This is a small business with big-business capabilities. The owner is part of what used to be family run commercial construction and contracting business who has struck out on his own. His strengths are in the area of creating solutions, generating ideas for practical ways to solve problems. They are not the cheapest folks around but they are utterly dependable, committed to quality and anxious to please. If you care about having the job done right....this is the firm for you. I would say they are a no-job-is-too-small kind of group but they are fully capable of staffing up as the need arises. This was a complicated multi-part assignment and the job took a little longer than expected which in my experience is not unusual for bigger jobs with a lot of moving parts. For small jobs (like a deck for example) their estimating and implementation schedule is right on. We met with Shawn and reviewed the job at the outset. We timed out the order of the phases of work so that they could minimize the cost of rented equipment. This group is very sensitive to disruption and the need to have a low profile during the job. They cleaned up the work areas every day. It was about as painless as it could be and the quality of the work is outstanding. I have a new roof, new driveway and patio with custom fencing, a new bathroom and two renovated bedrooms as we had envisioned and I am pleased with the result.

They did high quality work. They were kind. No job was too big or too small for them. They were honest.
