Workers were great: showed up on time, went directly to work and did not stop (even for lunch) until the job was completely done. Moved large pieces of furniture (carefully) and removed all old carpet and padding.

They sent me many squares of carpet as I tried to find the right colors for our house. They did an estimate, and answered the questions I had. The installers worked very hard, and were very pleasant and very professional. They were very careful about picking up carpet debris and padding fragments. It was a big job, and they finished it on time. It was a pleasure working with them.

They came on time. Worked their buns off and got the job done. They were able to do the project, which was the whole house (1900 sq feet) in a day. They were courteous and focused on the task ahead. I would recommend them ?to anyone.Brad Vogel one of the owners, ?was very accommodating and great to give advice for the best carpet for our needs and price. He was very easy to work with and was helpful when I had questions. I got a 10% discount when I told them I got their name of Angie's list. I got another 10% discount if I paid by check. Overall, I was pleased.

I am very glad to have found Vogel on Angie's list. We did some shopping around when we were looking for carpet, and Brad was always very open and helpful to us. We visited his store and he paid us personal attention, helped us find what was right for us, and when we brought him carpet from other places that we liked, he did his best to find it for us and educate us on the differences between carpets. For any carpet that we found elsewhere, Brad always had a much lower price (about 15-20% lower!) and that wasn't just a fluke.. we checked several carpets - and sometimes we found it at Brad's first, so it's not like he was intentionally lowering his prices because he 'knew' we saw it elsewhere! So even though other carpet manufacturers offered to 'match' his bid, we felt like we had to go with Vogel because he was very honest from the start, and wasn't trying to squeeze every penny out of us that he could. Instead he gave us space, and helped us make our decisions. He also wasn't pushy like most other carpet places we went to. Brad is trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Vogel's carpet. You won't find a better price in at least the top 7 or so other carpet people in the area on angie's list, including large chains that are supposed to be discounted! The quality of the installation was also very impressive, and we LOVE our new carpet. The beautiful vinyl floor in our bathroom makes it feel like a fancy hotel bathroom! I will definitely be dealing with Vogel again for any flooring needs we have. The only small point of negative experience I had in this whole deal was some attitude from his Vinyl guy resulting from a misunderstanding about scheduling the work. But the overall experience was so great, that it's easy to forgive that :).

I contacted them for a quote to install marmoleum. They asked me how many quotes was I getting and I told them 3. I was told they would only quote a job that was already assured to them, so no estimate!

Great. Good help at their store selecting carpet which we needed ASAP. Craig did a good job coming to our condo for the estimate and arranging for quick install date.? They arrived on time and did a great job!!

Nothing was properly stretched. They left huge gaps between the molding and the carpet. They even cracked the molding and it went up the wall a little bit. They told me it wasn't them, but no one else was there. I had to call them back a second time two months later to have them repair the problems after my tenants told me. I had to make sure they were monitored to ensure the job was done correctly. Other than this, they were punctual, responsive and well priced.

I highly recommend Vogel's carpet.? Brad, the owner, was extremely professional.? There were a few glitches in the process because the carpet didn't arrive on time.? I had no problem because Brad did everything he could to figure out where the carpet was in the process.? He called me and communicated the hold up.? The carpet was installed two days late and it looks absolutely beautiful.? I strongly encourage folks to check them out.? I checked out other businesses on Angie's list and Vogel's even beat the price at Flynn's.? I would definitely use them again!

Vogel's was great! They have great choices, somewhat competitive prices, and Brad Vogel, the owner, was extremely helpful. The only reason we didn't actually go with them for our carpet was because it was going to take 2 weeks to get the actual carpet to Seattle, and we needed it immediately-however for any future flooring needs we will definitely be back!

They installed new carpet into our basement. We selected a wool carpeting that worked well in the space. ?We did have to purchase a suction-only vacuum for the type of carpeting we got so you might ask when looking at carpets in their shop if there are any special care instructions.

We wanted to get carpet replaced in most of the rooms of our house. After getting a quote from a big box store, and a big flooring company, we were feeling a bit like we were buying a used car! Then based on recommendations from several friends, we met with Puget Sound Installations - we got our quote and our questions answered in a very straightforward and honest manner. They sent us to Vogel Carpets to pick out the carpet, and they were very nice and honest to deal with. And they beat the price of the other companies as well! The installation of our carpet went very smooth - better than I ever imagined. We are very happy with our new carpet and would recommend Puget Sound Installations and Vogel Carpets without reservation.

Overall - could not be happier. ?Small storefront, but huge selection inside of all types of flooring. ?Was shown several styles after telling her what I was looking for (and she brought samples that completely fit what I wanted). ?Took some samples home to pick out exactly what I wanted. ?From placing my order to having the carpet installed took about two weeks. ?The installers did an excellent job. ?I replaced old worn carpet that was not installed well (pulled away from walls, etc...) and the difference of the new carpet is night and day. ?The new carpet is so soft and plush and looks fantastic in the house. Brad could not have been more responsive. ?I had several questions (never had carpet installed before!) and he answered them all. ?Thank you Vogel's!!

Excellent from beginning to finish. ?They were helpful when we visited the store to look at samples. ? The estimate was prompt and the price was good. ?We asked them to estimate hardwood installation on another part of the house and they gave us that as well. ?When we told them we were going to use another, cheaper option for the hardwood job they said they would do their best to be competitive. ?In all of this they were very professional. The installation went off on schedule and without a hitch. All in all exactly what we wanted!

From the time I entered the store I was greeted by very courteous and helpful staff.? With their help I was able to pick the right carpet for me and it was delivered and installed? with no delays.? The carpet installers moved my precious antiques furniture without any problems and replaced them after the job was done.? I love my new carpet!! I would definitely use Vogels Carpet again.

Outstanding!? The selection at the showroom was excellent.? I took home 3 sample boards and, after some hemming and hawing, my wife and I chose a style and color.? Vogel's sent someone to measure, which took 10 minutes; the carpet was installed about 10 days later.? The installers showed up right on time, took care in moving our furniture, and spent the predicted 6 or so hours doing the job.? The quality of the installation appears superb.? The carpet feels great under foot.? We'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.

I got bids from about 8 different carpet companies. Vogel's was one of the least expensive, and was very flexible in meeting prices. I felt good knowing not only was it a family owned business, but I was dealing with the owner (Brad Vogel). They are a bit out of the way on Aurora near Shoreline, but worth it. I was originally looking for a dense Nylon carpet, but after testing a sample of the Mohawk SmartStrand I was interested in that because of its incredible stain resistance. I decided on my own to go with SmartStrand, and Brad Vogel helped me find an exact carpet and pattern that fit my budget. Their installer came out free of charge to estimate it, and was helpful in figuring out a good layout. I had to wait a few weeks until I could install it, although Brad said it could be ready in as little as a week. A different set of guys came out to do the install. They did an excellent job at the seams, and also spliced in a patch for a big stain on another area of the house with the same old carpet. I like the SmartStrand although it seems to show footprints more than the dense nylon I was originally looking at, but no worse than probably any other. I got a sample from Carpet Liquidators and put everything in my kitchen and laudry on it including bleach, vinegar, food coloring, pens, even a permanent marker. The only thing that didn't come out completely was the permanent marker. Everything including the bleach came out! Amazing.

They were very helpful in providing information to aid in carpet selection. They were pleasant to work with, organized, punctual and professional. I was happy with the entire process from start to finish.

Salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable.? Measurer, carpet remover and carpet installers were punctual, friendly, professional.? Everything went very well.?

Their store had an excellent selection of various carpet materials. We were after one particular color and were on a tight schedule with holidays approaching. They located the material we wanted and worked with us to schedule the installation. They showed up on time and the two installers were very skilled and hard workers. They were very careful in moving the remaining large pieces of furniture and returning them after the carpet had been installed. They did a great job. The only problem we had was that the new carpet was thicker than the old so that some of the doors would not operate until I had cut off a thin slice. The final price was exactly as they had quoted and was about a thousand dollars less that our other bid. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Picked out carpet in their showroom on Aurora. ?Very helpful staff. ?Ordered carpet and they were ready to install it even before we were ready. ?They accommodated our schedule. The installers came on time and within about an hour we had beautifully installed carpet on our stairs.

What can I say. Honest, respectable, nice family owned and operated. These folks are great to work with and they have a history of quality and trust. They are also great on price. Their crew is outsourced but it to a family friend that has been partnering for years and years. Great overall experience and highly recommended. I had no issues but felt that if a problem arises that they would make it right. The SmartStrand is nice but I wish I would have gotten a little less thickness. IT would be a little easier to vacuum. The plush is really thick and soft so that is OK. There are always tradeoffs.

They are a solid flooring provider.? They won't over sell you and will get you a reasonable price for a product that will work best for you.? Their installers are courteous, professional and timely.? This is our third time using Vogel's and once again we are happy with the choice.
