Description of Work: The young man who arrived to give me an estimate was very rude and argumentative when I told him I did not want the moss spray. I was concerned about the toxicity and he stated "it is environmentally safe". I've done my research. I know differently. Because he was so rude I told him I wouldn't be needing his services. He turned to go, over his shoulder he said very caustically, "I guess you are the expert here, lady". Very disrespectful young man!!!

Description of Work: The cost was for a 7 unit townhouse complex. This was the lowest quote we received for a gentle, low pressure air cleaning, followed up by environmentally safe chemical treatment. Some companies that quoted a bit lower used more abrasive techniques. We had a recent roof replacement and wanted to get a cleaning that was less destructive. This company was on time, very professional. They even included walkway pressure washing at no additional charge. We are very happy with the service and will definitely use them again when it is time for our next roof cleaning.

Description of Work: This was for roof cleaning. The guy that came and gave the estimate was on time. It was hard to get the work scheduled. The technician that came for the work was late but he did do a good job. I had to make several calls to get the work scheduled.
