Description of Work: Clean the moss and debris from the roof and gutters and add moss treatment. They showed up very late due to a scheduling mix up. Thankfully, I had already taken the day off for this so it wasn't too big of an issue. Once they arrived they got right to work. I do like the high pressure air system they use on the roof. Seems very effective, but does not damage the roof. I was disappointed the sky lights were not cleaned. Found out later that was an extra cost item and couldn't get it added the day of work. They also did a good job of clean up considering the amount of debris that came off the roof. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Had both roof cleaning/moss treatment and gutters replaced. Contractors were prompt, efficient, polite and neat. The office staff for scheduling and billing was inefficient: Never called about the schedule, workers came on a different day than scheduled, billed twice for the same service. While they did nice work I don't think it is worth my time to follow up with scheduling and billing. I especially did not appreciate the workers showing up a day early. Luckily we were able to flex our schedules.

Description of Work: REMOVED MOSS & debris from 4400 sq ft cedar roof with 1' x 4' pitch. They then applied a chemical treatment to prevent moss growth. They returned to re-clean sections of roof that had moss.

Description of Work: Prolong Roof Care & Repair cleaned my roof & gutters. They did a fantastic job. The roof had quite a bit of moss which they cleaned off without damaging the shingles which are about 20 years old. Two workers showed up on time, were polite & listened when I gave them instructions about avoiding debris build up from run off into my storm drain.

Description of Work: Cleaned and Treated roof for moss. The crew was prompt, fast and safety conscious. They also gave us good advice on how often to treat the room and what to do in between treatments.

Description of Work: I had them replace my existing gutters. | |The price was fair, they showed up and did the work as promised. | |I had a separate painting contractor remove the gutters so they could paint the facia boards. This caused the gutter company to miss a downspout, which i brought to their attention and the crew quickly took care of the issue.

Description of Work: We purchased one of the roof cleaning specials that we received in an Angie's List local email. The email did not specify a location - the company emailed me right away to let me know we were just outside of their usual work area but they would be happy to come anyway since we had already paid. They cleaned all of the moss off the roof and gutters, and fixed a few shingles while they were on the roof. We had an excellent experience, and they were very professional and helpful. Great!

Description of Work: Made a minor roof repair, installed a gutter downspout, blew the moss off the roof, treated the roof and cleaned up afterward. A little confusion regarding what [stock] color of downspout to use, but they got the job done, cleaned up and I would use them again.

Description of Work: The company sent out a representative to give an estimate for the necessary services. It was higher than expected, and our roof was going to need to be replaced, so we opted to cancel the roof cleaning, and just replace the roof. Pro-Long Roof Care and Repair inc was very understanding of our situation, and was gracious enough to allow us to cancel the purchased services. That spoke volumes, to us about their honesty and integrity.

Description of Work: We had a little billing snafu (the service I wanted was a little more than the Angie's List coupon I bought, so I paid the difference) but the company worked with me to clear it up so no big deal. Otherwise, they did everything they said they were going to do when they said they'd do it and it all worked out just great.

Description of Work: They quickly cleaned our cedar roof with air, replaced several bundles of shakes, and treated. A little bit on the pricey side but they had it all done in two days.
