They did a very good job.

They did a good job on cleaning the roof. After the repairs were done, we still had a leak but they came back and remedied it although we had to pay them extra money. So it was a little disappointing that they gave us a bid and then came and work on it. They were supposed to replace our sky lights but they were unable to do it because they were glued in I guess which wasn't their fault. So everything was remedied in the end. I thought my interaction with them was good and I thought all the people were professional. I talked to the owner about the sky lights. We kept going on and on about how they should never be glued in and I just kept saying where do we go from there. I think he was worried that I was going to blame him that they couldn't do it. I was just a little frustrated with him but the remedy was to leave the sky lights along and not replace them. There were a few bumps along the way but they did a good job. They were fairly punctual. They were within half hour when they said they would be here.

Decided not to use the service because the estimate of about $1000 was at least double the price of others' estimates for the same services.

I was impressed that they came out to estimate exactly when they said they would. A written estimate was in my hand very quickly. Our condo association approved the quote. When I called to make the appointment they scheduled it about a week and a half out. They arrived promptly when they said they'd be here. The two workmen were very polite. They explained what they were going to do, how long it would take. They performed the cleaning within the time frame and cleaned up after they were done. It went very well. The roof looks great. In addition, they did pressure washing on the walkway. We were very happy with their service and professionalism. We will definitely use them the next time our roof needs cleaning, and we won't hesitate to recommend them.

The entire process went smoothly.

They did a very good job on both the roof and the driveway and sidewalk. The workers were there early and got right to work. I was really expecting forthe roof cleaning to be very loud and disturbing to our dog but it was not which made me very happy.

They were very professional and prompt with their estimate, scheduling and arrival. When the tech came, he was polite, quick, and did a great job. My only complaint was that they didn't slope one gutter quite enough. Otherwise, the roof and gutters were very clean and the tech took pains to make sure he was meeting my needs and walked through everything at the end to ensure it was satisfactory.

The skylight installation went very well. The roof repairs went well, although we needed more shakes than he originally thought. The product he put on the roof, TWP, was quite expensive but should protect the roof for 5 more years. The problem was matching the color. He had samples of the colors, but how can you tell from far away with a little piece how it will look. So I picked a color and put down $500 so he could order it. When the day came to apply it, he could not find it ,so we ended up using another color. The shakes that were repaired stand out like a sore thumb. He said he wasn't concerned about the color, but how well the roof holds up. That is fine for him, but I think it looks odd. Surely there is something that could be put on that would make the new shakes blend in better. I wouldn't have wanted a darker color because the whole roof would be too dark. Anyway, it's done and our 17- year- old roof will hopefully last another 5 years! Then time for a new one!
