Description of Work: I have a 1910 mantel clock that I was having trouble with. I called David and he said he would try and fix it over the phone instead of having me drive all the way to Bothel from North Seattle. I was going to do this until the clock's chimes got worse. I called him and he said he would be there Sunday so I brought the clock in Sunday and he was able to fix it in 20 minutes so I didn't have to come back. He always answered the phone and stuck to his word. He was very knowledgable about the clock and I will bring it back to him if I have any more trouble. The issue was the chimes didn't match the time.
