Description of Work: Did a good amount of research on companies who could install solar, and not just install solar, but use the particular type of cells that were ranked highest. Their entire process is extremely user friendly, it is employee-owned another excellent point.

Description of Work: Installed 10kW Solar photovoltaic system on the roof. Chris Horne was our sales contact, he was professional, knowledgeable and did not hard sell. He also told us about the solar loan program with PSCCU. We sought out 4 bids, Sunergy were not the cheapest, but they are a PUD approved contractor and sell a range of equipment, from a number of manufacturers, other companies were not as flexible in the range of products they carried. They were patient with us, as we needed to replace our roof first, so coordinating the two jobs led to a longer delay for our install, but people are busy and I'd rather wait and get it done right. Melissa Metcalfe coordinated the project, she was very sunny and professional so everything went smoothly on that side. Mike Pogorzelski did the site inspection, professional and knowledgeable. The installation crew were great, the install was scheduled for 2 days, they got it done in two half days. I checked the work on the roof (the rails and standoffs for the panels) and everything was neat and tidy and appeared to my non-expert eye to have been completed to a high standard. All of the paperwork (permits, PUD applications and inspections, Dept of Revenue notifications etc. was handled by Sunergy, I couldn't be happier with their part in the process.

Description of Work: They installed a 4.8 KW solar panel system on our roof. The proposal and pre-installation process went smoothly. The installation occurred ahead of schedule and the installers were great. They've answered questions promptly. We're very happy.

Description of Work: From the first phone call to Sunergy Systems through the entire planning, installation, inspections process, every person who had a part in putting together our system was professional, polite, efficient, enthusiastic. Communication is obviously a priority! I was kept informed at every step of the process. They were and continue to be especially helpful in the area of education about solar energy and the technology; how to maintain the system and completing all the paperwork for the state, the power company in order to receive the incentives and tax benefits. I would encourage anyone considering alternative energy systems to contact Greg and start the process! All in all a great experience.
