Don's Carpet Cleaning

My loveseat looks so much better. They (trainee in attendance) where on time, friendly, professional and thorough.

This is the second time I have used Don's Carpet Cleaning, but the first with a puppy in the house. After talking to a couple of providers and studying online, I felt that Don's method of cleaning urine from the carpet would go the deepest and get to all the urine. They were very honest about the results I could expect. After the cleaning, when a couple of stains re-emerged from the urine spots, they told me over the phone how to get rid of the stains using vinegar and water, rather than book me for a follow-up visit, which saved a lot of money. The carpets look and smell great (except close up at the concentrated pee spot), and the dog is no longer interested in peeing at the spot he used to, which is wonderful.

Very satisfied! Will use them again.

We had the carpet cleaned in our home. John arrive promptly on time - and gave us our estimate - which was less than what was quoted to us over the phone (I had to estimate how many square feet of carpet we had to be cleaned - and I was off on the estimate). We were very happy that when they showed up - the price wasn't more! A very honest way of doing business!! John made sure we were happy before leaving - which of course we were! He did a great job on our carpets!

He was punctual, courteous, and very professional. He suggested applying a Teflon spray after the carpets were cleaned to resist future stains. The carpets were dry in less than 48 hours, with a brighter appearance and a fresh smell.

II had trouble finding someone in the area that could clean both tile and carpet without spending an arm and a leg. I finally found Don through Angie's list and he not only had the best price (BY FAR) he was able to schedule and complete the k=job in the time frame I needed it. He was on time and worked quickly. I was truly amazed at the quality of work he did...It far exceeded my expectations and was a WOW moment when I saw the carpets!!!

John of Don's Carpet arrived on time and initially measured the area to be cleaned. He then explained the process he would go through in cleaning the carpet, as well as, what I should do in regards to temperature and ventilation of the home for the next few days. His sq. ft. was less than what I had guessed in our initial phone conversation and his final cost was less than the phone estimate.

We are VERY happy with Don's Carpet Cleaning Service and will not hesitate to recommend or use them again. The time from making the appointment to the actual appointment was approx a week, but that was our choice as we wanted to move furniture from the area being cleaned. We had wall to wall cleaning not just walk way cleaning. John was here on time if not a few minutes early. He measured the area we wanted cleaned (matched our estimate) and gave us the price. He also gave us the price for having a coating (can't remember the name) applied after cleaning. He explained what it was and how it would help down the road. After cleaning he explained ways to help in the drying phase. All of these recommendations were used and I was amazed how fast it dried.

They were very punctual and professional. They worked with us after arriving to handle specific issues on the carpet and also worked out moving furniture so a complete cleaning could be done. Very pleasant to work with and prompt return of phone calls.

I would recommend them. I thought they did a pretty nice job. In terms of price, I checked with several others and they were competitive, so I would say they were fine. In terms of punctuality, they came in when they said they would. I would use their services again in the future.

I think they did excellent. I like that it is a small company, and he seemed to take a lot of time and care.

We have 4 dogs and 2 cats that spend most of their time indoors. We vacuum frequently, every 3 days or so, but our light biegte carpeting gets light tan between cleanings. We had heard good things about Don and were ready to part ways with our regular 'nationallly advertisedand quot; carpet cleaner. So we made an appointment with Don's friendly scheduler and waited to see what all the fuss was about. Don arrived on time, in a spotless van, something my husband is a stickler about, proceeded to check out the job and gave us options. We went with the standard cleaning and an add-on for odor removal (bad cat). The job was AMAZING!!! Our carpet has never been so clean, it felt and looked rejuvenated,fluffy and springy between our toes. He was meticulous and thorough. We will never use any other cleaner. Expensive, yes BUT well worth it.

Simply put, they really are awesome. Family business that is completely professional and thorough. I trust them enough that I had them clean my beautiful down feather wrapped couch and it seriously came out perfectly. I would trust them to not only clean anything but trust them to be here alone. There is no way I would ever use a different carpet cleaner!

They did pretty much an excellent job. They were great. I am planning to call them again.

Don's is IICRC certified and has truck mounted vacuum equiment, both of which I consider essential. Results were excellent. Response was within two days of request for service. Price was half of that of another IICRC servoce.

HE DOES A WONDERFUL JOB. WE HAVE USED HIM FOR YEARS MANY TIMES. HE HAS BEEN ABLE TO GET STUFF OUT OF THE CARPET THAT OTHERS COULD NOT. WE HAVE MOVED SEVERAL TIMES, AND HE HAS GOTTEN OUT THINGS THAT WERE STUCK IN BY PREVIOUS OWNERS. OTHER CLEANERS LEFT STAINS IN THE CARPET, AND HE CAME AND GOT THEM OUT.

DON IS THE ONLY BUSINESS I WILL USE FOR CARPET CLEANING! HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST, AND I AM A FLOOR NUT! HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FAST. HE EVEN GOT A STAIN OUT THAT I THOUGHT I WOULD LIVE WITH UNTIL THE CARPETS WERE REPLACED.

THEY DID A SATISFACTORY JOB. BOTH TIMES I HAVE HAD THEM OUT THEY WERE 15 - 20 MINUTES LATE BUT SEEMED TO DO GOOD WORK. ALSO, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE FRIENDLINESS OF THEIR WORKERS.
