I've used them twice. I've heard other people did it for less but I'm not really sure. I really have no complaints. It's all good. I really have nothing negative to say about them.

It went fine. It was good. It was pretty expensive. I think that they did real good. The outcome result. the roof looks good. It looks better than what it looked before. I have no problem with their work. They were good.

They did a good job; it was fast, and they arranged it quickly and they did a good job. They did pretty much what they said they would do. They worked on the sidewalks too, and it was difficult work. They did a good job with that.

It worked out just fine. I was not there when they showed up. I thought the price was average. The quality was just fine. They were punctual. That was the only time I have used them.

We have a concrete tile roof. It is very steep the way the roof is made. So prolong did, they put some anchors up there and they did a good job. For pricing I did not have anyone to compare it to. I would say it was reasonable. I will continue to use them.

This job went rougher than it should have. The job started out 10 days later than the initial agreed upon date, due to issues with "dumpster schedule" and "personnel issues". Once the work started,it was a three-day job, turned into a 7-day job. The tear-off crew was great! They jumped on it and completed their portion (tear-off and install new sub-base and barrier) in two days. The shingle crew was a different story. Only one person installed the new shingles. He showed up one day, gone the next day. Showed up the third day, gone the next. Finally, finished on the fifth day. My roof was a very simple, one level, hip roof - approximately 1,400 SF. A larger crew could have cranked that out in no time. I do like the final result, and it does look professional. All flashing is done right, and shingle lines are straight. Cleanup was well done. Patience was required. Better communication from the foreman would have been appreciated. I would have to think hard about hiring them again.

They did a great job! Everything was done well and the area surrounding the house was left clean and neat. I was especially thankful they took the extra time to clean the skylights. Would definitely hire them again.

Great. The guys were professional and respectful. They cleaned up all the debris from the ground.

Moses was the tech who did the work for us. He did a great job. He was punctual, very nice and respectful, and worked hard. The quality of the work was good...roof looks great, walkways look great. Cleanup was good, though can always be better.

It was a good result once they were able to clean it.

Using the Angie's list message application, I contacted 5 firms. Pro-Long responded quickly with a few questions to clarify the type of roof and any particular concerns that I had. They scheduled an estimate within the week. The individual that did the estimate called me to talk me through it (I was out of town) and even sent me pictures of areas (drainage and skylights) that were of concern. Pro-Long worked with me very responsively on pricing and timeframe for getting the work done. Daryn was the lead on the project. He showed up on time, explained the work that was going to be completed and how he intended to do it, keeping me informed along the way. After the roof cleaning, drainage repair and skylight install, Daryn recommended pressure washing. I agreed and he was out the next day to complete. Overall, a great experience.

Installer did an outstanding job and returned to verify that the issue was resolved

The work was done to our satisfaction, quickly, with great attention to clean up. One part of it was not done as specified, so they came out and redid that section, free of charge. We were not billed until we walked through all the work, agreed that it was done properly, and went through two weeks of heavy rain as a "stress test." The roof is performing perfectly now, and we are quite, quite satisfied. We also had them clean the part of the roof that wasn't replaced, and they replaced a failing 40-year-old chimney stack (which was cracked in half with mismatched metal that was galvanizing and eroding). Very quick, professional work.

Our house is 3 stories tall and they handled the roof and gutter cleaning easily and professionally. They cleaned up the grounds afterward. Work was done quickly.

Note sure how well the gutters were cleaned, still had some spill over on some of the gutter during rains. The roof was clean and treated. Still say moss on roof, but said the treatment will taken care of the rest.

Great! They were very professional and arrived on time and cleaned everything extremely well. There is some moss on my roof that didn't take well to the treatement, but most of it is gone!.

Niko was great. He arrived promptly, was friendly yet professional and did the job quickly. As promised, everything was left cleaned and they did a great job. I also asked him to look at a chimney leak and he was able to determine and fix the problem for $60. He also found a spot where squirrels were getting in and advised me to get an exterminator to repair the areal. I'm happy.

They quoted an inexpensive quote relative to everyone else. They also appeared to do a really good job. When they committed to show up, they were actually there.

I have a pretty new roof and want to take care of it so it lasts a long time. They came out and looked at it and told me what I needed to do to make sure it lasts a long time. They really knew what they were talking about and it made sense. I was able to figure out a maintenance plan would keep the cost of maintenance low and keep the roof looking good. Price was reasonable for what they had to do. Wasn't the cheapest but I'm pretty sure it was the best value. They showed up and completed the work efficiently. Took a little bit less time than they planned but that was ok as the roof looks great. Only thing they could have done better was to let me know they were finished. They just packed up and left. Small thing.

They came out on time and cleaned our roof, pressure washed the sidewalk, back patio, and driveway. Lots of algae and debris from the evergreen trees and shade. It looks awesome now and I don't know how they did it but I can't even tell that they made a mess blowing all the junk off the roof. Based on the yard and gardens you wouldn't even know they were here. Really easy to work with. It reminded me of ordering from Amazon in terms of how easy it was. One phone call and an email follow up and it was done. Thanks guys!

I called Pro-long to get my roof looked at prior to purchasing my home. They were able to suggest repairs needed that would increase the life of my roof. The estimator was friendly and personable, and the work was performed within the given timeframe, about 2 weeks. I would recommend them, they work hard to make sure the experience is convenient, and the employees were professional and personable.

He did not even get on the roof to inspect for the source of the leak -- although it was a couple degrees above freezing, he said frost on the roof meant it was too dangerous. Okay sure, safety first. So asked if he could go into the attic to look from the inside, to which he said that would be pointless. Instead he opted to walk around my property and inspect my roof from the ground. After about 10 minutes, he came back to me and said I needed a full replacement, pointing out a number of imperfections. Thankfully I had other roofers scheduled to give me a bid to repair the leak, and who, based on inspections from the inside and out, said my roof is in great shape and that the 'imperfections' were nothing to be concerned about.

They responded to phone and email promptly, and arrived for an initial inspection and later the actual work when promised.

They were responsive, affordable, and did great work.
