We have used this company for years, as have our neighbors, and they always do a great job. We have a cement tile roof that requires more detailed work for cleaning and moss removal. And because of the quality of the cleaning and moss prevention treatment the roof looks great. They also do a great job cleaning our gutters and doing our windows inside and out.

I’ve been using this company for years. They are responsive, reliable and efficient. I highly recommend them.

We just had our gutters cleaned and washed and John did a fantastic job. He was thorough, professional and cleaned up all the debris when he was done. And our white gutters are actually white again…they look amazing. They are busy (sign of a good company) so I did have to wait several weeks. However a few days before our appt we had a family emergency and had to reschedule Doug, the owner, was awesome and squeezed us in the next week!! If you are looking for a company that is honest, professional and does a great job, I highly recommend ABSOLUTE Windows, Gutters & Pressure Washing company. You will not be disappointed.

When my elderly parents needed maintenance done there was no company we trusted more than Absolute Windows Gutters & Pressure Washing Co. I will disclose that I've known the owner of the company since 4th grade and have always known him to be very hard working, fair and honest. The summer working conditions could not have been hotter outside and John didn't skip a beat. I'm also thankful we didn't try any of the maintenance ourselves. Leaving it to the professionals protected the critical systems in the home which we were not aware of until the owner educated us on how they worked and how they needed to be maintained safely in specific ways to make them last. We've hired Absolute every year for several years now. They are reliable, professional, courteous, punctual and always do excellent work. They're also very meticulous with clean up afterwards. We recommend them highly.

Work was performed well, very much to our satisfaction. Dougs pricing was very reasonable. The only complaint I have is that the original appointment was changed at the last moment (when I specifically took a day off to hang around to observe). Doug however was very corteous and explained that this was an unusual circumstance.

When I spoke with Doug on the phone he was courteous and professional and gave me an accurate quote. Absolute did a fantastic job on our house. The crew was punctual, hard working and did a high quality job on all of the services. The crew was also very professional, thorough and did an excellent job on the cleanup as well. The son of the owner took the appointment as his dad was out of town, The crew (which is one person) would be here and start at 8am so I took the day off from work to be here when the crew started. I never heard from anyone so I called and texted to see what was going on. I never heard back so I texted that I was cancelling the appointment. I never heard back from the text as well. So I called and scheduled an appointment for July 9th with another company for around the same price. Around 10am an Absolute employee arrived and said he was going to work on my roof. I told him I expected him at 8am and I had cancelled the job. He was apologetic and had a good attitude, Shortly after I got a call from the owner and he was beyond rude. He said his employee was there on time even though he had nothing to do with the original reservation. Shortly after we discussed the situation he said "you are a real ***". That was the only bad thing he said, but he said a whole bunch of things like "you are costing me $$$", etc. it was real a real low brow conversation and I wondered how he could possibly have and "A" rating on Angie's List. Then I realized it must be because he has some good employees. I looked outside and his employee was still parked in front of my house apparently making phone calls and working on his revised schedule. I realized it was not his fault that they did a bad job of scheduling so I went out and gave him $50 for his wasted trip. His employee was a pretty good guy and probably would have done a fine job, but this owner is really a crude low brow person. At first I was going to forget the whole bad experience, but he was so bad and had such a terrible demeaner that I changed my mind. If you make and appointment with them make sure you have the time of the appointment in an email.

Great. I've been using Absolute for years, and this year added solar panels to my house, and thus solar panel cleaning to my job. Hunter showed up on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The price was very fair for the work done. Thanks again for another great job, Doug and crew!

I have been using Absolute Windows Gutters & Pressure Washing Co for many years now, which I reviewed once back in 2013. As always, Absolute is prompt in responding to e-mails, they arrive as scheduled, and do excellent work. Having the roof and gutters cleaned twice a year has kept them in good condition, and at two to 2.5 levels off the ground it's not work I want to do myself. Before using them, I had some smaller independent guys do similar work for a little less money. However, Absolute is much more reliable and only has ever had to reschedule due to bad (wind or frozen) weather. Other companies were never as consistent and sometimes didn't get the job done in one day. Tip - Call Absolute well in advance if you want Christmas lights put up. I provided gutter clips already on most of the sockets and some extra clips, and they will make sure the lights are lined up nice and uniform. It helps if you get the lights ready before they arrive so they don't have to spend time untangling them. Have them labeled, extension cords ready, and test the lights ahead of time. Also note which ends go where so they can install them faster, they charge by the hour. Trust me, it's money well spent!

Did as requested; polite, quick workers. Only thing I wish they had done is to warn me that a lot of dirt would fall on things on my deck (chairs and awning).

They were prompt, courteous and although there was a miscommunication about my wanting the pressure washing done they were able to get the equipment and do the job in a very short time. I was pleased with all the work done and highly recommend them. I've used them for years and they always do a great job, very professional. I've never been disappointed.

Went great. When there was inclement weather preventing the service in the morning, we heard from them to reschedule right away. They also finished up nicely, removing all of the debris blown off the roof, putting it into the organic waste bin and blowing off the patio. They also washed off the exterior of our house due to the dirt that fell on it during the cleaning. Price was also very reasonable compared with other quotes I got.

Response following purchase was fast and gutters were cleaned the following day. I would have appreciated a follow-up re: the health of these gutters. These gutters do not seem to slope correctly to allow water to flow and drain properly. Worry is that stagnant water within gutters serves to benefit mosquitos. Gutter assessment is not a part of cleaning which is what I purchased but that is a reason for the overall B grade.

It worked pretty well. They were prompt and did the work. They were out quickly, in fact, we barely even knew they were there.

Went well. They showed up on time and got everything done. They weren't too pushy about other services as other companies sometimes are, which i hate. So, I would hire them again.

Very positive and responsive. Came on time, did work on roof. Did a remarkably fine job of cleaning up all the materials that had been blown off the roof, leaving me with a clean driveway and clean terrace.

He did a great job. He was nice and very fast and made sure that everything was tidy before he left. Really great experience.

I had several contacts with the provider and he was aware that I was putting my house on the market and he was able to squeeze me in the day before it went on the market. When the workers arrived they told me I had to much moss for the regular treatment and it would be $500. instead of the $125 I paid to remove the moss. I would have paid that amount since the house was going on the market the next day. They told me they did not have time to do the work that day and would need to reschedule. This was a classic case of bate and switch, and I am very disappointed that more information wasn't given to me up front on the different treatments needed for moss removal. You pay one price then when they come out it is a much higher price. I will not use this service and I disappointed that Angies list has this provider on there site.

It went fine. They came out just before Halloween. They did damage an expensive Halloween decoration, left it, and didn't say anything. They were responsive.
