The estimator arrived in a couple of days, and the cutting team arrived a day or two after that. I'm kind of amazed at what they can do, watching them. But they had the trees down in a few hours, with no mishaps, even in rather awful weather. Nice guys, easy to talk to. My worries about them "getting to the trees" was totally unnecessary, like worrying about mountain-climbers figuring out how to climb the wall at REI. They were really careful about how the tree parts landed, and had some nice techniques using ropes to guide the falling pieces. Nothing was damaged. I would suggest, for future reference, that unlike myself, you should schedule this sort of thing earlier in the season. They fit us in nicely, but it's like snow tires ... everyone thinks about them when the first snow falls, and then there is a rush. One tree was pretty rotten, and would likely have come down in the first snow, and caused expensive damage. It would have been easier though, to have them taken out a month or two ago. Or last year.

Great experience overall. Karl was right on time to give us and estimate a week before the service. Their bid was competitive and with great Angie's list reviews I decided to use them. I called and left a message with Karl hoping they could come out next week. When he called back he wanted to come out today, a Sunday, which worked out perfectly for us. His crew was efficient and professional, and left everything nice and clean when they were done. I will definitely call them in the future.

Their price was good and they had good feedback. What I like when they came out is they were 2 or 3 guys and they just did it so quickly and efficiently and everything just went like clockwork. It didn’t take very long at all.

I had several tree services out to bid on a small job. Couple of them tried to up-sale me into a $1000+ jobs. Kenny was honest & said the tree(s) didn?t need extensive work & looked very health. Quality & punctual work - Highly recommend.

I was going to wind sail my two fir trees out front. Ken advised me to call another consultant. He came out. He spent his life saving trees, but told me every reason I shouldn’t have these trees in my yard. I called Kenny back. He not only had the best quote, but he included stump grinding. And the whole process was very quick. They did a lot of shearing on Friday. On Saturday, they came out and finished the job. Any time there was a delay, Ken called me and communicated with me. He was kind, sincere, and courteous. He’s such a good tree person, he knew I needed a third party endorsement. His whole crew was friendly and kind. I would in a heartbeat call and do business again!

This company is very professional, keep their appointments, attentive to special circumstances, and friendly. I had to have two visits because of wind, but all turned out well. Two of my neighbors also had them do smaller jobs while they were here + they removed a small dead tree for our HOA for a fair price. They were able to avoid a cherry tree and a childs play house dropping trunks and branches. Very satisfied.

Kenny, owner of Kenny Tree Inc,, was performing work in our neighborhood. Kenny was aware that I was interested in discussing options with our trees and took the time to discuss this with me. We had 4 pine and spruce trees that were interfering with our neighbors yard as well as our yard and roof. Many dead branches made it difficult to save the trees. I was concerned about the location of trees next to the house. Kenny explained the process of the tree removal and reassured me there would be no problem with the structures nearby.Kenny's crew was here the next day as promised and on time. The trees were removed efficently and took about 2 hours total. Excellant job of protecting the nearby structures and yard and cleanup went well. Kenny was on the job site for any concerns or questions if needed. Very honest with pricing and perforned work as promised. Other tree's pruned in back yard as well and very sastified with the look. I enjoyed his no nonsense approach and he even returned the next day to check on our sastifaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this service provider.

It was great! They took special care to do exactly what I asked them to do. They saved my plants. It was incredible! They did a fantastic job. They even went on my roof and blew off the chips from the tree. I was apprehensive to take down the tree since I had planted so many new plants. They called me on Thursday and they did the work a couple of days later.

Kenny came out and told us that what we wanted was impossible and he could guarentee that nobody could do what we were asking. He tried to convince us to firewood all nine trees and donate the wood to the boys and girls club. I hired another tree service company and they did exactly what we asked with no problems.

Carl stayed with the team while they completed the work. They were all very courteous and cleaned up the area. The surrounding deck and landscape plants were left untouched. I would use this company again for tree work.

It went well. The estimator, Carl, was very personable and eager to get the job. The guys from Kenny Tree showed up 2 hours early. Better than late, but early enough to be annoying. The team of 6 cut down 5 trees and cleaned up all the brush in just under 4 hours. They did a great job and so did the stump grinding company that they subbed out. If I had anymore trees on my property to remove, I would call Kenny Tree again.

He was very enthusiastic but I wasn't convinced of his ability to do the job. We ended up going with someone else.

They did a good job in cutting down the trees. I was actually worried. They brought down the tree in such a way that I was surprised. I was actually scared of people who cut trees because of the past experiences I have had. However, these guys were great. They were quick. They came on time and did not stop working till they finished it. They did not cause any damage, and they cleaned up after themselves. After they cut the first tree they suggested few others which needed to be cut. I was surprised as I could not afford it at that time. They gave me 60 days to pay the money to them. I was very happy with them, and I will definitely use them again. I was happy with the price they quoted me as well. They were very punctual and in fact they came early. They were very professional as well.

The fella?s showed up on time and worked very hard. They worked fast and didn't seem to take many breaks. Three of the trees that they were dropping were just a few feet from our house and garage. We were concerned that a tree might hit the house when it fell, however nothing whatsoever got damaged. I was very impressed with the work.

Went very well... they came out promptly and did the job promptly. I had asked that they leave about 20 feet of the free as a snag for the birds and they did so. They chopped the main part of the trunk into good sized rounds and I gave them to a neighbor. The rest of the small branches and brush they removed.

ARRIVED ON SITE ON TIME WITH VERY LARGE EQUIPMENT AND 3 VERY PROFESSIOAL WORKERS. THEY QUICKLY STARTED ON EASIER TREES AND COMPLETED ALL BUT TALLEST TREE IN 4 HOURS. THE TALLEST TREE WAS LEFT FOR TWO DAYS BECAUSE OF HIGH WINDS. ENTIRE JOB COMPLETED VERY PROFESSIONALLY, ON BUDGET AND VERY CLEAN. GREAT EQUIPEMENT!!! FAST CREW

Arrived for estimate about 9am as scheduled. Provided an estimate lower than three others. After brief discussion, we agreed to a contract and he called his crew. The trees were gone completely by 11am. Stump removal was a couple days later after utility lines were located. Great job at the best price!!!!!

Micah was very responsive to my calls and questions. The work was scheduled to be done within a week of my first call. The tree and stump removals were completed within 4 hours! It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them.
