There were no problems at all. The company worked professional and everything was on time. The comunication was very good.

After my experience I can hardly say enough good things about Breeze-Free. I'd had a break-in at my home in the Clearview area, and my door had been kicked in, destroying the door, part of the surrounding framing and the hardware. After hearing my story they arrived quickly and very stoutly reinforced the damaged entry so that I could feel the house was secure until the new door and hardware arrived. Even without the installation, this sort of service was to me invaluable given the circumstances. Once the door arrived an appointment was set up and the work was performed neatly and efficiently. The framing damage was repaired and the finished product looks superior to what was there originally on this fairly new (approx. 7 yr) home, and seals far better. My very highest recommendation!

John was very prompt in returning my call for a bid, and showed up the next day. He was very accommodating to meet me on my lunch break, and only took 15 minutes of my time to measure the windows and email me a quote the same day. I was in a hurry to get the windows replaced because we are painting the house, and they were very helpful to squeeze us into their schedule. Two installers showed up this morning right on time, and got to work immediately. We couldn't be in the house during the install because of the lead paint risk. This made me very nervous because I like to watch work being done, and don't like people in my house when I am away. It took about 5 hours, and they called to let me know they were cleaning up and we could come back home. The windows look amazing and were installed perfectly. Some of the existing trim could not be saved because the house is so old, but they replaced it with new trim that was already primed and ready for our painters. Everything was very cleanly caulked inside and out. The house looked spotless and everything was in it's original place when we returned home. All of the new windows work perfectly and look like they've been on the house forever. Unless you are looking for it, you can't tell they are new. Lynn is super sweet, and was always very quick at returning emails and calls. I would definitely recommend this company for window replacements. They were the lowest bid and the completely honest when it came to additional charges and features. We will be calling them soon for a new door.

John & crew arrived on time each of the 3 days it took to complete the job. Every day the areas were cleaned and all went well - we wish they would have washed the windows when finished & not just wiped them off, they were very streaked & still dirty.

Each time the guys came out to the house they were on time, courteous and did a good and quick job. were very happy with our new windows.

The current owners are John and Lynne Statton. John was trained by his father and now he is the owner. He is now teaching his son how to do just as great of a job. They are very appointment oriented and timely. They have excellent follow through. They do anything extra that they can do to help you. I received estimates from five other companies. I wouldn't call any place else. Milguard Windows recommended me to them. My experience with them was a 150% positive experience.

They did a great job! They completed half of the windows and doors in my home for now. Everything went smoothly and it was easy to get scheduled. Everything was fabulous. The trim they put in the windows was great! They are the only people I will call or recommend others to in the future.

The work was completed in a day as they promised. We have no complaints with the service.

My experience was pretty good. Their prices are good and they just did the work that they promised. They made one mistake, the glass on the one for the bathroom was clear. They are going to change it for free this week.

Called to have a double-pane window reglazed. Got an immediate estimate from the office when I called. A rep was out the next day to measure it. Came back in a few days to install the new window. Very professional, and the new window looks perfect. Price was within a few dollars of the estimate, and was considerably less than a quote I had obtained from a local glass/window company.

They did a good job. The price was very good and the installation as well. The people who did the installation were very good. They are a small company but they’ve been in business for quite a long time. They did a good job and I was very impressed with them. I will use them again in the future if I need to, but I hope not.

Salespeson was responsive and helpful. Installers were on time, fast, pleasant and cleaned up thoroughly. Work on one unit was considerably delayed owing to salesperson's misunderstanding (passed on to owner) of work to be done at HOA expense and work charged to unit owner. Otherwise, job went very smoothly, interactions between owners and vendor were good, and we will use this company again.

They were recommended ininitally by a close friend and the service was excellent. Followed through on everything they said and no complaints.

Smoothy, Professionaly and Expertly

The product was good and the actual labor was okay. They were timely but were weak on communication. We finally got a final inspection from them in November or December last year, which is when I considered the work complete. The actual work of installation was done before that, but there were a couple of problems that they weren?t very quick about addressing.

This is a husband and wife operation. They did an excellent job and were the most reasonable.

They were very completive in price, punctual, and they did what they said they were going to do.
