Description of Work: Patrick really helped me out. I have a VA loan and needed to remove my former spouse after a divorce. Even though he wouldn't make a dime on it, he gave me the best solution for my situation. Completely honest and reputable. I will definitely be calling him next time I need a mortgage.

Description of Work: Tom and team were absolutely great. I refinanced both 1st and 2nd mortgages. Tom was able to restructure to save me well over $2k per month. Tom kept in continued communication with me. He listened to my financial goals! I was also able to save $400 on my appraisal as I used a coupon that was on Angies list. The appraiser was very good and thorough.thank you Westwood Mortgage!!!

+ -1 moreWe have worked with Brett Bly of Westwood Mortgage twice to Refi our mortgage, and he was amazing both times. The first time we significantly dropped our rate, and when the rates kept going down, we went back again and Westwood managed to save us even more money. Not only is Brett very talented in this area, but he was extremely helpful at explaining the entire process from beginning to end. He explained all the forms that I had questions on and was great at repeating the info and making sure I completely understood what was happening. I've never seen that level of customer service. He's turned me into a life long customer. I'd happily refer anyone to Westwood.

Description of Work: On the recommendation of a friend of mine I gave Brett Bly a call over at Westwood Mortgage to see if he could beat the current mortgage product I'd been quoted by another bank. I was blown away when he absolutely crushed the offer I had. He saved me a ton of money on closing costs (which I didn't think were to bad in the first place) and got me the best rate available. He was quick, professional, and didn't pad his good faith estimate with hidden fees and fluff. Forget Bankrate.com to compare rates, call Brett over at Weswood.

+ 0 moreWe got help from George Spano. He is very honest, knowledgeable, punctual and totally helpful. My husband and I could trust him very well, he was not p****, he was lovely person to work with. He always responded us email or phone very quickly. He tried the best deal we could have for the mortgage, we really liked this man. He is NOT like sales man who push you around and he/she does not care about the client's money or try to save up his/her time to do quick job. He really see the things from your view point and he really tried to save up money and get the best deal for us. And he listen what we need! He is the right one to work with! I totally recommend him very much!! Just meet him, you will see how helpful and knowledgeable person he is, you would not regrade! 5 starts for professionalism and personality.
Description of Work: Find the best rate and down payment mortgage. Processed all paper work. Give us the tip for all information. Educating us what we need to do such as improve credit score etc. Follow up with little things with the real estate agent.
