Rick was outstanding. Professional, hard working, cleaned up the mess after cleaning the roof, fixed a gutter issue with absolutely NO complaints, removed a failing skylight and installed a new skylight (no mess inside the house) from this. He did everything that was promised. Would DEFINITELY hire them again (and of course ask for Rick).

Over all work went well. Gutters could have been a little better but not sure if it was them or if the gutters need heavier pressure washing due to age.

They showed up a couple of days late due to some scheduling challenges but did a great job once they were there. I would recommend them for roof and gutter work.

The work done was exceptional! Very prompt, professional and friendly. The roof of our home looks brand new again after they work was done. They also treated our home with a non-toxic chemical to prevent moss from returning, but did say it should be done every year or so with the treatment. We would definitely have them clean our roof again!

The roofers came and did an excellent job.

The crew did a great job. They worked non stop to clean the roof, chimney and remove the gutters. The roof cleaning was excellent. The air cleaning did an amazing job without risk to the shingles. The chimney looks great! The gutter removal was done very carefully to not damage any of the plants next to the house or the house. The crew was excellent! Also, Pro Long easily accommodated my request to remove the gutters first so we could prep for painting and then return in a few weeks to install the gutters. This really helped us with out painting project.

The company was booked for weeks but had one cancellation the following week. I was unable to be present, but the worker showed up as promised. I got home just as he was finishing up. I'm glad I did, because he had not intended to do the moss prevention treatment. He checked and found out it was included. However, as it was about to rain he said he would call and come back. The roof was much cleaner although I was surprised to see moss still clinging to the edges of the tiles, quite visible. He did not break any tiles as previous cleaners have done, but he was unable to replace a tile that had broken before he got there because it was an outer edge tile, different from my spare tiles. He promised to check on whether the company had that tile, but I never heard back about that. I did not receive another call from the company but called several weeks later the day after I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood. I asked about the roof treatment and was told it had been done the day before. So I am generally satisfied but wish some follow-up had been done about the broken tile (I will have to search for a spare tile somewhere) and that moss was not visible. It is much, much cleaner though. I think the price was reasonable.

I did not care for him. No, did not like him. We wanted just to have the roof cleaned. I don’t think he ever did clean the roof. He came out. We set a time, and I said can you give me an estimate first, and he never, never came at the time he was supposed to, and then he just left something on my door that said this is what I needed done and I had some problems with my roof. Which I absolutely don’t have any problems with my roof, and there was no follow-up on their part. I mean they sent somebody to do something. I don’t think they ever cleaned my roof, no. I didn’t like the fact that he was telling me stuff that I knew wasn’t the case, and I didn’t like the fact that he showed up when I wasn’t there. I can’t ask any questions. I can’t show you what I need. He showed up I guess. I thought what they did was a rip off. They didn’t do anything. They wanted me to spend a lot more money and they didn’t do what I asked them to do. They might be a fine company, but if they don’t do what you ask them to do and they’re not responsive, I wouldn’t have them back. I didn’t want them back. I know my roof is fine. When we moved in we had it inspected. If you can’t even be around to show me, you just put a card on my front door. They didn’t come out on time. I’m sure they’re slick. The card looked professional and somebody answered the phone, but I’ve been in sales and I’ve had people in our neighborhood try to rip us off too cause we’re a nice neighborhood too. I’m like yeah, not so much. I prefer to see a truck. Maybe I’m being too hard on them. Just because I’m blonde and just because I’m 50 some years old doesn’t mean I’m not with the program.

Tony (owner) came out as his crews were booked up with other jobs. He did a quick assessment (same day emergency repair) of the exterior of the roof and determined some bolt holes from an old satellite dish might be the cause of the leak only apparent with the heavy rains. He sealed with roofing caulk. Have not experienced issue since then. He took time to talk about my roof condition, which I know is old and options when I decide to replace. Very talkative/informative and definitely trying to sell me on his services.

Very well. Because we have a shaker roof they were meticulous on cleaning it.

They were on time and did a great job. Very professional

It was a fairly large project and it went well. I have no problems recommending them. There were no surprises at the end. It was right in the range of the estimate. They had to order a special part for the chimney and that took a while. They were a little more expensive. The quality was good. We had such terrible weather here in the northwest. Everyone was behind but I wasn't in any hurry we are still in the middle of the renovation. Once they gave us the quote they were the most prompt in being able to do it. That was another factor in choosing them. Once they got started they knocked it out really quickly except for that one part we had to wait for an extra ten days.

The estimator (Nick) and the crew were on time, professional and knowledgeable about roofing. They are my "go-to" guys for any future roofing issues.

They blew leaves off the roof & sprayed, what looked like water on the roof. Took about 15 min. Charged me $600. The spray did nothing. I called after a few weeks to "allow the spray to work". They grudgingly came back out & did the spray thing again. Same result.

It was half done the first time. When I pointed out, representative said everything was done and send pictures so that they can decide to come out again or not. After pictures were sent, they came out and spilled oil in the drive way as well as the cul de Sac. My Neighbors complained to me about the oil and Pro long did not care to clean up after themselves. I complained about it, they again asked for pictures. I sent pictures and they came out and kinda cleaned out the drive way and did not do anything with the spill in the cul de Sac. Owner called they offered $50 for all the trouble. I did not want to deal with them so accepted even though I thought it should be more than $50, but owners response was rude.

They did a pretty good job. They did not charge me anymore that the Big Deal. They were very responsive. My wife was actually here when the gentleman came to do the work and I guess wasn't as personable as expected. He was just here to do the work and nothing else. One person came out as far as I know.

Not great. They cleaned what they were suppose to clean but i paid the extra so that they would clean up their mess. They did not clean up their mess. Then they dented a gutter when they were out. The only way to fix the gutter is to replace the gutter and when I called them and said they had dented a gutter, what they told me that it was already dented before they got here, which isn't true. And they wanted me to prove that it wast dented.I guess I'll have to fix it myself cause I don't know how to prove that it wasn't dented. I'm just disappointed. I've given them ample opportunity to help me correct this. Here is the thing that I did say to the lady, you know what the guys that were out here did not do the job that they were suppose to do. So I ended up having to clean up all the mess and I have pictures of it. I said that they they told you that they did clean up and they did not. And again I have pictures of it which she saw because I sent them all the pictures of the mess. That's why she deducted like $30 or something off the bill but that wasn't the point. The point was they didn't do their job. Plus the other part was we had just reseeded our lawn so we had done all the seeding and put down all the dirt and cobblestone on the lawn and we said specifically to them please do not walk on the lawn and understand again, it's very small and the sidewalk goes straight up the middle and the only place logically to put their ladder is on the side walk anyways cause that's the safe place and they would be going straight onto the roof from the side where the side walk is, not off of the grass, They walked all over the grass everywhere and I told her that too. And she's like Oh my God I'm really sorry but they said they didn't. I have pictures of it. Here's the problem, and this is what I said to her. Your guys told you they cleaned up and they didn't. You have proof. Your guys says they didn't walk over our lawn, they did and we have proof. Now you're telling me you're not going to believe me about the gutter because you're going to believe your employees. That's real. So they won't fix that and I'm stuck with it.

The price wasn't bad or I wouldn't have hired them again.
