Description of Work: they showed up earlier than scheduled. was lucky i got home when I did to let them get access to the attic. The ppl that were sent out to do the job were good. First visit consultation was helpful, but communication after the first visit was very slow. I never got the estimate for a roof cleaning that I asked for several times on different occasions.

Description of Work: Roof is beautiful but very expensive! However, the new gutters are awful. One of the new gutters didn't even get connected to the drain pipe. Plus one end of gutter leaks - no drain pipe added to that end. The tarping of the roof still has leftover nails with blue circles attached to sides of house. They removed items off my patio and away from the house in the back yard and they never put them back as promised. He has refused to submit corrected final invoice for interior insurance work as he requested payment for work not done, materials I purchased he added on as if he purchased, and flat out told me if his carpenter only worked for 3 hours at my house, he always bills for a full 8 hours which I told him was not legal. He failed to get a city building permit for the roof and installation of new doors thus no building plans were submitted and no city inspection done. I reported his company to my City code enforcement officer. I also found out from State of WA Labor & Industries (L&I) his carpenter was never registered as an employee thus had no worker's comp coverage. I sent 4 letters to his listed business addresses and his home and 2 came back undeliverable (not his business address), he refused to pick up the certified letter from his home city Post Office, and the last letter was signed by the agent at the box rental store but he never replied. To date (since February 20, 2014, he has not sent the finsl corrected invoice. Plus I referred a neighbor to him for which they did over $10,000 worth of work but I never received my 10% discount for the referral. I even emailed the company and he has refused to respond.

Description of Work: Repairs to various roof sections and installation of additional roof vents. Workers were friendly and cleaned up at the end of each work day. Work took approximately 4 days to complete.

Description of Work: Installed externally baffled ridge vent in roof to improve attic ventalation. Went very well. I incorrectly identified the color of the shingles, but the roofer made the extra effort to get the right color.

Description of Work: The company came out and gave me an estimate on a roof "redesign" and repair. I have an eave in my backyard that hangs low, and right away he pointed out why it was doing it (compared to the rest of the eaves on the house) and proposed a solution. It's a great solution, but I told him we had other pressing things to attend to (notably a sewer line replacement) and probably couldn't do this repair until the summer. He completely understood, gave me an estimate, and didn't charge me anything for it - said he'd just put it to the repair when they did it. Loved his approach - flexible, great customer service, and clearly understood what it took to gain & maintain business. Would highly recommend in the future.

Description of Work: Purchased roof repair Big Deal. They Returned my initial call quickly, showed up on time, provided detailed estimate and description of work, performed work as promised, called to follow up and check on customer satisfaction. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Roof inspection and shingle repair. Appreciated the detailed report on the condition and expected estimated life span of the roof. They even inspected the attic crawl space. No pressure selling, they completed our small repair in one day with no mess.
