Description of Work: NW Sewer and Drain installed a new sewer line from my house to the street. |Even though it took time to evaluate the problem they were able to pull a new pipe through the old failing concrete pipe. The house was built in 1924. Part of the line is shared with a neighbor and when a miscommunication resulted in part of line needing to be dug up. NW Sewer and drain took responsibility and completed their contract without additional cost. They are very hardworking and honorable people. |

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal for their services. I did not end up using their services as I'm not sure that I will be able to purchase the new house. However, when speaking and dealing with them, they were very polite in assisting me and informing me of the project details. I would certainly consider using them or getting a bid for work in the future.

Description of Work: They rooter routed my outside drain. The service tech was on time very professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: Initially, I had contracted with them to do a side sewer burst to replace the old side sewer. Unfortunately, after digging they found that the water line ran directly over the side sewer, so bursting was not an option. Instead they recommended that we line the sewer, which worked out great. The lining took less than a full day, and we were able to use all drainages in the house except during the lining. | |Ryan, who was the tech in charge, was very communicative and very good at explaining how the process worked. He even showed me a bit of the material they use to line side sewers and explained the curing process. Besides that, Ryan included me during the video & city inspection, which was very informative and much appreciated. The crew cleaned everything up beautifully. I'm very impressed by the professionalism, hard work, and excellent communication skills demonstrated by the employees. (A special thanks to Jennifer for all her help with billing.) This is the second time I've hired them. I would gladly do so again, but, because they did such a good job, I won't have to.

Description of Work: cleaned out the main drain and showed me the camera as it was running which was very helpful as I've been wondering about roots and stuff. the two people who came were so pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, professional. This is a real old sewer system in this neighborhood and so I've had maybe 5 or 6 people come over the years from different businesses and this is absolutely the best and absolutely one of the best priced as I bought the special. I would have been willing to pay to have some of the side drains cleaned out like the tub etc, which was draining slowly, but they said it wasn't necessary so they're also very honest which of course I greatly appreciated.

Description of Work: I had a serious root blockage in my sewer they blasated through it and created an easier access for future. They educated me as well on things I can do to prevent a complete blockage again.

Description of Work: I am selling my house, and after the buyer's inspector attempted to scope my sewer and was unsuccessful, I called Spencer's team to look further into what was happening. My sewer was cracked and there was a clog.
