I really like the people. I thought they were great. I can't go up on my roof, so I can't tell you what kind of job they did, but I'm sure they did a good job. What I didn't like is they flipped it all on the ground and then they had a crew that went around and raked it all up. I had to go out after and wash down all the plants, because there was stuff all over them. That's the only thing I didn't like, the way they cleaned up. I'd have them again, because I like them, but I was a little disappointed with the way they left stuff.

They were very prompt, professional and punctual. Got the work done. No trouble at all. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I wasn't able to be home when they did it. When I came home there was debris on the entire east side of the house on the patio, sidewalk, garbage cans and on the plants. There's a large wisteria on that side. The original person I contacted said that wouldn't be a problem and she would just push it aside. I told her not to worry about breaking it because I was having it cut. Apparently, someone else did the work. When the landscaper trimmed the vines. There was a lot of moss on that part of the roof. I'm crossing my fingers that they applied the moss treatment. Also, they were so busy that they weren't able to get here before the landscaper.

The same night they put the material on the roof, it started raining pretty heavily. They assured me that this wouldn't be an issue. They said once the liquid is on, it would be fine. Moss is still growing on my roof. I tried contacting the provider to come back out and put more moss killer on. They advised me this wouldn't be necessary. I called Home Depot, but they said it would be another $300-$400 for them to come out. I called the provider back and they said since I contacted Home Depot, they won't work on my roof again. Home Depot never even came out to my home for an inspection or anything. I just talked to them on the phone. I have no idea why this company won't come back out just because I spoke with Home Depot on the phone.

After purchasing the "deal", I received an email for setting up an estimate. This was confusing, since it was a set-price coupon. They explained they needed to check out the size and condition of the roof. The estimate came back for more than the coupon so I called them to ask why. They said it was because of the pitch of the roof and the amount of moss (neither factor/limitation was listed in the deal), but that they would honor the coupon rate and we set up the appointment to do the work with a window of 9 am to noon for the worker to arrive. Brittanie was very helpful in finding an appointment time that would work with my hectic schedule. The worker arrived right at the start of the time window (very nice!) and explained what he was going to do. He attached safety harness clip to the peak of the roof and proceeded to blow off the moss. It was a little noisy in the house but not bad. After blowing off the moss, he went around the house raking and bagging the moss. He did a pretty good job although there was still some moss around. To be fair, we have lots of bushes, and outdoor stuff around the house so it would have been very difficult to get it all. He also explained that he is not allowed to move customers' property (steamer chairs, for example) so that limits how much he can clean up. A couple of weeks later, I received an invoice for the sales tax of the deal price. I went back to the the offer, and it does state that sales tax is not included. So, the price was a little higher than I had expected. Overall, they did a very good job. The roof still has a little moss on it, but they removed probably 95%. Between that and the solution they applied, I expect the roof will be in good shape until it's time to do it again in a few years. I would definitely use them again.

I wasn't there for the treatment (you don't have to be) but it went well. We should of moved planters further away, as some of the debris took out some potted plants. But overall, we're very happy with the results.

They preformed a thorough job. The roof looked as new when they were done. The immediate area around the house and the decks and deck railings were all cleaned. We did not have to sweep up anything. They arrived when they told us they would and finished in good time. All went smooth. We are pleased with their work.

The provider came out to the house on the assigned day. When I drove up to my home, I could not tell that they had been there. I could still see leaves sticking out of the front gutters. Upon looking at all the gutters from the upstairs windows, it appeared that no cleaning was done in the gutters. I called the provider and complained about the service. They sent another technician to review the "work" that was done. They said that there was some problems with the roof and it would need to be repaired in the next few years. They indicated this is why they did not clean the roof. The gutters were not cleaned. They indicated the moss deterrent was an environmentally friendly and I would see a difference in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks after this I reviewed the roofing and found that there was no difference to the moss on the roof. The work was not "redone" after a second visit by another technician. I will never work with this company again.

I did the Angie's List deal of $349.00. Our gutters were extremely clogged with pine needles and our 8 year old roof was covered with moss. My husband and I have talked about having our gutters and roof cleaned for years and decided this was the year to follow through. They arrived early cleaned our gutters and roof and we have no complaints. The Angies List deal was a good price and we would definitely use this company again.

They were very punctual, did a good job and cleaned up afterward. It looked like a new roof, and the job of clean=up was excellent.

It was annoying to be offered service that was not in my area and then be continually pestered to write a review on a service not provided. It was not the provider's fault that they didn't provide the service. They were inexperienced in using the web site.

Very well. Showed up on time, very professional, and the end product was outstanding.

They did a great, fantastic job. They are the only company that uses compressed air rather than the abrasive things to do on the roof. I would certainly recommend them. Anyone that has a roof that has a life in it, that is the only way to go. I am in real estate sales and I gave that name to a customer. They were exceedingly happy as well.

They no longer make our roof and he found matching tiles (about 100), which he brought to use to make the repair and to have extras on-hand. They were the ultimate professionals and very reasonably priced. They were an A+ provider to work with.

They did a good job cleaning the roof. It looked great when they were done. The clean up was the main issue. Lots of clumps of moss and leaves in the flower beds and bushes around the house. The flower pots on the deck took a hit from all the roof material with flower and plants broken. When dragging their treatment hose on the deck they broke a flower pot. They didn't even stop to try to clean up that material. The gutters looked great but when the first heavy rain hit, we found that the down spouts were totally packed with leave and couldn't drain. So the rain poured from gutter. The crew seemed nice but very rushed. I would use them again if the cleanup was better.

Pro-Long Roof Care showed up and performed the work. I wasn't able to catch the crew before they left and ask them to repair a few shingles. However, after giving them a call, they came back and fixed them, even though they did not believe they were an issue to my roof.

They did great. The roof is nice and clean and the grounds below the roof are cleaned well. The actual cleaning took off the moss but also blew nails completely out of the shingles. Thats too powerful a blower. I wouldn't believe what they're telling you from the office, to the quoter, to the cleaner. I'm really disappointed. The people seem nice but they should have never done our roof and told us why they were very concerned to begin with.

They did a great job. I'd hire them again.

Excellent job even though he was hampered by low pressure in our system. He some how compensated for it made the roof glow.

I was very pleased. They were courteous. They took care of the need the way it should have been done. It was reasonably priced. They cleaned up everything well afterwards. I was totally satisfied.

The owner of the company, Tony Wallenbeck, came out to do the estimate. He offered me several options for doing repairs, ranging from least extensive to more extensive. He was polite and punctual. Their scheduler called the next day to make an appointment to do the repairs. The crew showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up and were gone. Very good experience. Would use them again.
