The work turned out okay. It wasn’t too long after they had cleaned out the gutters that they were clogged again.

They did a good job. They seemed to be contentious and had the desire to please. I can certainly recommend them.

The work turned out terrible. They didn’t do what they were supposed to do. They only cleaned out half the gutters. I was not happy with the work.

It was fine. They did good work and we had no problems. It was a positive experience. The price was competitive. I checked with a few companies and they were one of the lowest. They came when they were scheduled and were prompt.

Doug was great! I contacted him through his website and we corresponded totally by email. I told him what I wanted done (cleaning of the outside of my windows plus the screens that he could access - we have some casement windows, and the screens are on the inside, not the outside). We scheduled a date and he was right on time and was very quick and professional. I will definitely be calling him again, and probably get him to do more jobs. Overall, an excellent experience!

This is the second time I've used Absolute, the first time was in 2007. Their work is excellent. The crew lead, Gavin, was here both times and it was reflected in cleaning the siding slightly faster the second time. [On their first visit they also cleaned the gutters but that had already been done this year so just roof treatment this time.] Gavin and Brian showed up exactly on time, had their game plan all set up, and immediately got to work. They worked the inside first, as they said "while they were still clean." The gentlemen were professional and paid meticulous attention. Clean up upside was done as best as was possible (having attempted to pick up blown up pine needles myself, I know it's impossible to get every piece of debris picked up). Plant squishing was minimal -- again, pretty hard to avoid any when the plantings all go right up to the house. Gavin and Brian exercised great care as they moved ladders and hoses around. This was full day job and they guys hustled all day to make sure it got done. This is not the least expensive company but neither is it expensive. Great value for great work. I'll be using them again.

The work was beautiful. The workers were professional, efficient, and polite. I've used several companies that do windows on Angies List, Absolute is by far my favorite - I will call Absolute from now on.

The windows looked great when the work was completed, and they stayed looking great for a good amount of time afterwords. We have really nasty windows; we live on the water and have a lot of salt buildup that tends to accumulate on the windows. He came out after the big storms we had and had quite a job on his hands. I am having him come out again soon. I really enjoy his service and he does a great job. We wanted to have him out sooner, but when we had our home painted there were some delays, but we are going to have him out soon so I can see out my windows. Dan is very friendly, courteous, prompt and patient. He did such a beautiful job, not a single streak on any of my windows. I feel like he really cares about doing a great job for his customers.

This is the second time that I have had Absolute Windows come clean our windows. I scheduled them to come do windows, gutters, roof cleaning and pressure washing for several homes in our neighborhood, and they provided a 10% discount. They do an excellent job, and are professional and aim to please. Both times they have come onsite, Doug, the owner has come with them. Their window washing and screen cleaning prices are slightly higher than others I checked with, but they do a thorough job and the few small spots I found after the window cleaner was done he gladly re-did. If you are particular about the quality of the work performed, they are worth the extra few dollars.
