Description of Work: They cut down and hauled off approximately 3 acres of blackberries.

Description of Work: Yanes did a spring yard cleanup for me including weeding, pruning and spreading mulch. This the third time that I have used them. I was very happy with the quality of their work.

Description of Work: Victor did a great job of listening to what I needed and then providing what I asked for at a fair price. I had other lawn services who just crank it out for cheap. I was looking for someone to pay attention to detail, and provide quality. Hanes Landscaping did it, and will be my permanent lawn care provider.

Description of Work: This last time I could not use him because his price is NOW WAY TO HIGH. Otherwise if you can afford his Company he will do a fantastic job. I used to be able to use him, because his price was reasonable for a work a day person. But now he has others do the work where before he used to do some of it himself so he has to charge more to pay them. I don't know what I am going to do I can't do it all by myself. |Oh we'll, that's the way it goes!

Description of Work: Yanes cleaned up my entire property, front and back. Removed weeds and dead plants, pressure washed the driveway and back patio. They applied beauty bark to our beds. They were fast, thorough and professional.

Description of Work: Clean-up and pruning of all shrubs and smaller trees. Jose and Andy went over the work to be done with us before starting. Andy and Pedro did all the work promised and exceeded our expectations. Both are very hard workers and did a great job.

Description of Work: Yanes did an excellent job pruning, trimming, weeding, and putting down bark at our home where no work had been done for 3 years and everything was very overgrown. Jose was very responsive and professional, as was his crew. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: The winterizing and yard clean out went great. We then made a 'once a month' deal and didn't hear from them for nearly 2.5 months. When they did come, my iron side gate was removed from it's hinges and wasn't replaced, and my animals escaped into the street. Will not be using again.

Description of Work: Jose and his crew came and did a complete yard clean up (weeding, tree and bush trimming, ivy bed clean up, lawn cutting) and new bark in the landscaping. the job was fantastic.. They hauled away all remnants of the clean up leaving everything spotless. I would highly recommend his services and will use him again.

Description of Work: Jose is a delight to work with. He provided a quote and arrived on time with his crew to do a spring yard cleanup. The work was done efficiently and with attention to what I wanted cleaned up. Great experience.

Description of Work: Responded quickly with the lowest bid to cut down a very large tree in my yard. Yanes had the work completed in three hours in a very professional manner. I had requested they not knock down any of the smaller trees around and they not only completed the work very quickly, but just as I had specified. I definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Mr Yanes arrived on time for his appointment to provide an estimate. We agreed on a price. The Yanes folks came here to trim a number of Arborvitae shrubs that border our property at the apoointed time.. The weather was terrible and the folks that showed up did work hard in unfavorable conditions. . I must say that his crew did, at the end of their work, offer me a chance to review and comment. I was so disappointed that I did not care for that group to do anymore.. The quality of the trimming was so irregular and unattractive I called the owner of the company to come take a look for himself. He came by the next day. He said he thought the work was okay and that it woiuld grow back. I was astonished his viewpoint. Eventually he offered to return all my money and handed me back my check. That was the end of the matter. Had access to the shrubs been horrible I could have understood that there might be quality issues but that is not the case. In the work on the job the crew broke my bird feeder and left it in the raspberries - they may not have seen it happen so I am not sure if they didn't know or didn't tell. There was more mess left than I was satisfied with, but again, the weather was rotten so I did not complain. I am partly handicapped and can't get up to trim the shrubs properly so will have to wait until after my back surgery to make an attempt. The shrubs still look awful. I do thank the boss for returning my check, but don't think I would ask them to do any more work for me.

Description of Work: Previous overall job was good. When we called recently, Jose stated that he would come to the house the following day, but did not show up. This actually happened twice. This is not very professional, and bad customer service.
