Jose's company did a big front and back yard clean up, the first we'd had done since moving into our new home 3 months prior. Jose oversaw the job and had two guys working. They were very diligent and spent one day trimming all of the plants back, cleaning walkways, trimming back a tree, and laying bark in all the landscape beds. Leaves were frozen to the walkways, so Jose came back a week later and cleared all of the walkways of leaves. I appreciated the responsiveness. I filled out the inquiry form on the web site and Jose called me within the hour. He was at my house to give an estimate a few hours after that and scheduled the work for the following week. He was on time and professional. I found him slightly hard to understand on the phone, but very clear in person.

They did a great job. I first met with the owner who came out and did an estimate for how much it would cost to clean the yard and haul the material away. we made an appointment to have the work done and agreed on a price. He arrived at the time he said he would with his work crew. The got to work and were done in 90 minutes. The cleaned up more than they agreed to at the estimate meeting. They were fast, friendly and went above and beyond what was expected.

Initial impression excellent. But closer follow up revealed pruning style removing lower branches on many ornamental plants not to my liking leaving plants looking leggy.

Very responsive. Came to give us a quote within two days of initial phone contact. We wanted ongoing yard work and it all started with an initial clean up. He called the night before the crew was scheduled. They worked several hours and were very courteous. They did a terrific job and will return in 1 1/2 months to begin ongoing yard services. Very pleased. They are professionals who know what is needed and get it done!

I can not say enough good about this company. The crew was amazing, and fast. They did a huge clean up job and our place has never looked better. The previous owners had a yard service but it doesn't even come close to how great it looks now. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a little to huge job. I will definitely have them back in the spring to get us in shape for summer!!

He was the only one that I could fine available and we needed it done quickly. He was very easy to deal with and they were fast and did a great job.

Jose from Yanes Landscaping met with me at our agreed upon time. Our property is about 1 acre, and has a lot of deferred garden maintenance. The blackberries and other noxious weeds had taken over, and no pruning had been done for a number of years. As we walked around the garden, Jose was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He demonstrated understanding of the types of plants we had, and the best way to trim and prune them. He said that his crew would return the following week, and that the job would take 3 days. His crew showed up on time as scheduled, and worked steadily for three days. They worked very very hard, were always cheerful and polite, and even worked very late on the last day to finish the job. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. When they were finished, I walked around the yard with Jose. The change was amazing! We have our lovely yard back! We could then see what we wanted him and his crew to do for the final pruning, clean up, and power washing which is scheduled soon. We couldn't be happier with Jose's work, and would definitely recommend him. We plan on using his services again.

Jose and his crew did a GREAT job! When I called him he came out the next day and gave a bid that was much lower than everyone else. He started the job about a week later. His crew showed up when they said they would and went right to work. They basically re-did my front and back yard. Jose had great suggestions about what to do and it turned out perfect. I couldn't be happier. Great price and excellent service. A+.

Everything went very well. It took them about 6.5 hours. We were pleasantly surprised with how well everything looked. We highly recommend this company. Overall, I would give them 9.7/10. I deducted 0.3 points because I had to sweep some areas where debris (top soil and leaves) were missed, but nonetheless, the work was still outstanding.

My expectations were exceeded. The crew is very professional and takes great pride in the work they do. They arrived at 9am and finished at 6:30pm. No attention to detail was spared. This is definitely the company to hire if you need yard work done.

His team is very hardworking and take pride in what they do. My yard was a mess and they were like a swarm attacking my mess due to neglect. The clean-up make my front yard, driveway and house look so much better. I believe they felt as good as I did when they saw the results of their work.

Jose did a terrific job and was very pleasant to work with. The only thing I had to do was provide the plants. He gave guidance on where some plants would look better and the results are wonderful. I will buy a few more plants and he's offered to come out himself to install them at no extra charge. His crew worked so very hard all day long and cleaned up our front yard perfectly before leaving. I will use ONLY Yane's going forward.

I was looking for a reliable and reasonably priced landscaper to do some cleanup and make things look nice. Jose returned my email promptly and we set up a time for him to come by. He was there on time. I explained in general what I wanted ("make it look nice") and we walked the property. He totally got what I wanted, often suggesting things to be done. As we walked he explained in detail what he'd do. After a 15-minute walk through, he quoted me a price on the spot. I liked getting a price right away and it was very reasonable. Before him I had two other estimates, both took a week or more ot get back to me and both were priced higher. So I told Jose OK, he said he'd come in a couple weeks and would call first. He ended up coming in about a week. It was Jose plus four guys. We walked the property again with his foreman to recap the task. Jose was going to leave and the foreman was in charge. Then they got to work. I think they were here for about 6-7 hours (I left at some point). When they were done they walked the property with my wife. Everything looked great. Clean beds, nicely edged. Trimmed bushes. Gravel area back to new. The part of the woods they cleared and mulched looked great -- nice curvy lines. They had mulch left over and used this in some beds in the front which I wasn't expecting and it looked good. It felt like I had a new yard. Great job cleaning up too. They didn't leave a trace. I said they could put yard waste in my woods, which they did. I sent Jose a mail saying how pleased I was and we also set up a deal for him to come do regular maintenance -- also at a reasonable price.I will work with him again and have no problem recommending them. He came when he said, did what he said, and the price was good. Very pleased.

This is the second time I have hired Yane's Landscaping Service, and as before, his crew worked quickly and efficiently and did exactly what I wanted. They encountered a wasps' nest in the ground under the ivy, and each of them got stung, but they kept working and completed the work. Jose and his workers are pleasant to deal with and do an excellent job. I used to try to do heavy tasks like transplanting myself, but from now on when I need something like that done, I will call Jose. I can count on getting very good work at a reasonable price.

Due to illness the yard had become horribly overgrown. Yane's landscaping came in and within two days made a remarkable transformation. Everyone involved with the company were professional and courteous.

Jose provided an estimate and I called him a week later. He said he would try to fit it in his schedule and showed up the following Monday. After the crew was through I walked through the yard and pointed out a couple of spots I wanted to clean up which they did immediately. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend his company again.

He came out twice to give us different estimates. Fit us in quickly. Delived service as planned. Accomodating, when we arrived to do a few more things. Gave us great insight to what could be done on property. Our Japanese Maple is very happy! And so are we!

My yard and surrounding landscaping had remaining damage from the winter ice storm as well as was severely overgrown with weeds. Jose provided me with an estimate to clean up everything and put in new bark in the middle of July. Two weeks later, Jose and his team completely cleared and re-barked my entire yard and surrounding areas. I have had this same work performed by other landscape companies in the past for a spring cleanup. Jose and his team went above and beyond in their work. I stopped by at the latter half of the work day to remove some items from my garage. The surrounding flower beds and the hillside above my back yard were COMPLETELY cleared off all weeds, the bases of all of my plants (roses, trees, rhododendrons) had been completely cleared and most of the bark had been spread. The following day, my landscaping looked brand new and all of the work debris had been completely cleared away. Timely response for a quote. Able to get me onto their schedule fairly quickly. Outstanding work.

The owner came out to our house, met with me and gave me a price for the services to be rendered. I was hoping for something more in the high 40s or 50s, but the price was acceptable, given that we were also going to have some weeding done in the backyard in addition to the mowing, edging and blowing in the front and back yards.I was told the work would be done sometime the following week; it was completed Friday afternoon. All the weeding was complete and the backyard nicely mowed and edged. So far we're pleased with the work.

Jose and his crew know plants and know what looks good. Great work, professional crew. Very responsive and reasonably priced. He's now our regular landscaper.

Jose was supposed to give me a quote on Tuesday after I called the previous Thursday since he was leaving for the weekend. He never called back even after I followed up. Really disappointing.

Jose was very prompt giving me an estimate. It took almost a week to get on his schedule, but he was very busy and I was a new client. I was concerned that he wasn't going to be around for the work because he had another job, but his crew was very professional and did exactly what I wanted.
