Description of Work: They trimmed up a large holly tree and several shrubs in our yard. They were on time and did a good job. After providing a quote, they said they'd clean up all of the landscaping in our yard which we thought would be great, however they trimmed back a few plants that shouldn't have been (i.e., a hydrangea in bloom and a few other flowering plants). We could have confirmed with them before they started working, but just assumed they'd stick to the shrubs we discussed. We've found it VERY difficult to actually get landscaping companies to follow through with jobs, so it was great to have Yanes actually come out, give us a bid, and show up to do the job when they said they would. I would just be more specific about what work you do want done in the event they go above and beyond your initial request.

Description of Work: Complete clean up of front & back of very badly overgrown and weed and blackberry infested yard; correct reseat stone walkway; installed 10'x10' stone patio; completely barked or graveled all areas; pruned all shrubs, bushes & trees - they turned my jungle into a desirable yard; work was wonderful and fast and Mr. Yanes was easy to work with.  + -1 moreThese people are amazing. We have a 1/4 acre lot that had been neglected and was looking quite overgrown. The team came out and did a complete clean up and made our yard look incredible. They even did extra things that weren't part of the estimate and didn't charge us. Another company could have charged double for all the work they did. We are extremely pleased with the results. It was an absolute pleasure working with this company!!

 + -1 moreJose is great! He is very punctual, and I have been able to either called him on demand or use a schedule of every 2 to 3 weeks. He is very flexible to whatever needs I have depending on the season. He does all the mowing, edging, and even blows my parking lots. He does a really nice, clean job. He always calls when he is done with both my buildings to let me know he was there so I know when to pay him. I pay him $50 for one, and $65 for the other yard. I've only met him once, and he was so very friendly and professional. The best part of how professional he is...when I call, he answers by greeting me by name!!! I feel very well taken care of.

 + -1 moreDue to an injury, I was unable to do much yard work and my entire yard had become extremely over-grown. Jose and his partner were very hard workers. They did a total yard clean-up in 8-9 hours over the course of 2 days. They did a superior job and even mowed and edged the lawn which I didn't request. My neighbor hired them on the spot to trim to trim an over-grown Magnolia.
Description of Work: Cleaned out several over-grown flower beds, trimmed a hedge and several overgrown small trees and rhodies and removed all of the debris.

 + -1 moreWe have a mature garden with lots of different plants, and it was a mess-overgrown, weedy, full of leaves. Jose Yanes came out the day after I called him and quoted me a very reasonable price for the clean-up (less than a competitor who had also submitted a quote). Then, within a couple of days, he and his assistant spent more than a full day cleaning our yard and garden up. The transformation was amazing. Now they come out every 2 weeks or so to do maintenance, including lawn mowing and edging, some weeding, and picking up some debris (like branches that fall from a tree).
