Description of Work: They were very punctual in responding to my email as well as showing up when they said they would. They changed the vent outlet on our house, which I hope will improve the dryer air flow. We'll see how it works out, but happy with the service so far.

The tech that came out was very professional and explained everything to me in my terms. He really knew his stuff. I will be a customer for life!

Description of Work: The tech removed the screen covering the vent exit on the west side of our house to prevent lint accumulation over time. He replaced the connection at the wall inside the laundry room with a flexible type hose, cleaned the lint from the dryer, and blew out any lint that had accumulated in the exhaust hose leading to the outside.

Description of Work: sERVICE NOT PERFORMED YET. MY HOA NEEDS TO HIRE SOMEONE TO CLEAN THE DRYER DUCTS. RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL THE SAME DAY. HE STOPPED BY TO INSPECT THE UNITS PRIOR TO MAKING A FIRM BID.

Description of Work: Cleaned the dryer vent, and made some good suggestions. The gentleman was very professional, and made sure everything was in perfect order before he left. And price was reasonable. Great service.

Description of Work: Our vent was not only blocked, but the line was broken. Repairs were made to the line and the line cleaned. This was not an easy task and I am sure that had it been anyone else, we would have been looking at a whole new system put in at great expense! He also found a way to give us more room in the laundry room! I hired a vent cleaning company to do the whole house mainly because I wanted the dryer vent cleaned. They were not able to clean the dryer vent! VentMasters knew what they were doing and had the right tools to do it. Not only that, they are honest!
