We were thrilled with the new vinyl flooring they installed. Working with them was very professional and pleasant from start to finish. This is our second using Volgel and we would use them again.

Fantastic service start to finish! Holly was wonderfully informative about the carpet options and very patient as we took various swatches home several times. The install team was friendly and talented, and able to finish our big job in one day. And I LOVE the look and feel of my beautiful soft, new carpet!

We have worked with them for about 10 years and appreciate the quality of their products and installers. They really care about the service they provide and having satisfied customers.

I can't recommend Vogel's highly enough. At every stage of the process they were professional and provided great service. Step 1 was taking measurements of the stairs. It was clear at this stage that they were experienced and knew what to do to make our runner fit and look perfect in our space. Step 2 was in the showroom discussing carpet options. They had a ton of options at a range of price points. Everyone was knowledgeable of the pros and cons of the different options and they encouraged us to take samples home to see them in our house. We never felt rushed for time or pressured to pick more expensive options; they only cared that we were going to be happy with the final product. Step 3 was the install. The installer was on-time, very friendly, and did clean and professional work. There was a small issue during the install and the installer left us with a nice temporary solution, while the operations team expedited the final fix. The final product is beautiful. The team at Vogel's are clearly experts in their craft. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for carpets, rugs, or stairs runners.

Vogel's replaced the carpet on the upper floor of our house. The showroom experience was seem less and we had a lot of options to choose from. The sales person was super helpful and knowledgeable. Once we chose our carpet they set a date for the tear out and install. The tear out and install happened right on schedule and they did a perfect job with minimal disruption to the rest of the home. I highly recommend Vogel's!

I have been in the carpet industry since the early 1970's and have been employed as everything from a carpet installers apprentice to a carpet store manager. Consequently I have been in and around a myriad of different carpet businesses encompassing all aspects of the industry. I have been using Vogel's exclusively for all of my carpet purchases for nearly 10 years and have never had a problem with their services. I have found Vogel's to be of the highest integrity, well organized, communicative and a pleasure to deal with.

Terrific. Show room salesperson was beyond fantastic taking extra time with us on the phone (actually, FACE TIME) as we were out of town when our carpet was scheduled for installation and we needed to choose a matching binding color. Jennifer went out of her way to find wood samples to match our own so as to placate our nerves about undergoing such a big project when we were so far away.

Done very well and in the time frame I needed. That last was important to me, and the work had to be done before my furniture arrived. The new floors look great--even though the job was not easy, since they had to remove existing tiling. A huge improvement!

Vogel's was great and I would hire again. Holly, James, and John are all wonderful to work with. Measurement/estimate appointment went well and quickly. The wait for the carpet order to come in was reasonable. Our installer was friendly and arrived within the given timeslot and did great and efficient work.

The entire process was great with Vogels. They were helpful and professional thoughout the process and we are thrilled with the end result. After they completed one project in our home, we decided to redo our floors with them based on our experience.

They came out and measured the house which went fine. We went to the store to pick out the carpeting and hard flooring. They were nice and somewhat helpful and they sent us home with floor and carpet samples. When we brought the samples back, we felt like they never seen us before and we were bothering them. We were told we would get a quote the next day. After several days of receiving nothing, we called the store. No one answered the phone, so we left a voice message to have them call back and tell us why we didn't get a quote. We never got a call back or a quote. Needless to say, we will NOT be going with Vogel for our flooring project.

I used this company to replace carpet for one room and refinish hardwood floors in another room for my rental. The cost was reasonable with high quality and was very prompt to get the installation quickly done before my tenant moved in. Everyone was very helpful and honest; they did not try to upsell anything.

Vogel's help us with new carpeting in our condo and they did a great job, so when we remodeled our rental duplex, we again called Vogel's. They were very accommodating in working with us on a phased approach to our project. The carpeting looked great and we would not hesitate to recommend them for your floor covering needs.

We had an excellent experience with Vogel's carpet. We selected Vogels carefully from a group of five other flooring businesses because the last three contractors we hired recently did terrible work and left us very disappointed,... so we were not in the mood to pay good money for anything short of perfect. Vogel's was quick to come provide a site visit and measure, helpful and patient while we selected products in our price range, and the installation team did a perfect job. We had such a great experience with this contractor we went back and had custom area rugs, entryway mats and hallway runners made from their nice selection of discounted remnants.

They were easy to work with from the picking of carpet or vinyl planking through installation. Their installers do a great job. I give Vogel's my highest recommendation for your flooring needs.

Vogel's Carpet & Flooring knocked it out of the park once again! They did a fantastic job about 10 years ago re-carpeting my condo so when I needed carpet in my house I called on them again. I needed a VERY quick turnaround installing new carpet in the basement of my home before it went on the market. From selecting the carpet & scheduling it only took them ONE WEEK to finish the job!! John Lopez helped me pick out the carpet and shuffled their schedule around to fit me in with such tight timelines. John was amazing to work with & the Vogel team did top notch work. The carpet looks great! Scott came by a few days after the installation to check on things and make a few adjustments. I can't say enough about team Vogel's expertise and professionalism. They've got a customer for life!

We had wall carpet and area rugs made from the large selection of available carpet you can find at Vogel’s. At first we wondered how we would be able to make a decision with the large selection but it turned out to easier than thought as the prices were posted but more importantly the answers we received with our questions along their experience with the with pros and cons of what we wanted to do was extremely helpful. They suggested to take their large samples home which was very helpful, if not mandatory for us, to making our decisions. We had too many samples at but that was fortunate as the carpet chosen would not have been what we first liked in the store. Seeing the carpet in different lighting as well as placement in the home setting was really important. We finally decided, carpet ordered, installation scheduled for the wall to wall and the carpet sent out to binders for the area rugs. The installers were good and the delivery and pickup was perfect. The people at Vogel’s have been with the company for a long time, very helpful and it was evident that they all had pride in their work. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our purchase and the help we received. I see no reason to go elsewhere. It was a good experience.

Vogel's Carpet and Flooring first installed carpet for me in 1988 just after I moved into my current home. Since then, they have installed carpet and other kinds of flooring multiple times in my home, my accessory unit apartment, and my rental house. I have always trusted their customer satisfaction guarantee, but I have never needed to use it until this summer. The carpet I had them install this spring almost immediately proved to be unsuitable for my household. Vogel's gave me a store credit for the full cost of the unsatisfactory carpet to apply toward the cost of a different kind of carpet that would work better for me. I had to pay for the labor to install the new carpet and the difference in price between the two types of carpet, but receiving credit for the cost of the unsatisfactory carpet obviously made a big difference. Had I bought the carpet from just about any other company, I would have been out of luck. The Vogel family recently sold the store to new owners, and I am truly grateful that the new owners are upholding the high standards of customer satisfaction that the Vogel family was noted for.

Very well! They had many great carpet options which were durable and pet-friendly, and they helped us find patterns we liked. We were able to bring home samples and study them before deciding. Communication was easy, installation happened quickly, and they moved our furniture for us, for a fee. Price seemed very reasonable.

The experience as a whole was legit, I was very comfortable with the process. I worked with John there wasn't any pressure to up sell. I was able to take my time with picking out product and colors. They allowed me to take home multiple samples to show my family as well. The Installation was even better, I had Tony and Josh and nothing but professional, no nonsense, blue collar attitude to getting after it. They treated my home as if it was their own which was truly appreciated. I will be doing business with Vogel in the near future.

The professionals at Vogel's carpets were extremely helpful and patient during our carpet selection, provided carpet samples as needed. During the carpet installation, the installers, Jose and Nelson, managed to travel to my home during challenging weather and completed the project in a timely manner. The installation was difficult due to the "barn style" door that we have in the house and a circular area under the stairwell but Jose and Nelson installed the new carpet beautifully and I'm very happy with the results. They cleaned & vacuumed the rooms and made sure that we were happy with the final results before leaving the premises. I recommend Vogel's and will use them again if needed.

The installers were prompt, efficient, and polite. They managed to put carpet in the two rooms and adjacent hallway without a single seam. This will extend the life of the carpet for years. We had them move the furniture in and out of the rooms. This was done quickly, without drama. We're very happy with the installation.

as a new homeowner performing my first renovation, i went looking for a flooring shop with knowledgeable employees who could educate me on my options and their relative value. john at vogel's listened to all my questions (i'm an engineer and had quite a few...), gave me well-reasoned answers, and left me with the sense that i was making good, informed decisions. the installers did an equally laudable job. there were no scratches to the paint in the narrow stairwell they carpeted, and the height of the bedroom carpet had been carefully matched to the level of the thick tile that i installed in the bathroom. when it's time to do the hardwood floor downstairs, i'm going back to vogel's!
