We needed ADA assist bars installed in the shower and toilet area of a bathroom plus an three additional stair rails. Jeff and his brother showed up a few minutes early for our appointment and got straight to work. They verified the bars that we needed installed and got to work. They worked quickly and everything looked wonderful. They made the additional railing match the rest of the house. When they were done, they cleaned up and were on their way. It was a great experience! We would definitely hire them again.

Jeff was very easy to work with. He was on time and and respectful of my house and kept the work area picked up and clean after he was done each day. He did great work. Looking forward to our next project.

Jeff did not communicate well with us. First he told us that he would be out Monday or Tuesday, if it wasn't raining. It wasn't either day and he didn't show up or call. I contacted him and reminded him that it wasn't raining on Tuesday night. He seemed offended and said that he had already told us he had another job to finish and that he had just finished it Tuesday. (News to us.) He told us that "it is vital that I pour the cement for the posts when it's not raining" and that he would be out today, "weather permitting". Today he came out to start the job at 9 am and we were not here due to the fact that it was raining! He was going to start pouring cement in the rain? He did not call and let us know that the weather was okay for pouring cement, because I would have been home in a flash (business is just 7 minutes away) to let him in to connect to the power. He just left and then sent me a message on Angie's List tonight acting as though we were at fault. Jeff is a busy guy and I am sure he does good work, but he is a terrible communicator and will blame the customer for his lack of communication. I will not be contacting him again. I would not refer him because I wouldn't want anyone else to wait 2 weeks for nothing.

Initially installed them incorrectly, but eventually got them right. We negotiated a final price acceptable to both of us.

Service was good. Charged for 2 people and 2 hrs of work each.

Installer was very professional. I got a quick turnaround even though I used a Big Deal coupon. Installer needed more time than the Big Deal allowed, hence the total cost of $164 ($99 Big Deal Coupon).

Because this was a particularly reasonable "Big Deal" the company was overwhelmed with requests. This caused a delay in actually getting scheduled. But in the end I was able to have the work done on my preferred date. Scott arrived a little late due to traffic issues but I more or less expect that because of where I live. I had 2 small electrical chores plus 3 other small tasks such as installing a carbon monoxide alarm. I had purchased the wrong kind of thermostat for my wall heaters so Scott went to Home Depot to make the exchange and even brought me back a $2.35 refund. I asked him to keep the change but he wouldn't. If I had purchased the right thermostat Scott would have been done well within the allotted 2 hours. Since he had to go to Home Depot in Bellevue morning traffic it did add extra time. I gladly paid $40 extra. Scott was very personable and I have already sent his contact information to friends that might need handyman services in the future.

Jeff and his crew were responsive, courteous and did a great job, including with clean-up. They also were helpful with insurance claims and made suggestions re: how to work best with the insurance company. Plus, Jeff is a very nice guy. I highly recommend Jeff and his staff.

He did a beautiful job. After one coat he didn't like the way it turned out and put two more coats on.

The job was done over several days because of the need to let each coat dry thoroughly. Scott arrived on time each day and did the required work quickly. I didn't feel that he was wasting any time. He was very pleasant to work with. I'm very pleased with the work he did and we were able to paint the next day. The walls look great, you would never know they were ever rough or repaired!

Gave up trying to contact them. Tried multiple times for two weeks to get a hold of someone. Received one call back message. No response to any follow on attempts to reach them. Big waste of time. This is no way to run a business.

Jeff / All About You Construction is one of those companies/people who are reliable, dependable and trust worthy. Jeff is very straight forward and suggest things we didnt' even think about, and it turns out wonderful. We have used Jeff in the past and will continue to use him in the future- he is starting on a complete bathroom remodel for us in the coming weeks. When Jeff comes out to give us a quote he always informs us as to the time frame on a start date. I value the fact that Jeff does not take on several different jobs with different clients at the same time he is 100% on the job at hand. He concentrates on getting the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible causing the least amount of disturbance for us. As he does the majority of the work himself we did have to wait about three weeks for him to start, but he is well worth the wait.

This is the 4th time I have used All About You for renovations, etc. Jeff is aweseome to work with. He is always there for us when we have a quick turn around. He fit us into his schedule and came in on time and at a very reasonable price. Jeff really tries to be reasonable with his pricing. He and Curt did a great job in a very short time. They removed vinyl flooring from the tub surround and repaired sheetrock, added new lighting and painted, as well as a new door for my water heater closet. He knew we want to be very careful about what we spent and was very respectful of that.

All-About-You Construction, (Jeff) came back when we called him with the okay to remove more wall and it revealed that we had a steady and slow leak of water from the deck attached into that corner of the wall ever since the addition was done. We contacted our insurance company and they didn't cover any of it. Jeff came back again with a carpenter and reviewed the area and provided us with a very reasonable estimate, particularly compared with the other two companies, who basically estimated removing the entire deck, wall and subfloor about the room with the leak. Jeff and his carpenter came to do the work and completed it in almost three days, managing not to damage or break any of the outside cedar siding. They removed all rotted wood and were able to avoid tearing up the tile floor in the room above the room with the leak. Jeff took a job that easily could have dragged on for weeks and cost several thousand dollars more and turned it into a huge relief for us, stablized our home and didn't traumatize our nest egg. As my husband put it: "Amazing, they used surgical precision!" We are completed pleased with the work he has done and highly recommend him!

Not able to use.

Jeff and his crew repaired a wall that had damage from a failed rain gutter a few years ago. When we needed to replace an aging deck and do a few other things to get our house ready to sell, we asked him back. All About You Construction built a 10x19ft cedar deck in just 3 days, painted where the old stairs used to be, cleared out all the construction waste and put our yard neatly back in place upon completion. The deck is beautiful and solidly constructed. AAYC also helped us put in a hallway dimmer, install a set of closet doors, put up new blinds, fix some architectural moulding that bowed out due to the fact that most of the walls in our house are not plumb, and several other handy man jobs. We really appreciated that, all along the way, Jeff made suggestions that could help us minimize cost. And, his brother, the electrician, is a genius. He figured out how to get a dimmer to work despite the fact that we bought the wrong master switch. All About You Construction is truly customer-focussed, punctual and meets his bids. We highly recommend.

It went great. Jeff came and repaired hole in roof, took down the damaged drywall; could not tell it was ever damaged. He cleaned up and it was fantastic. Would never of known any work had been done when he left. Will use him again and have used him in the past and will continue to call upon All About You Construction.

Everything was great. they came, they cleaned, the roof was left looking like new and no mess on the ground.

Front start to finish, Jeff was responsive, timely, and expert. He told it like it was and did the job quickly with quality. We hired four contractors for a variety of services and Jeff is the best of them all! I highly recommend Jeff and his company.

Jeff did an amazing job with a mud and texture job in our condo. One wall was not done to our standards, so Jeff returned (at his own expense) and made it right. We will definitely use him in the future and recommend him highly for his work ethic and talent.

After contacting Jeff via email on Monday, Jeff arrived promptly the next morning to begin working to repair water leak damage we had had which resulted in 4 big holes in my dining room ceiling which needed to be filled, plastered and painted. On Tuesday Jeff filled the holes and plastered then came back on Wednesday for another coat then Thursday he came back to finish the speckling and painting. In two short days my ceiling is back to normal again and it looks amazing. Thank you Jeff for all your help.

Jeff reconstructed my deconstructed kitchen, working with an old house with less than a square room. Results were excellent, with all of my big areas of concern put together beautifully, ready for me to paint. The ceiling that scared me to death because of the lath and plaster construction and the need to fix was completely repaired with no sign of there ever having been a problem. The new construction of pony walls turned out to be exactly as I had envisioned. Plaster dust not-withstanding (impossible to completely contain) my house was cleaned up every day during construction. Looking back, I should have had Jeff complete all of the trim work, but missed that opportunity. Final price came in exactly at bid. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Jeff and his crew did a great job and got it all done in 2 and a half days. They arrived on time each morning and worked non-stop each day. They cleaned everything up as they went and we were able to live life as normal while they did the work. It was an incredibly messy job but the only evidence left behind was dust which they did their best to clean up. We were completely satisfied with the work that All About You Construction did for us and will definitely consider using them for future work.
