Description of Work: Bought big deal for roof/gutter clean + moss treatment. | |1st time they came, they did a horrible job - gutters still full of debris, roof only cleaned with a blower b/c their compressor wasn't working, bits of live moss still on roof, damaged plants, super dirty windows, bent downspouts, super dirty deck and they broke my hose reel & hid the handle. | |Called, sent pics and got them to come out again - first day they scheduled to come back, they didn't show. Second day, they did show, and actually cleaned the roof & gutters. They did a better job cleaning up debris, but my windows & deck are still super dirty and there are still bits of live moss on the roof.

Description of Work: Communication and service was great from scheduling appointment to showing up on time for estimate. Unfortunately our old roof needed more than just a cleaning and we were advised to seek out a roofer for a new roof.

Description of Work: Repaired two boots and replaced a couple of damaged shingles. It went as promised. They did have to come back out to push one of the bottom edges of a boot back down. They did this without any arguments and apologized for forgetting to tell us the pipe had come loose on the inside of the roof. It was easy to fix from the inside, so no big deal.

Description of Work: Service Provider came out to do the work to treat for moss, but recommended a new roof instead. No complaint on our part other than we now need a new roof. Would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Purchased coupon, the Pro-Long Roof Care & Repair Inc came out said it would will be $2500, it would last 2-3 years. I said just clean it and they won't. So I want a refund.

Description of Work: Called Pro-Long after reviewing their company and others. My home insurance company inspected our residence and noted large build up of moss on the roof. Contacted Pro-Long thru coupon listed on Angies list. Contacted me by e-mail and advised an estimator would be out and gave me a date. Estimate sent and I agreed to the work to be done. The workers came out and were early. The work took over three hours and was great. Roof looked new. Clean up was good and I realize not everything can be picked up. Easy to work with Brittanie thru the office and Rick who did the actual work was great. He was assisted by Keaton. Professional, answered all my questions and did a great job on the roof. Also treated the roof for moss control. Rick also cleaned off my skylight. Great job by the company, I will use them again and would recommend them. Also like that they were a local company.

Description of Work: We had our roof cleaned on a townhouse condo complex. There was a lot of moss on a fairly new roof. We had lower quotes from other companies, but we went with Pro-Long as they seemed to be able to clean with less abrasion, so we felt it was worth the extra cost since roof was only a couple of years old. They also did some pressure washing of a walkway at no extra cost. There was one spot on the roof under some trees that had some stubborn moss, so they came out a second time to work on the area at no extra cost. They were very professional, prompt, and friendly. Will use again when we need moss removal again.

Description of Work: Cleaned the roof with scrubbing and air pressure (does not damage roof like high pressure water washing). Examined and cleaned gutters as needed. Applied treatment to kill any remaining moss spores (good for 2-years).
