B Happy Carpet Cleaning

They came on time, completed the job quickly and left no odor. A couple of small stains did not come out but they told me to expect that. We used to have a dog and I had used Woolite Pet Cleaner to remove a few stains. It left some areas lighter than the rest of the cream colored carpet.

Billy was on time, professional, and went out of his way to show me what he was doing and tell me about the composition of our spots. He completed the work quickly and made sure that I knew I could contact them with any questions or about any spills in the future.

I have used Be Happy Carpet cleaners several times. The dad and son have worked together sweating from working so hard. They have gotten pee out of carpets, until they smelled like new. They came out to my house several times until they were satisfied with the results. They are professional and do the very best work. I highly recommend them.

The experience was great. I was given a much needed education on carpets and the care of. I got information on a good place to buy a new carpet when needed. Was nice to learn that I still have a few yeas left in my existing carpet. The carpet looks wonderful and my home smelled fresh not chemically treated. Overall the service was very personal. I felt cared for. I know that a couple people in my neighborhood use BHappy cleaners. I will be continuing to use the service as the experience is the best I've had with carpet cleaning indeed!

First day the heat exchanger in the truck broke down, so we rescheduled, but they were punctual both times, fast and efficient.

Very friendly father and son. Called them on the 24th of February and they were here the next day. Moved and replaced furniture and had fun doing it!

He shared how the industry had changed, and what they use. He gave us a general idea of time and plan up front. He visited and kept himself available and flexible for questions.

It went very well. Mike even came back to shampoo a couple of areas that didn't come out as clean as I wanted.

We have used B Happy several times over the last few years and have always been happy with their service. They are prompt, courteous, and do a great job. They take great care in moving and protecting my furniture when cleaning.

Be Happy arrived on time and they were very professional and personable. They did a fabulous job on both the carpet and furniture. In the past, there has always been an area between the wall and about 1 inch of carpet that seems to never be cleaned. These guys did it!! Every inch of the carpet was cleaned. My stairs looked beautiful and the furniture looked brand new. In the past when I have had my carpet cleaned, it always looked good for about a day, but when it dried completely the old spots came back. That didn't happen this time. Would I use this company again? You bet!!!

Bill and his son Billy were considerate about arriving at the time that was convenient for me. My husband works shifts so it had to be after a certain time. Although they could have come earlier after another job nearby they waited till the specific time and arrived exactly on time. The work was done efficiently and when one was waiting for the other Bill they gave me some very useful tips on how to clean stains or looked at my vacuum and suggested the proper setting and maintenance. I have used B-Happy before after a recommendation from my sister and I have always been Happy with the results and plan to use B-Happy again in the future. Since I found out that I can buy new carpet through B-Happy I plan to check with them first when I am ready to purchase carpet. Mary Ann

Company was hired by new owners of a trailer we sold in an estate. The carpet cleaner was a friend of the purchaser. Instead of billing the new owner who hired them, he billed us without us hiring him and without our permission. He wanted us to pay $600 for cleaning a small trailers carpet, most carpet cleaning companies would charge only $100 for a trailer. After discussing the issue with him we agreed to pay $255 as paid in full since the carpets were dirty when they moved in. He agreed and charged our credit card. Three weeks later he had turned us over to a collection agency for over $350 plus interest and penalties. When we called him about this issue he said he changed his mind and wanted more money. We refused and sent the information the the collection agency who dropped the collection. Since then he has filed the same issue with four more collections agencies to continually harass us for more money. Each time we send the information to the collection agency they drop he charges. Each time just finds a new collection agency. This harassment has been going on for over one year. No one should ever use this dishonest company ever!!!

Their pricing was pretty good. They are very agreeable to work with. They will even do parts of rooms instead of whole rooms for a lower price. They did a very good job. They were very neat and careful.
