive quote. But the people I contacted were very professional. Living in a wooded area, I've struggled to find a good roofer company. I believe I've found the roofer I will retain for years,.... Pro-Long!

They were timely, professional and protected our roof so it will last longer.

We had our roof tiles cleaned the second time with prolong roof care. Right after, we paint our house and our painter informed us that there are several broken tiles on the roof which are not visible from the ground. The painter took the picture before they started the job. We informed the owner about the damage on which he said not replacing the roof will save us some materials. Not an answer we are expecting from a roof professional. We also engaged this company to replace the facia board below the gutter. at the same time. We ended up paying another contractor to fix the facia work (woods are not aligned, visible gaps in between, in short, messy job). This is almost a $5K job. We will never work with this company again.

The work was good, but the price seemed a bit high to me.

Window Wall joints that had seals that were leaking. After we accepted their bid, a schedule was established and they proceeded as planned. They cleaned up after the project. I would definitely hire them again.

Pro-Long was great to work with. Each of the people involved was honest, clear with plans and friendly. They showed up as agreed (and faster than most of the other quoted jobs had been able to forecast they’d come) came in accurately on the bid, worked clean and tidy, and communicated well throughout. Our sales person was friendly and honest, explained the job to me, pointed out details other bidders had missed or skipped over, explained potential additional costs, and took his time. I immediately was made to feel like this was the right company and I wasn’t disappointed. I especially want to speak about the project manager Adam. His easy going customer service, great communication and attention to details was key to the success of the work done by he and Pro-Long. Often it seems that while a company, its owners or CEO may have one idea about customer service, the teams they have out in the field might not show that in the details. Adam and his team really showed quality and inspired confidence, and went above and beyond to do things right. I appreciate good people and in my experience, Pro-Long Roof Care are good people.

The successfully removed the moss and debris, and the gutter covers, as we had requested. They applied the moss treatment that we requested and were very friendly and professional.

The crew was totally professional and worked until light ended, got the job done in one day! Cleaned up, nary a piece to clean up.

We hired Pro-Long to clean the roof, remove debris from roof/gutters, and apply a moss treatment. I worked from home the day of the service. The junior tech arrived on time at 8:30 AM and started the job. Happened to step outside to hear him swearing profusely a few hours into the job. After lunch, a supervisor stopped by and was giving him tips (and I learned he had only been doing this for a few months). At 3 PM, the tech left without notice. Walking around the house, it was clear the job was unfinished as there was still moss on the roof, debris in the gutters and the moss treatment had not been applied. That evening, I emailed Pro-Long the details of the day along with several pictures of poor workmanship. The following day, the manger of Pro-Long called to apologize, made excuses for the junior tech, and stated the following week the job will be completed. He also acknowledged that if I hadn’t complained, they would’ve thought the job had completed. The following Monday, a senior tech and assistant arrived at 9 AM to begin the job – again -- and completed around 3:30 PM. This time the job was correctly performed and no complaints. Several days later, the bill arrived via email. When I inquired about a discount for the issues and hassle, they eventually sent a new bill with a $25 discount, which is insulting. Eventually spoke to the manager on the phone again was unwilling to budge stating this had cost them more than expected already and his staff need to be paid fair wages. The bill included links to multiple social media sites if one was ‘delighted’, so here we are as a heads up for other customers.

Very well. I especially liked the air cleaning process that this company provided, because I did not like the idea of dirty water shed ruining my yard. After he was finished, the technician replaced rusty nails, then cleaned up all the dirt & debris on the ground, so the only way to know that he had been there was that my roof was spotless!

Roof cleaning was done in timely manner, professional and rood still looks great year later.

We replaced our 23 year old cedar shake roof with asphalt shingles. The initial meeting with Keigen was great, he took the time to understand our project which included re-insulating the roof. Pro Long was willing to work with the insulation company on a ventilation plan for our roof which made the planning much easier. Since we were replacing the cedar shakes the cost of this job included new plywood over the whole roof. We also added fascia boards and replaced the gutters. The Pro Long crew were great to work with, fast, polite professional and they cleaned up after themselves. The foreman was Adam who checked in with us regularly to let us know how things were going.. Adam was very responsive to questions and came by at teh end of the job to do a full inspection and touch up. I'm very happy with my new roof - beautiful work. I've use Pro Long several time in the past for cleaning of my old roof, so I knew they did good work and were honest - the last time I had them out to clean the old roof I asked the guy if it was time for a new roof - he could have easily sold me a new roof, but instead he told me I had a few years left in the cedar shakes so long as I took care of them - that honesty is why I called them back. I had two other bids from other companies and ProLong was the middle bid.
