Micah, from Kenny Tree Inc, was very professional, knowledgeable and recognized the trees in question just needed "hair cuts". The Japanese maples will require "styling" as they have never been properly "trimmed". As I recommended Micah and Kenny Tree Inc to my neighbor for her tree work (removal of 2 trees [plenty of firewood] and trimming of dead branches on a third), a very large crew arrived to tackle both jobs, Monday, 14 June 2021. The crews worked quickly and cleaned up all branches and debris including blowing the sawdust off my neighbors roof.

AMAZING!! Micah and crew blew my socks away! Everything was perfect from protecting plants to the clean up. Amazing the amount of detail they took to do this big job. So cool seeing them climbing to the TOP of the tree to ensure everything was taken care of correctly! I am a tough critic but they guys are the best. Everything I read from their past reviews were true!! Recommend 100000%!!

It was wonderful! They were professional, timely, considerate and did a very good job. The work they performed and the cleanup after was good. They were willing to work with us in a number of ways. Everything they did was done with a professional, courteous and timely manner. They were very consistent with what they said and I would strongly recommend them. They are exemplary. They were also flexible with their pricing.

The owner Kenny of Kenny tree came out to check on the job and started yelling at his crew like a wild man .We are seniors and was very afraid of kenny,when the job was complete Kenny made us drive to the bank and get him cash as he would not take a check because of the PPP giving out to businesses he is very very crooked and would never recommend Kenny Tree. RUN.... and to top it off he busted all my plants and flowers ..please call another company and we will see you in court Kenny

The price is reasonable and the service is good. Will hire again in the future.

Arborist was extremely knowledgeable to stabilize and save trees. Crew was prompt, safety minded, and good clean up after.

These guys are so professional. Very clear and specific. This was my 4th experience with Kenny Tree guys and I have to say that I can't imagine anyone else doing my big tree work. All tree work is expensive but I just put a cap on what I spend and wait until the next year if I can't do it all. I get good value for my bucks. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Excellent experience. This is the second time we've hired Kenny Tree. Worked with their arborist, Micah, who was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He suggested some things that worked out really well. We LOVE how the yard looks. Highly recommended.

Overall it went well. The services quoted were done to agree specification. There were some delays from the original work schedule, but all the work was completed within 2 days of the original schedule.

A crew of 5 arrived and completed the job in about 2 hours. They removed all debris. They were courteous and anxious to complete to my satisfaction. They checked in several times and had me review the work as it progressed. Micah was here the week before and provided me with a bid in two days! A real pleasure to work with all the crew!!

I called 6/12/2020 for estimate For trimming my trees and someone came the same day. I was impressed and he told me they would call me Monday the 15th to schedule the service for me .Nobody called me Monday and I called several times until I got a response on Tuesday 16th scheduling me for Saturday the 20th first thing in morning. The owner told me they would come between 9:45 am no later than 10:00 am . Nobody showed up. I called multiple times with no response Finally at 1:00 pm they called and assured me they would arrive in the next hour and half. Then at 3:pm l called them and was the guy told they were 8 minutes away. Unbelievably, after they finally arrived and after 6 hours of getting the runaround they told me they can not do it today they will call me on Monday to reschedule it . It is like comedy show. Now you can decide you want to use this company or not I give them big F.

Great! The crew worked hard all day and was careful when removing our large hemlocks. Kept everything protected. Would definitely hire again.

They did phenomenal work! They were flexible, accommodating, professional -- and reasonable rates. So, so happy that we called them; after winter storms damaged a bunch of our trees, these folks came out and took care of things 👍 Results are beautiful and I couldn't be happier with them!

Kenny Tree has been fantastic! They helped our HOA address issues with tree trimming and remediation within native growth areas. Straight forward, honest and prompt. Highly recommended and would hire again - no question.

I contacted Andrew when the City of Kenmore advised that I needed to do some maintenance on trees adjoining my property, that had reached a dangerous point hanging over a main road. As that was required, I opted to add some work in my own yard to the quote. I intended to get 3 bids. Cancelled the other 2 appointments after meeting with Andrew and getting a sense of his knowledge and professionalism. The combination of my personal needs and the city's requirements made for a bit of a convoluted scope of work. KTI and Andrew saw it thru, completed the work in great fashion, and honored their quoted price. I've had 3 or 4 different companies do similar work in 26 years in this house. The others were all worthy, but I will never go anywhere else after my experience with KTI. It pays to work with the real Pro's.

Perfect. Andrew, the general manager returns calls promptly and follows up on the job. The crews are on time, professional, efficient, very courteous and personable. They do their jobs and then clean up the area. They are the kind of people you would have for friends. I enjoyed sharing coffee with them on their afternoon break. I have recommended that they be added to the Mill Creek Community Associations preferred vendor listing.

The crew of 3 dropped the tree, bucked it up, cleaned up and were gone in 30 minutes. The tree was dangerous, the drop space was very limited. A very professional job! I think the estimate was too high, but the crew was not authorized to reduce the cost. I have hired them on 4 previous jobs and will again.

Kenny’s team is great to work with. While our tree ended up needing to be fully removed the team at Kenny’s explained what the issue was and what we could do about it. Fast service and nice people. Can’t ask for much more!

Kenny Tree responded neither to my repeated voicemails nor my e-mail based contact via their webpage. A simple, "No, we're not interested" would have sufficed, but they weren't even able to offer that. #FAIL

I can honestly say that of all the services we have had over the past 35 years.... this group was the absolute best!!! They were polite, fast, clean, cheerful, and fun. The work was completed without any problems and it appeared as if everyone was happy to be here. I would hire them again without question and if you’re looking for someone to remove trees.... don’t look anywhere else. These guys are AWESOME.

The team that came was on time, were very professional, respectful of the property on which they were working and showed care and understanding in cleaning up the damage to the two 120' over 140 year old fir trees 30' from my house. The man who climbed and did the cutting was outstanding in skill and knowledge of what to remove and what could be saved. The job turned out beautifully. Clean up actually removed some limbs and other debris that was from the snow that I hadn't gotten to. The crew was a pleasant and understanding. The total job was done in less time than I'd expected. I strongly recommend them for whatever tree work you would need done. I am confident you will be quite happy with the results.

Really great. They were fast getting to our house to go over what we were needing to accomplish and give us estimate. They came out a few days later to do the trees and then the following day to grind the stumps down. We ended up keeping the wood but everything was exactly what I expected. They were very communicative and professional. Definitely would recommend them.

If you have ever experienced the challenge of finding honest and quality workmanship, then you will truly appreciate this review. After searching so long to find the right company for removal of a winter damaged 100ft Douglas Fir, I was relieved to find Kenny and the team at Kenny Tree Inc. From the very first phone call, Kenny patiently explained the different options for removal and in the end, he advised that crane removal would pose more risk and that his team would lower the tree piece by piece with no impact to the lawn, road or any of my property. He was spot on. Kenny Tree had an amazing climber and great support crew to take down the tree without a scratch to my property. They were organized (including numerous trucks), respectful, patient and took no chances. In addition, Kenny provided the necessary expertise and workmanship to preserve our beautiful old Maple and Willow trees. This is a legitimately professional company that were a delight to work with and I was completely at ease and confident with all work performed. If you need any tree work performed, look no further. I recommend Kenny Tree Inc 100%.

The Kenny Tree Inc. team arrived on time at 8:00am on 4/19/19. It was a rainy day. They had 1 bucket truck, 2 chipper trucks and around 10 workers. All 4 trees were cut down, branches chipped, logs were cut in 16" to 18" lengths and piled up. Chips from the chainsaws were raked up and disposed of. All worked was done in a very efficient manner and completed in less than 3 hours. There was no damage done to houses or outside structures. I would highly recommend Kenny Tree Inc. for any tree service you need. Cost = $3,400 + tax. I used VISA credit card.
