Fantastic. The best contractors we have ever had at our house, and we have had a lot. Ted was recommended by our roofing company--we had a new PVC roof installed last year. Ted and two employees arrived at our house on time on day one and tore down our old chimney to the roof line. They worked a long day and left the work-site really clean. The next day they arrived around midday (as scheduled). Ted asked if we would mind if they worked late in order to complete the job. Are you kidding? It is hard enough just to get a contractor to show up and they are asking if they can work late and finish! They worked until about 9:00 that night, and again left the work site spotless. They took away all the old bricks and build with new, and it looks great. They were also very careful about our new roof, leaving it clean and completely unscathed. Ted came out about a month later and applied a coat of sealer. Everything went exactly as planned, and Ted and company did beautiful work. They were also extremely friendly and polite. We would certainly highly recommend Ted's Chimney Service (in fact we already have recommended them to neighbors).

The whole process was professionally performed with outstanding results. We highly recommend Ted and his team.

Ill cut to the chase: Ted was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, easy to contact, pprompt in providing estimate and service updates, and helped troubleshoot on other homeowner issues. No reservations on recommending him for others or for repeat business from me.

We were having trouble with water in our fireplace. Ted responded to our call immediately and came our right away to check it out and give an estimate. He was able to determine that much of the trouble was coming from a missing piece of gutter and downspout, causing water to pour down the outside of the chimney and seep through to the inside. We had the gutter and downspout installed and then called Ted back to add a chimney cap. Ted is knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. He was true to his estimate and we are pleased with the result.

Ted was prompt, knowledgable and pretty spry for his years! It was nice to meet him, and obviously the price was right!

The repair went well. About one week from my first call to the first day of service. The concrete had to set, then Ted returned a week later and finished. Good work nd no surprises.

We have used others they are not as good. I would highly redeemed.

Did a beautiful job. I liked his manner, he is very informal. Has a daughter who helps with the work and she can anything. Very fair with prices. He has very good follow up. Overall very good job. I would recommend the services. The Chimney still looks great.

It went very well---he was recommended by Bergin Roofing. I am very happy. He cleaned up area so it looked like he was never here! He made sure my plants were not disturbed and I really appreciated his professionalism and listening to my reuests and following through.

The work was impecable. Ted is very thorough, punctual, and kind. He even sent me a Christmas card months after he had completed the work. I wish that all the work that I have had done on my home was performed by such a wonderful craftsman who is really invested in the quality of his work and truly cares about his customers.

His price was very reasonable and continued to consult us through and after the project. He was honest and answered our questions throughout the repair as well as follow-up work. The new chimney looks great and he also provided advice for future potential projects.

Ted was willing to work with me concerning scheduling, an impressive feat since he was travelling from up north. He spent a considerable amount of time inspecting, explaining, and trying to force the chimney to leak! He was unable to duplicate my problem after gallons of water were introduced to expected weak areas. Ted sprayed sealer over the chimney and made sure I had his contact info in case the problem reappeared.

I'm very pleased with Ted's work. My chimney looks like new and I'm confident that there won't be any more leaks.

He was prompt, efficient, friendly, polite and did a great job. He also taught me more about chimneys than I ever knew and gave me good advice for the future. He was also much more reasonably priced than the competition. Although he told me about some future work, he made no attempt to insist that work needed to be done now (as some others did). I would trust his word and his work.

They were very good. He is a nice guy and he gave me estimate. We called him to do the work and he said that he would do it if the weather is dry. He called us two times after that to tell us that the weather was still wet. Then he called us to inform when he would be here. He did the best chimney work I have ever seen. We got three estimates and his price was right in the ballpark.

He performed the work while I was gone and when I came back, my chimney looked new! I was very pleased with his work. He was reliable and did everything he said he was going to do.

He gave me a good price upfront which I agreed to. They were out promptly and finished the work just as quick! Great service!

It went well. We were able to coordinate everything over the phone without problems, which was really helpful given my crazy schedule. They did the work on two separate days, to allow time for the masonry repair to cure. Before, the chimney was a bit of an eyesore (and leaked, which was the real motivation for this project). Now, it's well-sealed, and its nice clean lines form an attractive element atop my vaguely modernist tract home. I should have called Ted years ago.

I called them to get ready for this winter. A technician was sent over the same day. The work was done quickly and with skill. We were very impressed. There was no mess to our home or carpet. The technician was very knowledgeable and respectful.
