The guys arrived the day after the estimate and really kicked butt, in the pouring rain. They took good care to avoid damaging an entangled phone line and clean up was spot on. It was nice having them so local, because I'm sure it figured into the speediness of the scheduling.

Fabulous! The team was super responsive to my call, came out to do the work 3 days after the quote for the work was sent to me. They even handled an unanticipated problem for me very well (apparently the tree had grown around a steel ladder). I highly recommend these guys!

Kenny Tree was responsive and did a fantastic job removing two trees at my home. The crew showed up and had the trees down and the site cleaned up in under 4 hours. They were careful while on my property and made the process smooth and hassle free. Their price was comparable to other reputable specialist that I contacted for quotes. They also advised me on a couple other trees that needed some attention and they even took a couple limbs off another tree that had some issues. Over all very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Had to call twice regarding initial estimate, but John Lewis responded within two days, reviewed what I wanted done, and handed me an estimate on the spot. The crew arrived late that same afternoon, but suggested it would be better if they came back another day when they had a "bucket truck" (like the power company uses), as the tree was growing over my neighbor's roof. I said OK. They returned the next day with the "bucket truck," had the tree safely down within a couple hours, then cleaned up and hauled all the branches, etc., away. I'll definitely use them again.

All aspects of working with Kenny Tree were very professional and safe. I really enjoyed working with John Lewis, who is an experienced arborist and provided me with the estimate. John was also on hand to oversee the work being done. A very large crew of at least 12 people showed up within a couple a day or two they and knocked this job out in about 2 hours.

I was very pleased with how the job turned out. The following work was done: 1. "injured" Red Alder cut down to the stump below the damaged area; no need to stump grind; 2. Lombardy Poplar - has fork; neighbor cut down one of the forks to the base but left enough of it to provide a privacy screen; do the same with the other fork; 3. removal of laurel tree/bush; 4. trim back pear tree from the power line that runs to the house; removal of all rounds. Andrew, the estimator was friendly and very responsive from the moment I sent out the request for quote through the end of the job. All expectations were clearly laid out in the contract. The work started at 8 as expected. The crew worked diligently and efficiently, completing the job before sundown. Although there was the expected wear and tear on the lawn due to the poplar coming down, the overall cleanup was very good. In fact I very much appreciated the extra effort one of the crew members put in to clean up the neighbor's lawn. Kenny, the owner, was on site towards the end of the job and made sure that everything was in order and removed a couple of deadwood eyesores prior to leaving - a nice touch. For peace of mind, the work performed included splitting and removal of the poplar rounds.

Andrew from Kenny’s Tree Service was able to come give us an estimate fairly quickly. He quoted us a very good price and called the next day to follow up. We decided to go with them and that is when the trouble started. I was given a day (Friday), but no time and was told by Andrew that he would call me with a time. He called several times the next day even though I told him I would not be home and only wanted them to do the work when I could be there. I returned his call the next day and was told that they had a delay in their current, job so they would have to do the work the next week (Tuesday). I said OK as I understand things can happen. I was told a day, but not a time as Andrew said he didn’t have the schedule with him and would call me when he was back in the office on Monday. Monday came without a call, so I called him on Tuesday morning to see when they would be coming out. I was told there was again a delay in the present job, so they couldn’t come until Thursday and Andrew would call me later with the time. Again I said OK I understand things can go wrong. Thursday came with no call, I called Andrew to see what was going on. I was told that they started a huge 3 day job that week and more was being added to it, so the next week was the soonest they could come do the job. I told Andrew that I felt they weren’t valuing my time and to cancel the job. I felt that he was very unprofessional since he didn’t call me, I had to call him. If they were that busy, I would have understood if they told me up front it would be a couple of weeks before they could do my little job. I also felt that if they knew they had this big job coming up, they could have done my job first, then started on that job. I know my job was not as big as the other job, but my time was just as important. We ended up calling Northwest Arbor Care, who set a time and kept it.

Andrew from Kenny Tree called within 30 minutes of my request on Angie's list. He said he was at a job in Redmond and could come by within the hour. He did and gave me a price. Very reasonable! His crew was out within an hour after finishing their other job and removed the tree. They cleaned up the area afterward and did a great job! I would highly recommend Kenny Tree for all Tree service requests!

Fast and professional service. A fairly difficult job that required some special attention and the guys at Kenny Tree knocked it out the park. I would do business with them again and intend on recommending them to friends and family.

Great. Kenny Tree has done work several times at my place and every time it's been great results, done quick and clean.

I called 4 highly rated tree guys from here on A.L. I reached a human for one of them and made an appointment with them for an estimate (3 weeks into the future). On the other 3 I left a voice mail. 2 of them never called me back. But Kenny tree was the exception. He called me back very quickly and, unlike the other guy, he said he could visit the next day for an estimate. Even changing his schedule to accommodate mine. At the day & time of the estimate, they showed up on time, reviewed what I wanted done, and quickly gave me what I considered a fair written estimate and said they could do the work within a week if I scheduled it in a few days. I called him back the next day and scheduled. Come the day & time for the work, his crew showed up right on time, we quickly reviewed the work to be done, and away they went. Within a few hours, all the trees were down and chopped up into fireplace size rounds. They even threw in for free a small tree that was not in their original estimates. Very professional. After they finished, they were also very nice enough to drop all the wood chips in my back field as I asked. The next day, they called up to make sure I was happy with their service. I told them I was very very happy and they had done a great job. Where they go above and beyond what I expected is in their customer service which was tops. I highly recommend.

Andrew came twice to take a look at the situation and do a cost estimate. The first time, he was just in the area and took a quick look. The second time (during very bad weather), he did a very thorough evaluation of the situation. (We were 3 neighbors who needed tree services). He wrote up an estimate and emailed it to me within a day. 2 of us neighbors decided to use Kenny's services and within 2 days, 2 crews worked on our trees and did an excellent job (keeping the houses safe and cleaning up after doing the work). They were everything I could have asked for: punctual, quick, safe, thorough and clean. One man even got the leaves from a cedar tree on the grass cleaned up though that was an area they didn't even work on. Highly recommend!!!!

Competitive price, good teamwork, highly skilled crew, polite, friendly people. Work took about 5 hours. Easy to talk with, responsible and timely. We would use them again.

Trees cut down. Small tree nearby broken at top. No problem, except that the top was left hanging. I had recently had my driveway sealed and they messed that up. Its badly marked. We had to do a lot more cleanup later. Have to say Ken and Andrew were very nice people. Just speak up.

The process went very smooth from start finish. They came and gave a bid previously in April but we had to make adjustments. They came out gave us a new bid, and completed the work the same day. Very professional, cleaned up the debris and listened to our concerns. Would definitely recommend and use Kenny Tree INC again.

The team did an awesome job with the removal! Everyone was very professional, and no time was wasted in the process. I'd also like to mention that the bidding process was very fair, and pleasant as well. I highly recommend this company, especially after having talked to some of their competitors. These guys don't cut corners and seem very trustworthy.

Kenny Tree did a fantastic Job from the beginning of the shopping process. Andrew came out and was extremely helpful and friendly. I know absolutely nothing about trees and he was very informative on how the whole process worked. I figured they'd just come out and cut a treee and yell timber. I later would find out that there is a lot more that goes into the process. Andrew walked me through the process step by step. The team was extremely polite and respectful of my property. They cleaned their project up better then I even had my yard before. I am extremely happy with the customer service as well as the extra efforts put in to ensure a happy and satisfied customer. If I had anymore trees to cut down this would be the team I went to!

Kenny and his team are very nice and extremely professional. All work was done to plan and there was no change in final cost from the estimate they provided. They had 2 arborists and 3 climbers going full time along with an army of team members all working in perfect coordination. Some of the trees were really close to the house and they were super careful and there was no damage at all. They left my place cleaner than when they got here! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
