Unfortunately they came out and then called me and said it would be $1000! I was very disappointed and felt they were not very honest by quoting one price and then not following through! I decided not to have them do the roof at that point as if they were not honest with the price up front I wouldn't trust them or the job they would do! Very unhappy!!

Owner contacted me within 24 hours of email and set up apt for following week. Prices were as quoted. Prompt service. Really nice guys. Cleaned up after themselves, Dog friendly.

The crew showed up on time, were set up and done in record time. They explained the process, did the work efficiently and actually billed us less than we had expected. I'd not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly to anyone who's decided that DIY gutter cleaning up on the roof is no longer a great wise idea.

The two guys that came out, Gavin and Jare, were very professional and explained the process in detail. They called me twice to confirm the appointment and even asked if they could come earlier. They got it all done within 45 minutes and the quality of the work was great. I signed up for service twice a year for gutter cleaning and moss treatment once a year. The owner is also coming out this week to install gutter guard material to keep leaves from my neighbors tree out of my gutters. They explained the process to me and I believe it is the best treatment option.

They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. It was really hot and sunny that day so they warned me that there may be some streaks. They worked really hard and think maybe I found one! I'll have them back every year!

.Doug and Gavin were very professional when I talked to them and answered all of my questions. They did a good job cleaning the roofs of 2 houses, a 4 car garage, a barn, and a large shed. I wasn't at home when the work was done, but the tenant in the rental house was impressed with how they cleaned up all of the moss that came off the roof. The ground around all of the buildings was very clean. It looked like no one had been there except for no moss on the roofs! They were also going to clean a cedar shingle roof on a small barn, but when Gavin got up there and started to clean, pieces of the shingles started coming off so he stopped and called me right away to let me know what was happening. I decided not to have them do that roof after all. I am very happy with the results of the cleaning

The professional was on time, on budget and did an excellent job. He was quick but thorough, intelligent and efficient.

This was a great company to work with. Appointment time was at 1:00 pm. They showed up 5 minutes early and immediately went to work. Were very professional and friendly. We had a minimum amount of moss on our roof and really needed the valleys and gutters cleaned out as we're having the house re-sided in several weeks. They did an outstanding job cleaning the gutters, both inside and out. Cleaned the valleys, removed the moss and applied a moss preventative treatment. They did a great job cleaning up and were done after a couple of hours. They honored the Angie's List coupon and will definitely use them again when the need comes up.

Doug (the owner) answered immediately when I first called for an estimate; no having to leave a message and play phone tag. His crew of Gavin, Hunter and Jake arrived early and immediately went to work. They were friendly, professional and careful not to harm anything near our windows. The windows sparkle now!! The price quoted was pretty accurate and less than the other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend this company!

It went very well. The price was higher then I expected when they came to evalutate the work. I realize there was a lot of moss to be cleaned which was very labor intensive so I understand the higher price. The job was completed the day they came to inspect the job. When I got home in the evening, everything was complete and it looked very good.

They were prompt, courteous ,and professional. My only concerns were that the outside of the gutters were not wiped and grit from my composition roof was left in the gutters. In their defense, I did not request that the exteriors of the gutters be wiped clean.

They did a great job! They did everything they promised and more! I can't think of a single bad thing to say about them and I will absolutely call them when need the gutters cleaned again! They won't disappoint you at all when you call them!

I received a quote over the phone and a service appointment was booked for the following week. Nathan and Gavin called to let me know they were running a little late which was not a problem. The guys were professional and polite and wasted no time. They spent two hours on site to perform the work. They first went up on the roof and looked at the roof and gutters. Gavin then confirmed the quote I was given over the phone. I also requested they wash the skylights when they were done and we quickly settled on a small additional fee. They got to work quickly and blew debris from the roof, cleaned the gutters and downspouts, treated the roof with zinc sulphate for moss prevention and cleaned the skylights. The cleaning initially made a big mess on the ground but they did a great job of washing everything down so I couldn't tell they had been there. At the time of payment, Gavin reminded me that I qualified for the Angie's List $25.00 discount they were offering and also gave me the quote I requested for window cleaning. I had a great experience with Absolute and will definitely have them back.

Over the phone estimate. Showed up on time. Very professional, very thorough. The exterior of the front gutters looked terrific when finished. Unfortunately I scheduled them at the same time as the septic tank pumping so they were forced to endure some not so great smells. They laughed it off. Would highly recommend.

Doug & Teal arrived promptly on time, counted windows and gave me an estimate. I added gutter cleaning to the job, and was pleased with the reasonable cost. They were finished in about 2 hours. They cleaned up all debris and left everything spotless.

I called for a quote and Doug came out the next day and looked at the roof. he gave me a price to do the job and it was set for the following Monday. Monday AM we had some light frost and the start time was postponed about an hour. I was happy to know they were conscientious about the safety of the workman. He did a good job in a timely manner.

Doug was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and gave an assessment based upon my descriptions and data available from google maps. Unfortunately, that wasn't quite what we ended up with, as the google maps data was out of date, and my own assessment of the moss coverage on our roof was not totally accurate. Thus our costs were somewhat higher than our original guesstimate, but I feel within reason. We also had initially asked for gutter cleaning, but Doug noted that the gutters did not need cleaning, and we decided to get our 2nd floor windows cleaned instead. We didn't get our carport roof cleaned as Doug assessed that the roof was like to suffer damage were we to go ahead and do the cleaning. He was very punctual, thorough in his description of the services, and explained alternatives that we asked about. The process was quick, and I felt confident that it was being done well. The process took about 3 hours from start to finish.

We have used Absolute Windows, Gutters and Pressure Washing Company several times at our previous home and did not hesitate to call again. The servicemen are prompt and work quickly while maintaining superior service. The owner is affable, neatly dressed and cares about the maintenance our house. The vehicles and equipment are also well maintained. The first and second floor exterior windows were washed with no streaks, gutters were cleaned and scrubbed and he hand brushed the moss from the entire composition roof before applying a moss inhibitor. I will definitely call him again.

I contacted Absolute to arrange for gutter cleaning, roof debris blown, moss treatment to roof, bird control. They were able to schedule for the service to be done in about 3 weeks from the time of the call. Gavin and Teal came out and Gavin called me to discuss the services and to give me an estimate of the cost. Gavin and Teal perform the services. Gavin called when they had completed the work.

It went efficiently and cleanly.

The crew arrived on time. They removed their shoes when inside our home. All windows we had requested were washed. I had forgotten to request that the skylight be included in the bid, and at the last minute also requested that they wash the mirrored closet doors in the master bedroom. They happily complied. The charges were explained to us prior to the service (at the time I had phoned for a bid) and again when the bill was presented to me. I was just floored at how wonderfully our windows looked. I will definitely be using this company again next time.

I hired Absolute to do my gutters but the guy did much more. He cleaned all the leaves and needles up around my entire house and my entire 400 feet driveway! There were no gutters around there! Great service! I'd recommend them any time.

I'm very happy with the work Gavin & Teal from Absolute Windows did on our house. The windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time, but sparkled when the guys were done. The price was a bit steep from what I used to pay in my other house--but I've got twice as many windows, and Absolute cleans the screens, instead of just brushing them off. So, yes, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Absolute Windows--having clean windows makes me happy!

Doug was my initial contact, and helped explain the services and cost very well. I was most interested in window cleaning (inside and out), and wasn't sure if my gutters really needed cleaning. and Doug said they would check first and let me know if it was necessary. It turned out that possibly the company I had used previously may not have been very thorough, because the crew was surprised at the amount of "gutter sand" they found despite us having had a cleaning a year ago. The window service was excellent - we had lives in our home for 7 years and had NEVER had a thorough cleaning, so it was overdue. They even did a set of shower doors, which look great. Super professional, thorough, and would definitely recommend - and will use again.
