Description of Work: Nice job. Joe was friendly and professional. He got good results removing the stains. Doris, the women I talked to the schedule the appointment, was very nice, friendly and informative. Great to do business with this company.

Description of Work: Cleaned our carpets in our new home; they were actually a bit early, shook my hand and introduced themselves right away; understood I was on a time crunch (had to get to work) and accommodated our schedule. Answered all of my questions promptly and to my satisfaction. Our carpets look really nice and clean now. Will use them again in the near future.
