First, there was a short window of time for the job this is a second home, and we needed the work done by the beginning of March. He gave the quote in December; he wanted us to find a granite slab and tile for the job. By late December we gave him the granite information. He made an appointment to come January 29. I had bought the sinks, faucets, garbage disposal to be on site for a speedy job. He was a no-show, with no phone call or follow up that day. He eventually called and made another appointment, and again was a no-show. I asked him if he wanted to do the job. Each time he begged for forgiveness and said he really wanted to do the job It s a small job and We just don t do business like this. After the third time, running out of time and patience, I told him to forget it. He called, told me he was doing me a favor, and again said he wanted to do the job. Unbelievable! Estimated cost was $2,650.

We were really impressed with this company. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were very good about keeping us updated about the time line of the project. The deck is beautiful and well built and they also did a great job with the cleanup.

They did an excellent job. We had an immense amount of references about them. It was a little bit hard to actually get in contact with them, but once we did we were guaranteed a high quality service.

They did a terrific job. The quality was exceptional and they were a pleasure to work with. They were true pros. I will definitely use them again.

They came in and gave me a bid that night. They were great.

From the first contact, the interaction was personable and straight forward. The team worked swiftly and was mindful of cleanup. Return visits to sand and add layers were timely and non-interruptive. Extra effort was made to adjust electrical boxes so that the job looked right. Excellence seems to be an ethic of this company.

This was a pleasant experience with a contractor. Jeff and his crew came on-time when promised and worked diligently. His ongoing communication was excellent. He is somewhat informal in his dealings, but his work is good and he was interested in my satisfaction. Because I was also doing some work in the space, I found him to be reasonable and flexible to deal with, and willing to adopt my suggestions (where appropriate, based on his experience) when dealing with challenges on the job.

Overall, the service was great and Jeff was always in time and professional. They were especially accommodating to my schedule and timeline having completed the job in three days.

This was a disaster. I selected them based on their high ratings in Angie's list. They came and estimated the job and provided a start date. The day they were going to start was a no show. I called and they said they were behind and it would be a couple of days. (Well, OK.) The night before they rescheduled to start(June 20) they tell me it will be JULY before they can start. Very disappointed. And it has created a serious problem in that the house was to go up for sale immediately following completion.

They were fantastic; their quote was WAY below the Wall Doctor's, they started the work the day after I asked them to do the job, and they were completely finished in four days. They were friendly, courteous, and quick. These guys made my hanging job look way better than it really was. I couldn't be happier with the work they did, and I would definitely use them again.

Had a difficult time finding someone to do this smaller job but these guys were great. They were highly responsive and easy to work with. They needed to come several different times in order to properly mud the holes and sand down the walls afterwards. They finished everything in just over a week. They were great!

I HAD WATER DAMAGE IN A TENANT UNIT AND I WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN! JEFF RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND WORKED OVER THE WEEKEND AND AFTER ANOTHER JOB HE WAS ON TO GET MY TENANTS BACK IN! HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, DID A GREAT JOB AND HAD REASONABLE PRICES. HE CAME ON TIME, DID BEAUTIFUL WORK AND LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN. THIS COMPANY IS REALLY INTO EXCELLENCE!

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE THAT WAS DONE WAS GREAT. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER JOB TO BE DONE. I ALSO HAD THEM TO DO SOME DRYWALL WORK FOR US. THEY DID COME OUT AND DO THAT FOR US.
