They were easy to deal with. They were reasonable and quick in ordering the carpets and quick in scheduling. They did a good job installing the carpets. They had a nice selection of natural fiber carpets. Overall, they did a good job. I don't have a lot of basis for comparison but I would say that the price was good.

Installer team arrived at agreed time. They did a nice job installing in all rooms. Two assistant installers had to leave mid-afternoon, lead installer worked until about 7 PM to finish the job. The lead installer is very professional, takes ownership of his work. He came back twice to make minor fixes and ensure that we were happy with the completed project. The entire experience was everything we could have asked for and cost half the amount of our first estimate from another company. Found Vogel's Carpets online using Angie's List and another source. They did great. We needed the job done in a hurry and they came out on a Saturday and worked all day to get it done in one day. I will use them again in the future.

We have carpet in two bedrooms and den and four stairwells. The carpet layers did an excellent job and the carpet still looks new two years later. We had to remove furniture from rooms so that they could install the carpet. They accommodated by scheduling the installation on two days--Friday and Monday--allowing us to juggle the furniture from one room to the next. One piece of furniture could not be removed because of its size and they moved it from one side of the room to the other without charging or complaining.

The work went well. They damaged the woodwork. That was bad because we had just got it done then. They were little bit pricey. I would probably use them in the future.

They are fine. They are just a good, reputable, solid company. They did a good job. I am still using them. I recommend them.

It went extremely well. We wanted a non-standard beige color for the hall and stairwell. Tracy was super about ordering lots of samples to test out in our home. When my husband decided my first choice of hall carpet was more than his budget allowed, she found another in the right color that was in his price range and it is great. The installers were able to answer all my questions during the installation. We highly recommend Vogel's.

Excellent service. Installers were polite, finished the job in good time, and left everything clean. They had to move a few pieces of furniture when moving from room to room. Everything was done well and the carpet looks great.

Only got an estimate from them, but I definitely will go with them when the time is right.

Excellent service from the moment we went to the showroom to look at carpet samples to the complete installation. They were timely with measuring, providing an estimate, and scheduling the installation. I especially appreciated their willingness to schedule the installation over the weekend--doing half on Friday and the second half on Monday--so that we could move furniture from space to space. We pulled up the old carpet and caulked the stair edges at their suggestion to limit the dirt coming up through the carpet from below.

The vinyl work was completed first by one employee and took all day. A second 2 man crew replaced the carpet 2 days later in 5 hours. Work was completed satisfactorily with good quality.

Dark 95 year old fir floors were stripped to its natural color and given a Swedish finish. Work done over 5 days while we were out of town and result was amazing. Carpet tiles were removed and carpeting installed in odd-shaped closets and alcoves. Stairs were covered and wrapped and turned out great. Very pleased with all the work done.

Visits for the estimates and installation were prompt and the price appeared reasonable. Everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly and knowledgable, especially the person who came to install the floor. I would definitely use this company again.

Their quality was very high, but there was a little problem in coordinating with them about the installation. The overall job was great.

We had Vogel's come and install carpet in our house. (119.33sqyd) The installers were different from the hardwood floor installer. They came around 9:30am and did their work. I don't know why but it took a LOT longer than it should. They came at 9am, left our house around 7:15pm... The installers were friendly, and Brad from Vogel's was very responsive from start to finish. I must say, the strongest point is, Vogel's is a great company. They do their best to get the work done right the first time, and make customers happy. I will do business with them again for sure. Thanks Brad!

They came and measured it. The price was affordable.

I wanted a 'green' linoleum for my basement shop room. After talking with the Vogel person on the phone, I decided that it was too expensive, so I went with a cheaper snap-together rubber tile system that I bought from Costco and had delivered to my home. I have used Vogel in the past for carpeting in several areas of my house. They are very good. The man I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Rob (Installer) arrived promptly at 9:30. Very friendly, and very courteous. I thought he came with a crew, but he was a one-man crew. He came and ripped out the existing carpet, even asked me if I wanted to keep any for scrap (for the garage) He rolled up the carpet/pad nicely, and put it into his truck. Very clean. Not one of those, "throw it in the back of the truck and call it good" types. Very efficient with his time. Shooting the breeze with Rob, he was a very personable and great guy to have in the house. Kudos to Vogel's for having him as the installer for Hardwood flooring. I highly recommend him.

They did a totally professional job. They were on time the wuality of work was very good. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

Estimates were received from three bidders. All the bidders made acceptable proposals. Vogel's bid was the lowest. Vogel's estimator, carpet removers, and installers all arrived when scheduled, were friendly and courteous, and worked quickly. Care was taken on the location of carpet seams and the installation looks great. The area was carefully cleaned went the work was complete.
