Description of Work: Remove wall paper & texture & paint powder room. Install light fixture & mirror. Remove wall paper in utility bath room. Tiled walk inn shower, tiled floor, complete remodel of bathroom. Also tiled utility wash room. |Looks larger and fresh & up to date.

Description of Work: We had lots of maintenance and painting to do on the house and outbuildings. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. Yes, it was expensive, but well worth it. They replaced some siding and trim, put in a couple of windows, refaced the deck, rebuilt a gate and assisted with some general cleanup in addition to exterior painting. We will be calling on them again when we need any additional work to be done.

Description of Work: Repaired water damaged soffits and flashing; corrected masonry facade; filled some old, apparently useless venting in the siding. prepped (scraping and sanding) and painted house. Added trim around some windows. Turned out very well. Timely and diligent. Minor pricing issues in the development of the proposal, but very transparent about costs. Would have liked to discuss whether certain fixtures or appurtenances should be painted, and some debris was left behind (i.e. workers lost track of a few screws etc, in the lawn), but the consequences also very minor. Ultimately, very satisfied with these folks' work.

Description of Work: Fireproofed my garage wall, he was a bit informal but adequate work at a good cost.

Description of Work: removed exterior siding and bay window on south side of house, removed in wall a/c, and repaired inside, installed new window and siding and painted outside and inside. On sight crew were very professional and polite.

Description of Work: Remodeled 3 bathrooms, replaced shower, tub, installed tile in 2 bathrooms. Installed tile on floors. Installed tile backsplash in kitchen. |All employees were very respectful and careful. Good people to work with. |Darrell and Heather were responsive to all concerns and made sure we were happy with outcome. |The only thing I would suggest is to agree on a completion date.

Description of Work: they remodeled two bathrooms and the kitchen as well as removed two walls. There were some surprises in this 50 year old house that set us back, but I think that happens with old houses.
