The workmen (2) were to arrive between 9:30 and10 per Travis' phone call the morning of the work day. The workers arrived at 10;45. We reviewed the work to be done and they went up on the roof. At 3 I went outside an told them I had to leave at 4, and they said they'd be done by then. At 4 they were in the process of finishing up. I asked if they had replaced the shingle which had blown off (to be included in the repair), and the workman said oh they forgot, and rushed up to nail it in. I paid them and they left. Did they do what I signed up for? Don't know. Travis left a voice message asking if I had questions. Yes, I did. I phoned him back, leaving a voice mail that I wanted him to come and see what they did, as I had a question about something sticking out of the base of the chimney, but he hasn't returned my call (now 12/4). They didn't make a mess in the yard, and the other day my son (no roofer for sure) got on the roof and said everything looked secure. I think it would be a good idea for the workers to take photos of the repairs and show them to the homeowner at the end of the work.....would have made me feel a lot more comfortable at least.

We called him three times and left two messages. We also sent him a contact request on the website. He took so long to respond to us and finally left us a voice mail saying that he had been on vacation. At that point, we did not want to bother getting a bid from his company. His message in our voice mail box was courteous.

Four Seasons Roof and Remodel Servies, Inc. did an exceptional job. When we first noticed a leak, they came out and repaired the problem for us and provided us with all the information we needed on installing a new roof. Steve DiGregorio did a fantastic job on his estimation and presentation. They were very easy to reach for any questions or concerns we had. The workers were always prompt and stayed until the job was done. They did an exceptional job on clean up and were a very dedicated group of guys. I would highly recommend them. In fact, they have installed 4 roofs in our neighborhood.

Steve did a great job of inspecting our old roof and supplying us with a very detailed estimate so that we could make a good decision about replacing our roof. He was professional, prompt and the estimate was thorough, clear and understandable. He was very helpful in advising us on the color of the new roof. When we set up the install, the roofing team did a fantastic, efficient job. There was no debris left anywhere and our yard and flower beds were not harmed in any way. We are very, very happy with our new roof which will be beautiful for many years to come! A great big thank you to Four Seasons Roofing! You did a fantastic job on our house and took years off the look of our house from the curb. Not only that, but we can already tell we will be much snugger and warmer in our house this winter! We highly recommend this professional roofing company!

Travis and his work crew were very professional, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. My husband and I could not be more satisfied with the job that was done. Travis always kept us informed on the progress of the job and ask for our input. The work crew were always on time and worked nonstop. Only stopping for lunch. The crew knew what they were doing...very knowledgeable.

Four Seasons Roofing failed to provide a quote in a timely manner and I awarded the re-roofing work to another contractor before I received their proposal.

Travis was very thorough about checking both rooves for the bid proposal. He showed us photos of the issues, and explained our options. He was able to schedule our work so that we were able to take advantage of the lower prices for winter jobs. It turned out that some of the old roof (1923) had to have stringers replaced. He and his crew showed us photos of the damage and asked if we wanted to take care of issues, and what were the options. The crew worked three long days to get the repairs done. I was pleased to see that they used safety gear, and used it properly. We have a two-story drop on the steepest roof of the old house, which is under trees. The crew didn't waste time, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Travis Hendrickson came out to provide the estimate for the work to be completed. Travis was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Four Seasons was not the cheapest quote we received, but there were a few reasons why we chose their company over the 8 other quotes we obtained. Travis noted specific areas of the carport that need work (no one else did) and their bid was a five page, full color and detailed proposal that clearly described the work to be done. The bid included photos of the areas to be addressed. The workers came out early and worked diligently for 2 1/2 days. The area was fully cleaned at the end of each day. The garage / shop was re-roofed with a 30-year composition and the car port was covered with a 45 mil TPO system. The final result looks outstanding! The final cost was over the initial bid, but this was due to failing plywood and boards that needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend Four Seasons for any roofing project you have and would utilize their services again with NO reservations!

Called "Four seasons" to get quote on having 4 vents installed in roof. Received prompt response with excellent price quote. Had other contractor scheduled to install attic insulation already. "Four seasons" advised that that contractor was known to them and was also very capable of installing these vents. Would definitely call "Four seasons" again since he could have taken the job but was honest enough to recommend competitor who I had already scheduled for other work and therefore made it easier for me.

Travis/Lugo called us in the morning before picking up parts. Lugo rapidly found the source of the problem, pointing out and explaining what was going on. He had no hesitation and was professional.

From Travis, who gave me the estimate and followed up with me through till the end, all of the workers were very nice and very professional. The guys who did the work worked hard from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm without ever slowing down. They did a walk around every day to pick up any debris and everything was cleaned up and put back where it belonged when they finished. My new roof looks very good and I am happy with the results.

We needed to replace the roof on our fairly large house on Whidbey Island. We recieved three estimates. Four Seasons was the highest estimate, but was the most realistic and professional. When we called, Travis met us the next Sunday at our house and gave us the estimate. We accepted the offer and made a down payment of aout 30%. When the weather allowed, the crew arrived and completed the work within 3 days. The roof looks great, as does the new skylight, and they cleaned up everything completely. You can't tell they were there. We are very satisfied with the job and the warrrenty that came with it.

We had water damage on the ceiling in the back bedroom. They inspected and found out that the damage was caused by power washing the house. The water got in small holes in the roof. They fixed some of the shingles that were falling off and did a great job explaining to me what happened and letting me know we have a few years left with the roof. Very professional and prompted. Great Company to do business with.

I was very pleased with this company. They were very professional and gave us a very thorough examination of our roof inside and out. They gave us a very good estimate. They came in a very reasonable time. They were very efficient and cleaned up very nice. They did everything they said that they would do. They have had very good word of mouth about this company from many people.

I have a 1948 home with roof that was leaking. I had repaired it myself in the past but knew it was time for a whole new roof. It was a straight forward roofing job. Four Seasons was quick, efficient, responded quickly to calls and emails, where professional, and employed a good staff. I needed to reframe one section of the roof - Four Seasons offered to do it but there hourly rate was more than I wanted to spend. I wanted to do the work myself with a friend and after some discussion about liability, etc, we made it work which I appreciated. There price was not the lowest nor was it the highest. I felt it was a fair price going in and after the work I am still pleased.

I had worked with another company to abate the mold, however, I needed to work with a roofing company to have the smart vent put in the roof. I was given their name by Environix. Travis was very responsive and made sure that my questions and service happened quickly and well. They even took digital pictures of the work and e-mailed them to Environix to assist me further in getting my final certification/warranty. I was so impressed that I have gotten a bid to do some roofing repairs mentioned in my pre-sale inspection report. They are definitely one of those "go-to" companies that believe in customer service! I will be using them in the near future to do those additional repairs.

Reaonsive, helpful, effective and reasonable. A number of years ago i called this company in a rainstorm when i had a leaky skylight. They were extremely responsive, and reasonably priced. A few years later I had tried to hire a company to clean my roof, and none would due to the pitch of the roof, until All Seasons. The owner discouraged a full cleaning and did a dry cleaning at a fraction of the cost. It's been great. I have called him several times since, and he actually remembers our job, and has given advise with no cost.

They did a fantastic job. The price was fair. They were on time and did a very good job. They were very careful about all the property around the house. I thought they did as good a job as possible.

They are phenomenal. We've recommended them to clients for large, multimillion dollar projects. We've also hired them for different projects for roofing. We worked with dozens of roofers throughout the years and this is the only company that had a good understanding of roof ventilation, attic ventilation and they've just been a phenomenal company to work with.
