Yesterday I sent a message requesting a bid to replace my roof. I heard back from them immediately and Cody, their employee that lives closest to me, was at my house at 9am this morning. He and his co worker, Alex, we're professional, kind and a pleasure to meet with. I'm impressed with everything I learned about the company and how the work will be done.

Valentine Roofing did excellent work cleaning the roof and gutters of our new home. They were recommended to us by friends and I'm so glad we went with them. Valentine was communicative and professional from start to finish, from receiving our initial bid, to the actual cleaning, and then returning a second day to ensure everything was thoroughly completed. We are very pleased with our new roof. We were impressed with the safety hooks that were permanently installed on our steep roof and the amount of flashing that was installed everywhere. The job was completed on schedule with excellent results.

Chuck, the estimator with Valentine Roofing did the most thorough roof inspection of all the contractors who I scheduled roof bids. His written estimate was also the clearest and specific about what was covered. He was also personable and explained technical roof stuff without talking down to me. As I woman, I find that rare in dealing with contractors. Overall I’m impressed with Valentine Roofing and am choosing them for the job.

Valentine Roofing is fantastic. we have an ongoing service that they offer yearly to check the roof and clean out the gutters and add moss kill to the roof. They are right on time, very communicative and efficient. Never leave a mess and let us know when they are done. These guys are awesome!

We requested a free repair estimate for a roof leak that began dripping into the attic 18 years after being installed by a different company. Chuck came out in a Valentine van on time and introduced himself. Very cordial and professional. Discussed the situation with him and he went into the attic doing an inspection of the entire attic and then the entire roof. The roof had been changed from shake to a composite roof. He identified the issue, resolution, process for getting a crew out and timeline. Then we discussed some things that should have been done when the change was made to a composite roof to make it vent better and a few things the installers had neglected to do and suggested fixes and changes when we have the roof redone with another composite roof a few years down the road. That night we received a detailed bid and had all the paperwork done electronically to get a date for the work to be done. Very professional and quick service.

Everyone at Valentine Roofing was extremely professional, efficient and helpful. The initial assessment of our roofing and insulation needs was thorough, and when we later discovered some extra things that needed attention, these were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. The roofing guys worked very hard and carefully; daily site clean-up was very helpful! Our roof looks great, and we can already tell the house is maintaining a better indoor temperature.

Valentine Roofing did a great job replacing our old roof with new Owens-Corning Flex shingles and replacing two non-functional skylights with two operational skylights. They found mold in the attic because there was improper airflow due to insufficient baffles installed during the original construction of the home in 2003. Sure, it did cost extra to add the baffles and the new sheets of plywood, but I can sleep much more comfortably knowing that there is no mold in the attic now! They were very upfront about possibly running into problems (such as discovering mold) when removing the old shingles and about the costs that may be incurred. We appreciate the generous roofing warranty included and, we also received a special promotional Cruise Voucher through Destination Vacations shortly after completion of the roofing project. We haven't taken the cruise yet, but are looking forward to it soon! The roof looks beautiful and the Valentine Roofing team were a pleasure to work with!

I had my roof replaced about 5 years ago because of a leak. The awesome part was that they upgraded to the new peak vent style and did super clean work. I am super picky when it comes to where the edges meet up and how flashing is made around the chimney and they nailed all of it. No leaks and I don't expect any for years! Thanks Valentine. Time to do my garage now...

Valentine roofing was wonderful from start to finish. The communication was excellent and they sent text messages throughout the whole process and called to discuss. They were always available when I needed to speak to someone. The roofers were professional and clean and safe. Don't need a new roof for many many years as we went with a 50 year warranty but if we ever need anything to do with roofing we will go to Valentine Roofing.

Outstanding service with our roof estimate for our rental home from Tristan!~ Pictures were excellent with descriptions for each as well. Fast, efficient, and easy to follow contract signing, and getting signed. Update to come after the job is complete!

We’re giving the roof estimator from Valentine, Tristan Bigger, five stars for an excellent job. He first checked out our attic space for leaks or mold (also checked the insulation), and then did a thorough inspection of our roof and gutters. Tristan sat down with us and patiently explained all the options for a new roof, including materials, time frame, what to expect while the crew is working on our roof, and a detailed estimate. He left an information folder that we can go through on our own, and followed up with addresses for roofs done in our area so we can check out Valentine’s work. Tristan didn’t have a hard sales vibe, and he encouraged us to contact him with questions. We’re still deliberating on the other estimates we got because it’s a big financial decision, but our first contact with Valentine and Tristan was extremely positive.

Other than the heads-up notice as to the start date being shorter than previously stated, which required a quick adjustment to my schedule, every thing went perfectly. As I wanted the job to be completed while the weather was dry, I was glad I could make the change.

I was not at home when they came to clean the roof (maintenance), but when I returned, I could only tell the technician had been there from the sparkling roof and description of services performed on my doorknob. The company is first-rate.

Awesome experience. Greg, our sales consultant, was very knowledgable and was readily available throughout construction. The crew arrived on time every day, cleaned up each evening, and completed the project on time. We received other bids that were below Valentine but the roof materials from others were of lesser quality. We contacted other Valentine customers and all were very happy. We had our holiday lights hung by Valentine. The first year cost included the price of the lights and installation. The second year was about half the price. They checked all the bulbs to make sure all were functioning. Bottomline, we couldn't be more pleased with all of our dealings with Valentine.
