I contacted Vogel for a whole-house floor replacement; a mix of carpet and LVP. Daniel came over to measure the house and while he was doing it, he spent a good time providing lots of suggestions and advice. Couple of days later we received the quote. Daniel worked with us while we changes options of materials and colors and provided different quotes. Always very professional and prompt to respond. When we visited the showroom, one of the employee (don’t remember the name) helped us to go through all the floor options. He was amazing, really knowledgeable and passionate. At the end, we chose another provider because we got a slightly cheaper price (< $2K difference), but it was really a hard decision because of the great experience with had with Vogel. Even though it didn’t work out this time, I would absolutely recommend Vogel and will keep it in mind if I will ever need any flooring service.

Vogel contracts with independent professional installation tradesmen. Chris and his associate Danny are very skilled craftsmen. They did a fantastic job. In addition, Carley, the design adviser at the Vogel office was very helpful with selection of the vinyl tile. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Vogel to anyone. And remember to ask for Chris to be your installer.

It was so easy! Craig was awesome and made things seamless! They were on time, respectful of our home, professional, efficient and we were very happy. I would recommend them to everyone!

Carpet was perfectly installed and looks beautiful. Store was super helpful with selection, ability to bring samples home for as long as we wanted and fast order to install time. The crew arrived on time and worked restlessly to conclude as soon as possible. Price was not cheap (not that i knew much about carpet pricing before), but compared to big box retailers it would come out around the same so i chose to go local with a reputable company and don't regret it. Very happy overall.

FANTASTIC!!! We love our new carpet! Everything from choosing the carpet through installation was great! They did a great job of helping us choose the exact carpet we wanted for each floor, and we couldn't be happier. The *only* minus was that they estimated it would take 2 days and it ended up taking 2-and-a-half days because one of the guys had been scheduled at another site on the first day (that's what he said, anyway). Would *DEFINITELY* use them again!!

All work went really well and these are terrific people. The installers worked a twelve hour day to avoid coming back again. And you cannot see the seams in the doorways, at all.

Great, except there was an extra expense unplanned for (they had to add a piece of wood trim). Would have liked to know that beforehand. But their service was great and the final result is better than expected.

John was very helpful, let me take home samples to make a decision, then take home more samples, just to make sure I liked what I got. Once I picked the materials, he came out and gave me a free estimate, and some recommendations on how I could save some money on the install. The work was scheduled to meet my convenience. The install went great,, - Chris is very skilled at this. It was done in two days. I'm very happy with the results.

They were excellent! I think their price was the same as everybody. They were very professional and very friendly. The workers were excellent. The product was good. Everything was done on time. This was our first time using them.

Vogel's Carpet provides high quality flooring products and expert installation for a reasonable cost. It's a family-owned local business that has survived against competition from places like Lowe's and Home Depot because their customer service is so much better. I got prompt, FREE estimates (after wasting $100 getting estimates from Lowe's and Home Depot); the staff members were knowledgeable and helped me figure out the best materials to meet the needs of both locations. They were very accommodating in scheduling installation to coordinate with other repairs that were also being done at both sites. I don't know why I bothered to get estimates from anyone else--I guess I was swayed by Home Depot's promise of free installation, but HD's price was actually higher than Vogel's despite the supposedly free installation. I got the Lowe's estimate because they had a color and pattern of vinyl that I especially liked. Luckily, Craig at Vogel's made an extra effort to get that specific product for me even though it wasn't one they generally carry. Vogel's follows up after the job is done to be sure you are satisfied, and they absolutely stand behind their work. I have no doubt that if a problem arose, they would fix it without hesitation.

I am beyond satisfied and have recommended this company to others. I would definitely do business with them again.

Really first rate. I went to others and mostly poor response....... particularly an Everett store.

They helped me in the selection of the flooring and did a little extra work requested by me at no additional charge. I am happy with the results. This is the second time I have used this company and will use them again in the future.

It went excellent. They provided superior service. They called back promptly. They arrived on time, stuck to their quote and gave great advice. They gave excellent suggestions and had a nice variety. The installers were excellent and helped me with the moving of furniture and were fast and efficient. They also cleaned up very well. I originally had 3 different bids thinking Vogel's, as an independent would be higher but it was not and was a great competitive price. We are going to hire them again for our whole complete upstairs.

They cleaned up after themselves when it was over, and did fantastic job all around. Also the pricing was spot on. I would highly recommend them.

The staff was very helpful. They explained the quality of materials. They really helped on getting us started. We did not end up getting our carpet from there.

The installers did a wonderful job and working with Brad and the other people in the office and showroom to choose our carpet went very well Overall, we could not be more pleased with the service and product from Vogel's!

Craig Chisman of Vogel's Carpets responded quickly to our email. He set up an appointment at our convenience and brought us samples he thought might work with our needs. He gave a fair estimate and responded when I had further questions about how the various carpets stacked up against eachother. The estimate was still above our budget but he was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I would have been glad to work with him had the price been right.

I had a very good experience with Vogel's. I went into their showroom initially to look at samples of flooring and discuss my project with the office staff. They were very prompt and responsive in setting up an appointment to estimate the cost of my project, and once the product was available, again they were very prompt in scheduling and completing the installation. Tim, the installer, was relatively new to the company, but he was very experienced in laying the floor coverings and gave me some good advice as to replacing the wall trim in my kitchen.
