Doug took care of the work himself. Very professional and pleasant. He was clear on what he would provide and the service was prompt. I would recommend him to others. He pointed out problems I should take care of with my cedar shake roof.

After checking the company out on Angie's List, contacted them for an estimate. Doug Graver contacted me promptly by phone and gave me an estimate over the phone. After deciding, I set up an appointment. Gavin and Teal arrived right on time at the scheduled date. Gavin explained that he had to visually confirm the estimate, and I needed to change some of the services. It was no problem. Gavin was very proffesional, and once the invoice was written and agreed to, they got right to work. They were fast and efficient. After all the work was completed, they cleaned everything up and removed all the debris from the roof. My yard was left just as they found it, and the work was done extremely well. I was very happy with the total experience.

They came out with short notice, it has been fixed ever since. It was wonderful and they were really good.

Chris and Gavin did an excellent job with both the gutters and windows. Part of the gutter had a branch pierced through and they were able to patch it up with no problems. They were courteous and professional, and did a great job cleaning up after they were finished.

Their service is good. They are also really good at cleaning things up and making sure they don’t leave and debris around.

Excellent service. The customer service is very nice. Doug explained everything. The service was completely in a very timely fashion. The pricing is competitive. We've had other companies come out that said they do moth control and Doug did a very efficient job on removing the moths. Doug's service was so thorough we haven't seen any moths in a few years.

Good. Doug treated my fragile old-glass windows carefully, and addressed all my concerns. The only thing I could wish was better was the estimate process: they didn't make a firm appointment and it was lucky I was here when Taylor came because I needed to show him which windows I'd be doing myself.

For the most part it was good. They did a good job with the windows and the gutters but I had to have someone else come back out for the roof portion of the work. I don't think they were qualified to do the moss/mildew treatment which was part of what I paid for. They did attempt to come back and fix the problem. But for everything else I was happy and I would recommend them. They seem to be very responsive, professional, and courteous. They are fairly priced.

We have used this company before. The work has always turned out pretty good. Most recently, a couple windows were missed and we contacted him and he said he would be back to do the work.

For the most part it was okay, but one of the gutters that’s located really high up on the house is still blocked up. They sealed up some of the leaks that we had and all but one of them took. Their price was way lower than what I was expecting.

Twice a year, Absolute comes to our home and does all of our windows, cleans out the gutters, and blows off the roof (it's shake). We have them back because over the last several years, we have been very pleased with the quality of their work and Doug's employees. The owner, Doug is easy to talk to and responsive to our needs. He is a nice person. I'm especially fond of one of his long-time employees, Gavin, who is so trustworthy we would give him a key to our home. We have a lot of windows, a large roof, and several gutters. Absolute's price for all this is fair. The windows shine, the drains run clear, and the roof is clean of debris and pine needles. They are the best. Doug is a professional and so are his employees. Absolute has earned our loyalty because of the people and the quality of their work. .

It’s been good. I like that the owner, Doug, comes out with the teams when they do the work so that they are all trained. They have done nice work for us. They aren't the best priced, but you get what you pay for and I think it's worth it with them. You are paying for quality.
