I had two bad workmanship experiences with this company. First, sliding door screen frame paint was significantly scratched to the point that blotches of paint was missing. It wasn’t until I submitted a credit card chargeback that I got cooperation in replacing the screen. Second, later I discovered that the new window screens are the wrong size and as a result are not removable for window washing. Company eventually sent out a nice man who agreed that the screens are wrong size, apologized, and said he would replace the screens with the proper size at no cost to me. A few days later I followed-up with the owner who told me “no they won’t do that”. She said it was the manufacturers fault and no warranty on the screens so I would have to pay $40 for each replacement screen. ***. I already paid for the screens once. Why should I pay again? It’s not my fault this company installed the wrong screens.

We just had 16 windows and a sliding glass door replaced, and a new opening created for an 18th window. Breeze Free was competitively priced and easy to communicate with. On-site during the work, their staff was friendly and polite, asked us before moving things or going into new places, was respectful of our home. We needed to make a few changes to the plan as the work progressed, and the new opening required an electrical outlet to be moved. They handled these hurdles with skill and professionalism. When extra attention was needed for a few details, they took the time to make sure it was right to my satisfaction. When the job was done, there was no big mess to clean up. Anytime you replace 18 windows in a house there's going to be some dust and paint flakes here and there, but they caught most of it with drop cloths and cleaned up the bulk of it. The product appears to be good quality, with a great warranty, and the work appears to be excellent. I don't expect issues, but I have confidence that if any come up, they will be handled quickly and professionally.

It went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The windows look great and really updated the house.

We could not be more pleased and satisfied with the work that was done. The crew was polite, knew the product as well as how to properly install everything. They cleaned up everything too. Had to come back and replace the kitchen window at a later date, because of a cracked frame. Saw their company in a news story on King 5 TV. They were mentioned as one of the top 5 window companies in the area for quality, service and affordability. Puget Sound Energy also recommended them. Their price was 1/2 that of 2 other estimates I received.

The job went very well! This is a family run company and they do all their own work. A sister does the no-pressure sales presentation and the installation team includes dad, several sons and cousins. The install guys were polite and easily worked around my home office situation. Most importantly, the team did a professional job, kept the site clean and we are thrilled with the results. TIPS 1> They are creative and offer many window options and privacy glass options too 2> There brochure shows two product lines of sliding doors a 'better' and a"best", the "best" line is a beautiful and substantial door for not much more. There terms are 50% down at contract signing and 50% when work is done. i highly recommend Breeze Free!

Lynne and Cindy were both spot on with communications, from first contact through scheduling the installation visits. Window installation went as planned, with one hiccup on sizing which was communicated timely and corrected as advised by the team. The work was coordinated with our kitchen remodel that was underway, and the install team met our Master Builder, who agreed the installation was swift, clean, and good quality. John gave me an estimate. It was very reasonable and I gave them the job. Very nice crew, very good job. There were some issues but they came and fixed the french door. I am very happy with this company.

They were working with the local electric company for an efficiency discount of over $1,000. It's a family run business and they worked together very well. It took about 2 days, they didn't mess around with getting the worked.

The guys doing the work were very professional and respectful of the property and my time. They were on time and worked even thru the rain to get windows installed.

I was fielding estimates for window pane replacements. The response I received kinda blew me away. THis will expedite service Thank you Lynne Statton" Honestly, when you ask for an estimate you would expect something more than my measurements and pictures. Hard to have a dialog when its a bit one sided. Could not even get my name right. They may be a great company to deal with but I will never know.

They were great. The responded quickly and were able to accommodate me with their hours. They also showed up on time.

From the start of the process estimate, work completion / installation and follow-up after job completion. All went smoothly.

A positive experience form start to finish. This is a family run business and it shows in genuine service and attention to detail. No high pressure sales tactics here... And I had gotten used to them with five other window bids. Not only did Breeze Free come in under the others (slightly) but I felt 100% better working with them. They showed up on time, were nice to have around as well as professional and obviously knew what they were doing. They even finished a job a day ahead of time! The windows look amazing and I look forward to using them again.

Excellent! John and his crew measured, ordered, delivered and installed 37 window units, including 3 of large size. They are punctual, efficient and skilled. The window units are well sealed and the job is clean and neat. We'll have them back later this year to work on a few panes that we chose not to replace in the previous installations

They came out to measure the window gave a price then returned with the new glass for the window. Did the work promptly and professionally.

I purchased 19 windows (nearly my whole house) and a patio door. About 4 weeks later John showed up with his crew to install. This took 3 days and was the best experience I have ever had with a company working on my home. John was extremely knowledgeable and he also fixed a problem with another door I had, saving me lots of money in heating bills! Their work is beautiful and very high quality. My neighbor even came over to ask for their contact info so they could get new windows. My home looks amazing and is now more secure as well. I have a lifetime warranty and am planning on adding a window to my master which Breeze Free will definitely be installing. I loved working with them. True professionals that know what customer service is!
