Excellent! We first hired Four Seasons to repair a leaky roof. We later hired to repair our damaged garage and replace siding. This team is very profession and provides quality work!

Travis and team were great to work with. The new roof looks great and the site was left tidy at the end of the work.

Four Seasons Roofing & Remodel removed and replaced damaged roofing over two townhomes in a multi-unit building. They provided a comprehensive bid outlining areas of the damage to be repaired. They also provided a detailed description of how the new work would tie into the existing roofs that were to remain in place. The crew arrived on time to begin work and kept a clean and orderly jobsite. They were courteous and conscientious of the residents in the building and we received no complaints on their work or their crew. They completed the work as bid and on time. I am very pleased with Travis and his crew and have added them to my preferred vendor list for future projects.

Would not provide detailed list of materials and supplies used along with vendor invoices as requested. Requests by letter for itemized final invoices sent to 4 of his addresses he listed on his advertising materials (web site, flyers, and invoices). Two addresses were bogus and mail returned (including the one used above 17903 SR #9 SE, Snohomish, WA). The one letter sent to his house he refused to pick up from the Edmonds post office. The letter sent to Snohomish was a rented postal box (not US Postal Service) where he said was his office that the agent signed for but the company never responded to. His original estimates for work were the same on the final billing even though much of the work he billed me for was never done and he overcharged for some work (double billing). He also said if his worker worked only 3 hours a day that he would bill for 8. My insurance company stated that they needed an honest itemized listing of "actual work" done and a release of lien from his vendors. I also sent him an email in April 2014 asking whether he was ever going to send me the requested itemized final invoices and as of today (June 18, 2014) he has failed to respond. I discovered that he has no business license to work in my city and failed to apply for a work permit for the roofing job; I reported him to the City of Lynnwood. As a result, his work was never inspected for compliance with the building codes. Also, his carpenter who did the interior work, I discovered after checking with the State of WA Labor and Industries had never been registered as his employee or anyone else's and therefore had no coverage under L&I and no worker's compensation. The gutter company he used failed to connect one of the gutters to my drain and I am unable to get his company to come out and fix it as he refuses to get back to me. His carpenter did sloppy work and was unreliable as far as coming every day to work. Both the roofing crew and the carpenter made a mess of my yard as well as never returning to replace all the items moved off my patio and back side of house. The dump truck used to remove my old roofs made huge deep dents in my side yard for which I will have to pay to get restored. I referred him to a neighbor for interior remodeling work and he never gave me my commission (discount) I would never recommend this company due to his dishonesty and lack of professionalism.

It went well--the inspector was thorough and pointed out a number of minor problems; as I was preparing the house for sale and knew that the roof might need replacement within several years, I opted to go with the most-obvious and reasonable repairs, which were done quickly and fully. I was very satisfied.

The roofing job was good, but they damaged the gutters while doing it. They said they would do some repairs and re-hang them so they drain correctly, but they are still not working correctly.

Four Seasons was excellent!! They were the most responsive of all the roofing companies we called asking for bids - the owner returned my call on the same day. They showed up when scheduled, provided a clear and reasonable quote, then actually followed through! As a structural engineer who specializes in high-end residential homes, I know quality work when I see it. Four Seasons Roofing did an very good job. We had one question after the work was complete and the owner responded and handled our questions no problem. Our roof deck looks wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to use Four Seasons Roofing again.

Four Seasons Roofing provided accurate information as proven by the results. They were easy to work with and timely in responsiveness and the performance of the work. The quality of the installation was excellent. Based on my one experience so far, I recommend the company.

Received the estimate on May 16. They needed to order parts for the metal roofing in order to match. The crew came out the next month and completed all repairs to my satisfaction. They were very prompt and cleaned up all the scrap. Great job overall and I will use this company for other roof repairs.

This was ok. They found something that needed to be replaced/repaired and they offered to do it for $30 extra. They had to replace a few shingles, clean the gutters, and do moss treatment.

My impression was very good on first meeting and communication was quick and thorough in the beginning. In the end the Big Deal wasn't appropriate and after getting competing bids, and choosing another company that was much cheaper, Four Seasons stopped responding to my messages. I don't think the Big Deals are good for the client or the contractor and I won't be buying one again.

Travis called me and discussed the findings on the inspection. We discussed a few repairs needed and a few additions I wanted added. The price was very reasonable. He sent me photos before and after so I could see the work being performed. He was very responsive and able to work around my schedule. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I have further roofing needs.

The whole team showed up one morning ready to go. We had been told that we would get a call that morning to confirm a start date. Instead they came and went to work. That is the only criticism we have. Our experience was excellent. We got a detailed estimate of the likely price plus an estimate if there were additional work to be done (replacing damaged plywood). The final price was just as they estimated. The work was done very efficiently by a team who worked quietly (no loud blaring music!) and who were unfailingly courteous. The work was done in two days and the roof is beautiful. In the course of the work there was one incident of minor damage to our ceiling and they sent out someone to repair it two days later.

Travis kept in excellent contact regarding delays(worker injured elsewhere caused backup)

We were very pleased with the inspection. Steve found flaws in our attic and our roof that had been done by a previous roofer. We were able to contact that roofer and had some of the issues addressed. Luckily, I had kept all the contracts from the other roofer and could prove that different materials were used and that there were issues we would never have known about. We are still trying to resolve other issues with the past roofer and their sub contractors. It has been over three months and not everything has been resolved with the past work. At least we were able to have the past contractor fix some of the issues and it is because of Steve and his inspection. It has been a long, very frustrating process. I was disappointed, to say the least, that the past contractor had been deceptive. As soon as we resolve the past problems we intend to use Steve and Four Seasons to do further work. Steve has always returned my calls and has been most helpful in providing us with information to help resolve our other roofer issues. He wrote up a complete report on what he found and checked our past contract with what had been done and what had been written in the contract to do. When you rely on a contractor to do the work you assume they will carry through with what they put in writing. A roof is a difficult place to check. We are very glad we hired Four Seasons and hope to have our issues resolved within the next month so we can have some of our other work done by Four Seasons.

He was a nice guy but the estimate was way to high. Even the small roof repair was expensive.

Owner came out and wrote estimate. Workers came out a couple weeks later. Owner had family emergency and fill in manager did not feel that my questions were important so I waited for owner to return. I had a few small issues in which he quickly remedied. I wanted owner to do a final review/inspection in which he claimed he didn't have time yet but would be here end of following week. He asked if I would make full payment first and he would do follow up later. I added that there was one issue that I had just discovered that I wasn't happy with. When cleaning roof debris went all under the eaves of house and it had made a mess. Earlier, I had to have the workers come back two other times to clean up their mess they had left all around deck and yard from the roof. The garage door tech also did not clean up any of his mess either. I figured that was part of the job. I emailed owner twice now and have waited almost a month to have the final walk through and talk about the mess left behind. I last emailed him two weeks ago with no response at all. He got his money and I am no longer important enough to bother with. If you don't mind cleaning up after your contractor, this is the business for you. I don't, so I won't be calling him back. . Follow-Up- Just an update on the status...I have lowered the grade due to the expectation of any responsible business owner is to rectify a dissatisfied customer complaint. Since no contact was made or attempted by the business owner, Travis, I have now lowered the grade to an overall "C" along with "professionalism". I believe that this complaint could have easily been fixed to receive an "A" rating if the owner cared. It is painfully obvious, that my assumption was correct the first time, they got their money and I am no longer important enough for them to make good. Cleaning up your mess and details are very important and show a professional at work. This is NOT that instance. Buyer Beware!!!

The repair went well and they were under another competing quote by $1000 in addition to using superior materials.

Purchase a Angie's List deal for roof repairs. Company sent out a repair person who inspected the roof and replaced shingles in several spots. I told scheduler that I planned to replace my roof this summer and asked for an estimate for replacement. I was told the repair person would take measurements and the company would get back to me with a bid. Repair guy confirmed he would take measurements but I never heard back from company with replacement estimate. I guess they're not hungry for new business. I have since selected another company for a complete replacement.

We talked with Steve at Four Seasons on the phone within a day of e-mailing our request for information. He made an appointment, was here on time and gave us over two hours of discussion on what he saw (what we all saw) as problems. He explained what needed to be done, how it would be done, why we had the problems we had and gave a short history of what use to be done and what is done today. He answered every question we had. He wanted to look into the attic to see about the ventilation and since I have large bookcase in front of the opening, Steve said that he would come back the next day to make that part of the investigation. This required a lot of time and driving on his part. Once again he was here on time and climbed up into the attic. He gave us plenty of time for discussion. I am a teacher and I quickly identified Steve as one who can communicate and teach as needed within his field of expertise, which is quite extensive. The teams arrived on Thursday and had most of the roof removed and attic corrections made. When they left that day the yard was completely clean, the roof was well protected and the tools that were left were in a side yard, neatly arranged and covered. It was rainy the next day and though they all arrived and the shingles were placed on the roof, it was too wet and dangerous to be on the roof, (lightning was expected). They left and returned the day after memorial day. They worked all day, well into the evening. Once again everything was clean when they left. The only problem in the entire process was that one of the young men forgot to run the magnet over the drive or do a visual search for nails on one evening. I had left my car in the street and came home from the store and thought maybe I should do a check myself, since I had not seen it done that day. I found several nails on the drive and the back deck. The next morning Steve came (as he did each day of the process) and I showed him the nails. He asked if he could have them to take back to the meeting of the crew. I appreciated the way he handled the situation. I also appreciated the way Steve handled changes we requested in the middle of the job. I asked if I could have time to paint the facia boards myself and he had them here the next day ready for me to paint over the weekend. The same with the 6' facia boards to be stained. I also decided after the first day that I did not want already primed CDX plywood for the soffits and he accommodated my request and left them un-primed. Today the sub-contractor came and put up the gutters and tomorrow Steve's men come out to put the lids on. Steve is to make a final inspection and we will make our final payment of the gutter portion of the process. Our roof looks absolutely wonderful. We couldn't be more pleased. Steve and his crew were professional, thoughtful, completely knowledgeable in every aspect of the job and thorough (with the exception of the one nail clearing). They didn't waste any time on the job and quietly left to eat lunch and were right back to work. I also appreciated the care they took with my trees. They had to back really large trucks into our curved drive between my beloved trees and nothing was damaged. We would recommend Four Seasons Roofing and Remodel Services to anyone at any time without question.

It was fine. He appeared to be knowledgeable. They are courteous. They did what they were suppose to do. I was fine paying for additional work. The price was competitive.
