Description of Work: This is the second time I have had VentMasters clean dryer vents at rental units.

Description of Work: Clean the dryer vent from the bottom of a three story building, but was unable to get to the top because of a problem with the building.

Description of Work: Calling VentMasters was one of the smartest things I have done in a long time! I would give them multiple A's if possible. We just bought a new, expensive Electrolux washer and dryer. The machines are very pretty. Only problem is the dryer did not dry the clothes and both machines have electronic problems. We called VentMasters to see if the problem could be the vent thinking that it could not possibly be the new $4000 machines. Clarence came out and was able to remove some lint from the vent. He was very professional, punctual, courteous and knowlegable. He explained what he was doing. He moved the machines very carefully and after he was done, he put them back in the same place. I had them spaced in a strange way to try to keep my cats from climbing behind the machines. We still were not sure if the problem was with the vent or the new machines. Clarence followed up with me to see how the dryer was working. We concluded that it must have been the machines so I had a repair person come out. He said you had to tilt the new dryer backward because the drying sensor was in the back of the dryer and was not making contact with the wet clothes. Things were still not getting dry. Clarence called me again and offered to have two men, Vance and Cody, come out and make sure the vent was clean and working properly. The builder of our house installed the vent hose in a very strange way. It is long and has a few turns on the way to the outside of the house. Vance and Cody worked for quite some time and even improved the connection behind the dryer. Clarence followed up with an e-mail asking how things were working. I think they have improved the preformance but the dryer still has problems. This company goes so far above and beyond what you would expect from even a great service company. I will tell all my friends about them and admit to being excited about having such an excellent company available to help with any future vent problems I may have.

Description of Work: My dryer vented into crawlspace. Ventmaster drilled a hole on the wall and used pipe to link the dryer vent to the outside.
