B-Happy Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners is family-owned and operated, we provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning to Snohomish County and parts of King County. We move furniture which includes Couches, Chairs, and Tables. We Provide additional Discounts for Law Enforcement and Retirees. We Take pride in a job well done. We are a certified firm and continuously take IICRC certification classes to keep up to date on the newest products and procedures so we can serve you better. - if you're happy, we're happy!

TWO 'B-HAPPY' SERVICEMEN DID OUR UPHOLSTERY CLEANING. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. BECAUSE OF THE VELVET-TYPE MATERIAL, THERE WAS SOME SPOTTING WHEN IT DRIED COMPLETELY. I CALLED AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME BACK OUT AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM SPOTS (IT JUST NEEDED SOME ADDITIONAL BRUSHING). I THOUGHT THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

AFTER MY SON SPILLED THE PAINT, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED 'B-HAPPY CARPET CLEANERS'. THEY TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE WHAT TO DO TO KEEP THE PAINT FROM DRYING AND SAID THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO COME OUT BEFORE THE END OF THE WORK DAY (AROUND 4:30 OR 5:00). THEY MADE IT A PRIORITY AND CAME BETWEEN JOBS AT ABOUT 3:00. THEY MANAGED TO GET ALMOST ALL OF THE PAINT OUT -- IT BARELY SHOWS! I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED AND SO GLAD I HAD CALLED THEM.
Description of Work: MY TODDLER SPILLED HALF A BOTTLE OF DARK RED CRAFT PAINT ON ABOUT A 2 FOOT SQUARE AREA OF CARPET. 'B-HAPPY' CAME OUT AND CLEANED UP ALL THE PAINT.
